Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
The White Knights are still working on courses of action to move NESARA
forward. Certain investigative actions are quietly underway to determine
the best ways to proceed to open the door for NESARA's announcement.
Since I do not want to give away the White Knights' strategies to the
Illuminati, I cannot discuss details. What is being done right now needs
to take place very privately.
From what I'm hearing, it sounds like the next time we have a NESARA
announcement time period, we will see the announcement. There will be
some things we who support NESARA can do to help support one of the major
elements necessary to getting NESARA announced as soon as possible. I
will write about these things when certain actions have occurred which are
in process.
Occasionally people, who should know better, get off track and begin
helping the Illuminati with Illuminati DISinformation. There is a person
in Australia who previously has supported NESARA and has recently begun
attacking NESARA. Those of you who have read the Dove Reports since
before 9-11-2001 may remember that this person, David R. Siminton, of the
principality of Caledonia/Camside, wrote on September 16, 2001, about his
personal knowledge from his White Knight sources who told him the 9-11
attacks were meant to stop NESARA's announcement. I posted his email
dated September 16, 2001 which was entitled "[ReclaimAustralia]
Caledonia/Nesara/WTC" in my September 19, 2001, 1:11 a.m. Dove Report.

since before 9-11. Siminton is quite strong in this September 16,
2001email that he had been informed by his own White Knight sources about
NESARA, including NESARA having been passed by the U.S. Congress, etc.
I understand that in the last few weeks, Siminton has suddenly changed his
mind and decided to attack NESARA but his reason is quite different from
what he is saying. It turns out that Siminton has been SELLING
memberships to the Principality of Camside by USING the PROMISE that if
people pay him $200 to join Camside, then he will make sure these people
get put on a prosperity program gifting list. Siminton is not in the
prosperity programs but he knows J.L. who is and is supposedly giving
people's names to J.L. to put on a gifting list. Another man, DH, who is
in the prosperity program and also associated with Camside has also
offered to put people on his gifting list but people do not have to pay
$200 to "join" anything in order to get on DH's gifting list. Apparently
Siminton and DH were contacting some of the same people and these people
decided they would rather not pay $200 to get on a gifting list, so
Siminton has been losing income. This loss of his only income is the REAL
reason that Siminton has begun attacking NESARA because D.H. is supporting
NESARA.
Siminton is quoting a man named Harvey Barnard who works for Bush Sr. as
the Illuminati DISinformation "mouthpiece" on Bush Sr.'s Illuminati
DISinformation website known as www.nesara.ORG and which also is reached
by www.nesara.COM . This Illuminati stooge, Harvey Barnard, is part of
Bush Sr.'s efforts to reduce support for the true NESARA law by claiming
that the FALSE "nesara proposed bill" on nesara.ORG is the NESARA about
which I write. The FALSE "nesara proposed bill" on Bush Sr.'s website is
NOTHING close to the true NESARA law and has a different name from the
true NESARA law. Bush Sr. was head of the CIA and is expert at
DISinformation. Bush Sr. is trying to run the U.S. through Bush Jr.; all
the Bush family are fighting NESARA with everything they have because the
entire Bush family power structure will collapse immediately after NESARA
is announced. Siminton has made an alliance with the devil in his quoting
of the Illuminati stooge Barnard at the well-known Bush Sr. DISinformation
website nesara.ORG.
Siminton and J.L. are actually doing something that I warned the NTAT
members NOT to do in an email from me dated October 11, 2003. I warned
prosperity program members in the NTAT that they should NOT offer to put
people on their prosperity program gifting list until AFTER they receive
their prosperity delivery.
The reason I am telling prosperity program members to WAIT to discuss
gifting is that any promise of gifting they make PRIOR to them receiving
their prosperity delivery COULD be considered "misrepresentation of
financial benefit" because they do not have their prosperity funds in hand
yet. Prosperity program members will have a few weeks AFTER they receive
their prosperity deliveries to put more people on their gifting lists.
It's especially important that people do not offer to put someone on a
gifting list via email, fax, or phone calls. Emails, faxes, and phone
calls can be intercepted. Better to wait until we have our prosperity
deliveries in our hands before we contact people to put them on our
gifting lists.
It's very strange to me that Siminton, who is NOT in the prosperity
programs and clearly knows nothing about what is going on with the
programs, is doing what he is doing. But I do know his real motive is his
own income, and it's a shame that Siminton is attacking NESARA for his own
benefit. In addition, Siminton may not realize that the White Knight
code-named King of Egypt, who is helping fund the Australian bid for
freedom in the British courts, is a big supporter of NESARA. It's highly
likely that Australia will NOT be able to get rid of its corrupt
government until after NESARA is announced and then the court case for
Australia's freedom might finally be successful. With his attack on
NESARA, Siminton is not helping Australians at all.
On another topic, I want to thank those of you who have written to me
about your appreciation of my Dove world service. Your comments warm my
heart, and as I always say, "together, we are victorious". Together, we
are helping bring NESARA's blessings to the world!
A few days ago I decided to look for "good news" in the world and below is
an article about the "Positive Futures Network" which discusses people who
are dedicated to helping create a good future for the world. I was
impressed with some of the things these people are doing and those of us
who will be doing improvement projects may find some of their information
useful now and in the future.
Although the progress of current actions related to NESARA is slower than
any of us would like, I'm very confident the next time NESARA gets on the
runway, NESARA's announcement will take off and land right on our
television screens! There are some new things happening which I cannot
discuss but which will help ensure NESARA is announced in the next
announcement time period. NESARA Yes!

State of the Possible Retreats
In 1999, we launched a series of retreats entitled "The State of the
Possible." Held twice a year, these invitational gatherings bring together
extraordinary social change leaders to explore the possibilities for
transformational change. Participants find the retreats an important
opportunity to examine the historic potentials of our time, for spiritual
renewal, and for trust building.
Each participant is involved in networks that extend to thousands of
