Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

Per current conditions, there are no plans for NESARA to be announced during the rest of 2003. The NESARA announcement time period is over for 2003.

Unfortunately, there will be nothing more done to move NESARA forward to announcement in 2003. The White Knights refused to ask for assistance from the Ascended Masters and benevolent Forces of Light. The World Court also did not authorize this assistance so that NESARA could be announced.

As things currently stand, there will be zero action on NESARA until January 15, 2004 when World Court will again open a period of listening to petitions to delay NESARA. If the Court follows the process it followed this last Summer and Fall, the Court could accept petitions to delay NESARA for 60 to 90 days or more.

It is extremely unfortunate that all six billion people on Earth must suffer because a few dozen Earth Humans (the White Knights in charge of NESARA and the World Court Judges) are lacking in knowledge and courage and are refusing to authorize the Ascended Masters' help which could get NESARA announced.

I spent the last six days attempting to move alterative plans forward which would enable NESARA to be announced. I have been privately requesting for some months that the Ascended Masters of Light let the "people" authorize the divine intervention. I have taken action and developed coalition teams of people on Earth to prove that there are enough of us to actually accomplish the things that need to be handled. I also explained HOW various actions could be done in ways that would meet all the Ascended Masters' criteria in new ways. I also explained how all the follow-up actions the Ascended Masters need could be handled by the Children of Light. Unfortunately, at this time the Ascended Masters are still wishing to have authorization by the White Knights or World Court and are not changing Their Plans.

Unless some huge change occurs, the same process we saw this Summer and Fall will continue next year. The Court will begin in mid-January to listen to NESARA-related petitions for 30 or 60 or 90 days or more. Finally, the Court will get around to setting a NESARA announcement time period of six weeks or so, and then the White Knights will once again do their paltry best to get NESARA announced while the Illuminati trip the White Knights up at every step.

Since last July until next Spring, there has been a mere six weeks in which NESARA could be announced. This is the FACT and is a clear commentary on how stupid the current processes are.

Last July, August, September, and early October were wasted on Illuminati petitions in World Court to delay NESARA. Finally, the White Knights were given the announcement period of six weeks in October and November. Now we are facing six weeks where NOTHING will be done to announce NESARA or even work on the issue because the World Court does nothing on NESARA in December or the first two weeks of January 2004. Then, the World Court will probably be deluged with Illuminati petitions to delay NESARA and that will waste another three months.

What I'm seeing is that IF things continue as they have, there will be only two periods next year when the Court will set a NESARA announcement period. A mere two periods of six weeks each next year are likely to be all the time that NESARA will have a chance to be announced. That's approximately 12 weeks out of 52 weeks, while the Illuminati are allowed to block NESARA in their petitions to World Court for 40 of the 52 weeks.

Does anyone see what I'm seeing? This schedule is LUDICROUS.

It is LUDICROUS that the Illuminati are being given NINE months of the year to delay NESARA and there are only two periods of six weeks - 12 weeks total -- in the entire year when NESARA can be announced!

Something must change. It's unacceptable that the World Court is giving the Illuminati NINE months of the year to delay NESARA. The World Court MUST STOP giving the Illuminati 90 days of petitioning the Court to delay NESARA. The World Court must CUT IN HALF the amount of time the Illuminati can delay NESARA. It is TOTALLY UNFAIR that the Illuminati automatically have the overwhelming TIME ADVANTAGE due to unacceptable legal processes which everyone on the inside knows involve manufactured delays.

The World Court SHOULD REDUCE to SIX weeks the Illuminati petitioning the Court and then give the White Knights the SAME TIME ADVANTAGE to get NESARA announced - SIX weeks. Apparently there are still some World Court Judges who are Illuminati and this is something that also should be changed. Perhaps then, the Court could operate in FAIRNESS, and NOT give the Illuminati the HUGE time advantages the Court has been giving the opponents of NESARA.

It's ridiculous that in the last FOUR YEARS all the banking systems and countries in the world have been well aware that they had to prepare for NESARA, and some banking systems and countries still drag manufactured excuses to World Court to delay NESARA. The idea of allowing 90 days of delays due to petitions is ridiculous. Now, after FOUR years, the Court SHOULD be REDUCING the delaying petition process to SIX weeks, NOT using a schedule which gives the Illuminati NINE MONTHS of 12 months to use the Court to delay NESARA!

It's also unacceptable that the White Knights are still too ignorant to use the only help we have which can ensure NESARA is announced. The White Knights in charge need to GET EDUCATED about the ONLY assistance upon which they can call to get NESARA announced. The White Knights in charge need to pull their heads out of the sand, grow up, and accept an invitation to meet the Ascended Masters and the benevolent Forces and discuss receiving help in the next NESARA announcement time period. White Knights who can set up this kind of meeting, such as KOS, should be setting up this educational opportunity for the ignorant White Knights leaders! This educational opportunity is desperately needed so the White Knight leaders can finally make progress to get NESARA announced.

In the current conditions, there are several problems which are blocking NESARA. There must be CHANGES to how things are being done in order to get NESARA announced.

As disheartening as this NESARA news is, I want those supporting NESARA to know the truth about the current conditions surrounding NESARA. We all have decisions we must make in our daily lives and we wish that NESARA would be announced as the announcement would solve many problems for many people. I have always advised people to handle things in their lives without depending on NESARA's announcement. I am explaining the CURRENT circumstances delaying NESARA's announcement so that people can have correct information on which to base their decisions in their lives.

There will be many people who will not want to believe that this is the truth and that the timing of NESARA's announcement is being impacted by lengthy legal processes, etc. They will probably continue to say that the announcement can happen any time. However, in the 'current circumstances', the NESARA announcement is not going to be possible for many weeks.

There will also NOT be any mass deliveries of prosperity programs notifications until after NESARA is announced. Again, I'm explaining this so that members of the prosperity programs can make wise financial decisions in their lives.

Regarding the NESARA Take Action Teams activities, as the Worldwide Leader of the NTAT, I'm suggesting that there is no benefit to continue the NTAT activities until sometime next year. We are unlikely to impact the process of getting NESARA announced by continuing our activities at this time. We will discuss restarting our activities next year; I will be in touch with the NTAT Directors soon to discuss this. Our NTAT activities this year have been useful in numerous ways. I deeply appreciate all the efforts by all members of the NTAT and other NESARA supporters around the world! What we did this year did help move NESARA forward and we will look for ways to do so next year as well.

By the way, those of you in the NTAT who are receiving "[ssn]" information need to know that the "ssn" is NOT part of the NTAT activities. The "ssn" has NO standing in the NTAT. The "ssn" chatroom has NO standing in the NTAT. The "ssn" chatroom logs contain comments that are not part of the NTAT activities. Also Bob Tower and Nancy Tate, who started the "ssn", have NO standing in the NTAT.

When activities related to NESARA begin again in World Court in mid-January 2004, I may know more about how long the Court is going to allow petitions to delay NESARA. We can hope that the Court will act in fairness and REDUCE the amount of time to 45 days instead of 90 days for hearing petitions. However, this is unlikely as things currently stand.

There need to be MAJOR improvements in circumstances related to NESARA in order for NESARA to be announced next year. Let us pray that those who can cause these MAJOR improvements will take action in the coming weeks.
