Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

Last Saturday, 194 White Knight Leaders (most from the White Knight U.S. military) met to discuss what they can do to improve the current circumstances controlling when NESARA can be announced. The White Knights attempted to get NESARA announced during the October-November 2003 announcement period set by the World Court. However hundreds of Illuminati interference and sabotage actions continuously blocked the White Knights from being able to announce NESARA.

After the end of the announcement period in November, the White Knight Leaders were contacted by hundreds of powerful NESARA supporters who are urging the White Knights to somehow obtain another announcement period for NESARA in the near future. NESARA supporters in Congress and powerful corporate executives are urging the White Knights to move aggressively in any way possible to hasten NESARA's announcement.

Last summer when the White Knight decision team members who were working for the Illuminati began to be removed, the Illuminati knew they could no longer depend on the White Knight decision team to cooperate with sabotaging NESARA's announcement. For some years, double-agents who secretly were Illuminati had been holding most of the top White Knight decision team positions. This meant that these double-agent White Knights were constantly SABOTAGING every effort to announce NESARA from their inside positions. Beginning in July, these double-agent White Knights were removed and replaced by White Knights who truly do want to get NESARA announced.

Once these Illuminati double-agents had been removed, the Illuminati knew they had to use other ways to delay NESARA's announcement. The Illuminati have hundreds of large attorney firms around the world working on legal processes to stall NESARA by submitting petitions for delays to World Court. Because NESARA's international banking impacts have required international banking laws to be revised, over 150 nations will have to adopt the revised international banking laws soon after NESARA is announced.

Over the last few years, some of these 150 countries have submitted petitions to World Court asking the Court to delay NESARA's announcement due to manufactured problems these countries were claiming. The International Court of Justice (World Court) has jurisdiction over problems involving more than one country and has been ruling on issues related to NESARA since mid-2000.

In mid-2000 a few months after NESARA was passed by Congress, the Clinton administration tried to stop NESARA by petitioning the World Court to rule on NESARA's validity. In the U.S. government, there are three branches of power: the administrative, the judicial, and congressional branches. In the NESARA issue, there was a dispute between these three branches of government: the Clinton administration was fighting the NESARA law which had been drafted to carry out 1993 U.S. Supreme Court rulings and which had been passed by Congress in March 2000. In this dispute, the U.S. Supreme Court and Congress were supporting NESARA and the Clinton administration was opposing NESARA. The dispute was taken to World Court for resolution. The World Court ruled that NESARA was valid and ordered Clinton to sign the law which he finally did on October 10, 2000.

Since the World Court has authority over NESARA, the Illuminati leaders in many countries have manufactured excuses for why their countries are not ready for the international banking improvements and submitted many petitions to World Court asking for delays in NESARA's announcement. Flooding the World Court with petitions from various countries asking to delay NESARA has become an important Illuminati tactic for causing months of delay of the NESARA announcement.

The White Knights are aware that the World Court probably will not authorize another announcement period until petitions to delay NESARA have been heard. However, the Court is not planning to begin hearing any petitions until mid-January 2004. In the meantime, the month of December 2003 is a time of limbo, unless the White Knights take certain actions.

Since their meeting last Saturday, the White Knights are checking out two options which they think could improve the timing of when they can obtain another authorized NESARA announcement time period. There should be some progress made on these options this week.

The Illuminati are definitely afraid that NESARA is becoming too well known. They have increased their Internet DISinformation attacks on NESARA. Because of our NESARA Take Action Team's NESARA demonstrations in front of World Court in the Netherlands, the Illuminati have had their DISinformation section of the CIA set up a new anti-NESARA website in the Dutch language. Our NTAT have done such a good job of publicizing NESARA at World Court, that the Illuminati have launched this new anti-NESARA website just to try to counter the great work of our NTAT in the Netherlands.

This kind of anti-NESARA website simply tells us that we are being SUCCESSFUL in our NESARA publicizing actions. Also, there are other Illuminati DISinformation websites which continue to spew their lies including the CIA-FBI disinformation website at quatloos.com and Bush Senior's websites www.nesara.ORG and www.nesara.COM . We of course need to remember that the CIA (of which Bush Senior was the Director years ago) has been doing massive propaganda and lies through mainstream media for almost 50 years. Just do a web search on project Mockingbird to learn how the CIA controls U.S. media for the Illuminati. Since the Internet is now accessed by more than 60% of adults in the U.S. per a recent study, the Illuminati know they must also put their propaganda out on the Internet.

There are ways the White Knights truly CAN transform the current conditions so that NESARA can be announced soon. The KEY for the White Knights is to work with the Ascended Masters of Light and all things are possible if the White Knights do this! The White Knights who are exploring this option are on the right path to success. Let's hold these White Knights in our prayers, meditations, and energy work focuses and support the possibility of NESARA's announcement rising out of the fog and into our lives! NESARA Yes!

The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person. World Court is the International Court of Justice in the city called The Hague, in the Netherlands. This is NOT the International Criminal Court from which Bush Jr. removed the U.S. These are two totally different courts with different purposes.
