Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
After its announcement, NESARA's improvements will encourage grass roots
participation by the people of the U.S. in directing the governments of
counties, states, and the country. NESARA opens the door for the people
to be empowered in influencing government policies and actions. As the
international impacts of NESARA ripple out across the world, people in
many countries will also be more empowered to participate in directing
their governments.
Today, there are many things people would like to change in their
communities and countries, but sometimes we don't know how to take action
on things that matter to us. Some people don't think they can be
successful in making a difference, however, we can learn from other people
who are attaining their goals in spite of the seeming obstacles.
So that all of us can learn from others who have been successful, I'm
beginning to feature articles about people and groups who have
successfully made improvements in their communities even when the odds
were against them. After NESARA is announced, many of us will be doing
improvement projects and we can begin now to study some of the ways others
have taken action to make improvements.
Water is one of the most important elements in our world. People,
animals, birds, fish, and all of nature must have clean and health-giving
water for life. In the small town of Montara, California, members of the
community worked hard to gain control over their community water supply
against all odds and were successful. Their story is below.
NESARA empowers the people. Power to the people! NESARA Yes!
Blessings and Love,
Dove of Oneness

TAPWATER TAKEOVER
by Carolyn McConnell
"Pit a global conglomerate with revenues of over $52 billion a year, intent
on swallowing up utility companies on every continent, against a
California community of 4,900 people. Who would you bet on? Against the
odds, tiny Montara, California, this year succeeded in reclaiming its
municipal water system from a behemoth German energy group with the opaque
name of RWE AG. The win is energizing communities across the U.S. to take
their municipal water systems back from corporations...."
