Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

Right now the action required to move NESARA forward rests with the White Knight decision team. In November a few weeks ago, the last NESARA announcement time period expired. It is up to the White Knights to petition the World Court for a new announcement time period to be opened. The White Knight decision team has not yet sent a petition to the World Court requesting a new NESARA announcement time period.

All indications are that the Illuminati has once again gained control of a majority of the White Knight decision team members. Currently, the White Knight decision team is planning to wait until the end of March 2004 to submit a petition to World Court requesting a NESARA announcement time period. There is no good reason why the White Knight decision team is delaying except that they are helping the Illuminati.

I understand that the World Court can be expected to approve the White Knight's petition for a NESARA announcement time period within 30 days of receiving the petition. Apparently, the extensive preparations and time that has passed these last few years have enabled most countries and banking systems worldwide to reach a point of readiness for NESARA. Although there could be some petitions submitted to the Court asking for delays of NESARA's announcement, at this time it sounds like any country or banking system claiming they are not ready might receive a little extra time to fix their problems but that this extra time would not delay the NESARA announcement. Apparently World Court has recently received some kind of certification from over 140 countries and their banking systems stating that these countries are ready for the international banking improvements which will ripple out from NESARA's announcement.

I have asked what can be done about the White Knight decision team delaying petitioning the World Court for the next NESARA announcement time period. Currently, there seems to be only two options.

The first option is that White Knight corporate executives, who have funded much of the expenses of White Knight NESARA operations, and other influential NESARA supporters put heavy pressure on the White Knight decision team to petition the World Court in January 2004 for a NESARA announcement time period. Although the White Knight decision team wants to drag their feet on submitting a petition requesting a new NESARA announcement time period, if enough influential NESARA supporters barrage the White Knight decision team with demands to petition the Court for a NESARA announcement time period, then the White Knight decision team will probably go ahead and submit the petition sooner than they are intending right now.

The second option is that a few thousand White Knights in the U.S. military units, who do the security assignments for NESARA, band together and submit their own petition to World Court. There are about 40,000 White Knights in the U.S. military in various groups and these White Knights in the U.S. military are deployed during each NESARA announcement time period to guard over a dozen key banking centers in the U.S. and many other important NESARA resources. These White Knights also are deployed to be ready to handle Illuminati trouble-makers when the NESARA announcement is made. These White Knights have a personal interest in getting NESARA announced so they are not deployed on fruitless NESARA missions in the future.

You White Knights in the U.S. military who sincerely want to get NESARA announced do have the ability to move NESARA forward in an independent action separate from the White Knight decision team which is now controlled by the Illuminati. You can put together a document stating that you White Knights are collectively calling for a petition to be submitted to World Court in January 2004 in your names as White Knights requesting the Court to issue a NESARA announcement time period. I'm told you will need at least two thousand White Knights to sign this document which will be used to prove to the World Court that you are valid "parties" to the issue of NESARA. Then you can request help from the White Knight corporate executives who have been funding NESARA operations to help you engage and pay for legal representation in World Court. If you do this, there are also ways to protect yourself from any issues of insubordination related to your regular military duties; how to protect yourself can be learned from a good Constitutional Law attorney and a military law attorney. Since NESARA is not part of your normal military duties, doing your own petition to the World Court for the NESARA announcement time period is not insubordination.

It seems that one of the reasons the White Knight decision team is planning to delay until the end of March 2004 before submitting a petition to World Court asking for a NESARA announcement time period, is to give the Illuminati another year to bleed income tax money out of Americans. Most of the income tax money collected from Americans and businesses in the U.S. goes to the owners of the Federal Reserve central bank. There are other sources of income which are used to run the federal government; the big lie is that Americans' income tax money funds the government.

The Federal Reserve is a private corporation owned mainly by the foreign banking corporations of the world's top Illuminati banking families. I confirmed this fact by calling U.S. Representative Ron Paul's office; Ron Paul has sponsored a bill to abolish the Federal Reserve. Norm S. of Ron Paul's staff confirmed for us in October 2002 that the Federal Reserve is owned by a dozen private and public entities/corporations.

The Illuminati who own the Federal Reserve want their full portion of Americans' income tax money and have ordered the White Knight decision team to delay requesting a NESARA announcement time period until just a few weeks before the unlawful income tax's deadline of April 15th.

Some White Knight corporate executives have strong motivation to get NESARA announced before Spring 2004 including avoiding paying the unlawful income tax. Some of these corporate executives who support NESARA could also help hasten NESARA's announcement time period by setting up special project teams to find White Knights in the U.S. military who would be willing to go over the heads of the White Knight decision team to World Court and directly petition for a NESARA announcement time period early in 2004.

Both options to petition the World Court for a NESARA announcement time period should be immediately pursued. There are White Knight corporate executives and other influential people who do have ways they can impact the situation to get a NESARA announcement time period issued by World Court before Spring 2004. Every person who can impact this situation needs to immediately jump into action and pursue getting a NESARA announcement time period authorized by the World Court early in 2004!

I know some people on the Internet have been saying NESARA would be announced before the end of 2003, but that has not been likely for some weeks. NESARA can only be announced during an official NESARA announcement time period authorized by World Court and we have not had an official announcement time period in December 2003.

It's taken considerable time and research for me to discover details related to the NESARA announcement authorization. Although the current status of NESARA is not what we would like it to be, it is only by knowing what is really happening that influential NESARA supporters can take action to help NESARA get announced soon.

Any of us who know White Knights in the U.S. military or White Knight corporate executives or other influential NESARA supporters can help by calling and asking them to do everything they can to speed up the process of getting the next NESARA announcement time period authorized by World Court. If there is anything else we can do as the process of moving NESARA forward unfolds, I will write about these things in future Dove Reports.

Certain adjustments will get NESARA announced in the next official announcement time period. The current need is to get the petition to World Court requesting the NESARA announcement time period as soon as possible. I urge all White Knights who truly support NESARA to go into action now, do an end-run around the White Knight decision team, and petition World Court to set the next NESARA announcement time period soon! The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person. World Court is the International Court of Justice in the city called The Hague, in the Netherlands.
