Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

I've been given permission to give some details about why we can expect to see NESARA announced in the next NESARA announcement time period set by the World Court. There are some White Knights in the U.S. military who have secretly gathered together and successfully made contact with the Ascended Masters of Light. These White Knights are not part of the White Knight decision team but are White Knights who truly want to get NESARA announced.

This secret group of White Knights has requested the assistance and support of the Ascended Masters of Light and the benevolent Forces in getting NESARA announced. As representatives of all true White Knights, the secret White Knight group has engaged the assistance of the Ascended Masters of Light to support them in taking actions which can ensure NESARA is announced in the next NESARA announcement time period. The members of the secret White Knight group are being protected by the benevolent Forces as part of the assistance being given.

The secret White Knight group has plans to handle the White Knight decision team members who are working for the Illuminati and by neutralizing these Illuminati stooges, the secret White Knight group expects that NESARA will be announced in the next official announcement time period. Since the majority of members on the White Knight decision team have been coerced, bribed, etc., to work for the Illuminati, this makes the White Knight decision team unlikely to help ensure NESARA is announced. However, the secret White Knight group has developed plans that will keep the White Knight decision team from interfering with the NESARA announcement once it has been authorized by World Court.

The key issue now is to get a petition into World Court requesting a new NESARA announcement time period. Because so many people are still on holiday, especially the White Knight corporate executives who may play an important role in helping, we may not hear about any progress related to petitioning the World Court for a few days or until after the first of the year.

Again, I strongly urge everyone who knows members of the White Knights decision team to call them and demand that they submit a petition to World Court immediately requesting a new NESARA announcement time period. Even though several members of the White Knight decision team are now working for the Illuminati, they cannot afford to have NESARA supporters start investigating into why there is no petition for a new announcement time period being submitted to the Court. If the pressure is great enough, they will request a new announcement time period and the Illuminati will fall back to delaying NESARA using other tactics.

The second option is for other White Knights to submit a petition to World Court requesting a new NESARA announcement time period. One thing we can do is if any of us know a Navy SEAL or Delta Force or Special Forces person in the U.S. military, we might ask them if they support NESARA. If they say "yes", we can ask them to find more White Knights who want to back a petition to World Court to get the next NESARA announcement time period authorized and encourage them to do what they can to get NESARA announced as soon as possible.

Before we can have the NESARA announcement, World Court must authorize another NESARA announcement time period. Some group of White Knights has to submit a petition to World Court so that the Court can authorize a new announcement time period. I will continue to report on this important issue.

As for the prosperity programs funding notifications deliveries, there will be ZERO mass deliveries in the U.S. until after NESARA is announced. For the prosperity program members in the U.S., over 90% of our prosperity funds have been transferred from European banks into our U.S. funding banks and our prosperity funds are in the U.S. funding banks near our delivery address. We will see the mass deliveries of prosperity programs funding notifications in the U.S. within three business days AFTER NESARA's announcement.

Contrary to the rumors on the telephone network, I am NOT referring to any "offshore" funds. I am discussing the quintillions of funds which have been transferred from the offshore banks into the U.S. banks over the last few years. There will be ZERO mass prosperity deliveries in the U.S. until after NESARA is announced. I understand some people think there are mass deliveries occurring this week, but mass deliveries are not happening until after NESARA is announced.

(Please do NOT write me asking to join the humanitarian prosperity programs as these programs have NOT accepted new members since the fall of 2000. There will be NEW prosperity programs which will be publicly announced in the U.S. and other countries after NESARA is announced. I will write about these new programs when they are officially announced.)

By the way, the Ascended Masters of Light and benevolent Forces are continuing to protect us from the Illuminati Bush regime and their efforts to cause terrorist acts in the U.S. You can ignore the fear-inspiring warnings coming from the Bush gestapo agency aka homeland security. The only terrorists are the Bush regime; the benevolent Forces are stopping the Bush regime from carrying out terrorist acts against Americans.

Regarding NESARA's current status, it's important that I report in the Dove Report the issues that are blocking NESARA so that the thousands of people who read the Dove Reports have some idea of what needs to be fixed. Some people who read the Dove Reports have the right kind of power to take action to fix the problems stalling NESARA; I'm using the Dove Reports to inform those who can take action about what I'm hearing needs to be done. Since all the actions surrounding NESARA are under strict legal gag orders, it's hard for anyone to find out the truth about what is happening with NESARA. When there is something that needs to be done to move NESARA forward, reporting these things in the Dove Report acts as a catalyst to get attention focused on what must be fixed. Therefore, reporting the problems delaying NESARA is part of my strategy to expose the secret problems causing the delays so that those people who can fix the problems will go into action.

I've also made a conscious decision that it's important to discuss the times when NESARA is stalled as well as the times when it is possible to get NESARA announced. People need to have some idea of what is happening in order to make wise decisions in their lives. Some people have sat waiting for NESARA and the prosperity deliveries nearly every day for years. Waiting for something to suddenly happen has put a lot of stress on these people and caused some problems in their lives. It's not healthy to live in an constant state of high adrenalin rush waiting for the doorbell to ring or the announcement to show up on television, day after day and year after year. Your adrenals will eventually become exhausted if you live on this kind of roller coaster; your immune system and overall health require healthy adrenals.

The good news is that the secret White Knight group has successfully contacted the Ascended Masters of Light and negotiated an agreement with the Ascended Masters for assistance in getting NESARA announced! This was what we needed during the last NESARA announcement time period but did not have. NOW, the secret White Knight group has obtained the support of the Ascended Masters and the benevolent Forces of Light in getting NESARA announced! Once the World Court issues another NESARA announcement time period, we can expect to see NESARA announced! NESARA Yes!

The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person.
