Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
This morning I received a call from a friend who heard from someone close
to a U.S. soldier; this soldier was in the U.S. on R&R from Iraq this
month. The soldier was very clear in stating that the majority of U.S.
military troops in Iraq HATE Bush Jr. and they hate the Republican party
for the terrible damage it's done to our country and to our military. He
stated most U.S. soldiers in Iraq know this war is only about oil and
nothing else; they want to come home and stop waging this unjust war.
This young man is a husband and father of a little baby girl born while
he's been in Iraq for almost a year. He says that neither he nor his wife
have received a penny of pay for his military service in all the time he
has been gone! Not one penny! His family and parents live on a farm
which is now in foreclosure because he has not been home to help plant
crops; not only has he not been paid but his family is now facing
homelessness.
I called several organizations, including the GI Hotline, to see if they
have had reports of any other U.S. military personnel stating that they
have not been paid. I asked that they return my call if they have
confirmations of U.S. soldiers in Iraq receiving NO duty pay. When I
mentioned that of course this is not being reported in the controlled U.S.
media, a woman at one of the organizations said, "Tell me about it"
meaning she had run into trouble trying to get the truth covered by the
controlled media.
In addition, this soldier states that morale is extremely low among U.S.
military in Iraq. He says the attacks on the U.S. military are MUCH
HIGHER than what is reported in the press and that all U.S. military
troops are being fired upon 10 to 12 times per day. He also says the
number of casualties is being falsified and that for every one U.S.
military person reported as killed or injured, the REAL NUMBERS are TEN
TIMES as many!
There are many reports that our U.S. military are living in terrible
conditions without proper food, water, or sanitation facilities. We have
heard they are being CHARGED for their meals. On television last night as
I flipped through channels I caught a bit of a report that soldiers being
called to serve must now pay for their own "supplies" which included socks
and other items. I wonder how our soldiers will buy new socks in the
desert of Iraq.
Another shocking story came from a friend of a friend who knows a U.S.
soldier who was serving in Iraq and had his foot blown off. This soldier
was sent to a hospital in Germany for a month and then finally sent home.
After this now disabled soldier arrived back home in the U.S., the U.S.
military sent him a BILL for over $14,000 for hospital charges the
military is refusing to cover! This man not only has to adjust to losing
his foot and try to recover, but he now has the military charging him
$14,000 due to injuries he received while on duty in Iraq!
In October 2003, Congress voted itself a pay raise but also cut the hazard
duty pay to our soldiers in Iraq and cut family separation pay amounts
also.
WHAT is going on, Folks? Do you see a COMMON THREAD in these reports? If
you don't, I will tell you what it is: IT'S the MONEY!
My sources state that Rumsfeld and Bush Jr. are stealing billions from the
U.S. military funds that have been appropriated by Congress. If the U.S.
military were paying for the proper transportation and supplies, our
soldiers would have the food, water, and sanitary facilities they should
have. However, Rumsfeld has ordered that millions of dollars be pulled
out of the various military funds accounts and diverted to "special
projects" accounts. Then once a week, the diverted funds in the special
projects accounts are wired OUT of the U.S. to secret bank accounts held
by Bush, Rumsfeld, and friends in banks in Switzerland. I'm told this
money will be returned to the U.S. military within a few weeks of NESARA's
announcement.
The Bush family have a long, long history of stealing funds from anyone
over whom they have control. Bush Senior stole large amounts from the
Bergevun program while he and Orin Hatch were administrators for this
program. It's standard operating procedure for the Bush gang to steal
money from whomever they can.
In this case, the U.S. military budgets are the cash cows the Bush gang

What is continuously coming from the U.S. troops in Iraq is that they want
OUT of Iraq. They were lied to by Bush Jr. and they see the LIES in the
American media every day. I suggest that you go to the following website,

and read the "Letters" from military family members to find out what U.S.
military personnel in Iraq are REALLY saying!
I also saw a statement that the GI Hotline has received a huge increase in
calls from military personnel and their families regarding what would
happen if the military person chose NOT to return to duty in Iraq and went
Absent Without Leave (AWOL). The GI Hotline says there are more and more
calls coming from soldiers in Iraq who are considering refusing to return
to duty while they are on leave. These soldiers want NO PART of Bush Jr's
war for oil.
Military bosses know that many U.S. military and reservists in Iraq are
considering going AWOL. For this reason, U.S. military reservists are not
being sent back to the U.S. for R&R because they might not return to duty.
Instead the reservists are being sent to Germany. The regular U.S.
troops coming home for R&R are not being allowed to leave their military
bases for the same reason; the Bush regime knows many U.S. military are
considering going AWOL.
I want you people in countries outside the U.S. to REALIZE that many
Americans are NOT for the war on Iraq! Definitely, most U.S. military
personnel in Iraq are NOT supporting the war against Iraq! When those of
you living in countries outside the U.S. discuss this topic, please DO NOT
talk about being "anti-AMERICAN" because "AMERICANS" are NOT the problem.
I am an American and I do NOT appreciate anyone saying that "America" or
"Americans" are the problem!
The problem is the UNELECTED Illuminati Bush regime which was put into
office in the Illuminati year 2000 election coup. The Bush regime are NOT
Americans - they are Illuminati globalists. WE true Americans REJECT
these Illuminati stooges who are bent on world domination just as all of
you in other countries also reject them.
I saw more evidence that Americans want Bush GONE in a few minutes of a
television show yesterday where author Molly Ivins was discussing her book
"Bushwhacked: Life in George W. Bush's America". Molly said that she and
Lou Dobuse, her co-author, traveled the U.S. talking to people and
discovering how Americans really feel about Bush Jr. What she found, she
said was that most Americans are very, very uneasy and do not trust Bush,
but don't know what to do about it.

There are millions of Americans who want Bush GONE! Hundreds of thousands
of Americans are working hard every day to get the truth out in the
controlled media about the Illuminati Bush regime. One of the good things
about the Democrats campaigning for President in the year 2004 election is
that some of these people are speaking out about the damage Bush has done
to the U.S. and their remarks are being covered briefly in mainstream
media.
But there is still one shocking truth that no one has covered in
mainstream media and which will be EXPOSED after NESARA's announcement:
the fact that the Bush regime ordered the 9/11 attacks on Americans. The
FACT that on September 9, 2001, final official acts were completed so that
NESARA could be announced on Tuesday, 9/11/2001. Here's what I wrote one
day before 9/11 in my September 10, 2001 Dove Report:

NESARA was scheduled to be announced at 10 a.m. on 9/11/2001 and many
other facts. The FACT that the WTC had an international banking center
which was supposed to begin downloading data for the new U.S. Treasury
bank system to banks in the U.S. at 9 AM on 9/11/2001. The FACT that FBI
agents ran out of the woods next to the Pennsylvania 9/11 crash site a few
minutes after the plane hit the ground, put guards around the pit, and
went to homes adjacent to the field forcing people to sign agreements to
keep silent about what they saw. The FACT that certain employees at the
Pentagon were told on Monday, 9/10/2001 "don't come to work tomorrow and
whatever you do, don't go to the World Trade Center." The FACT that
Trustees, who normally held meetings in the WTC, were told days before to
hold their 9/11/2001 meeting away from the WTC. These are facts from MY
network of sources.
There will be even more FACTS that will come out after NESARA is
announced. Thousands more Americans died on 9/11 than the Bush regime has
allowed to be reported. The illegal, unelected Bush regime killed
thousands of Americans on 9/11 and then blamed 9/11 for the bad economy
which is damaging millions of Americans.

sales are another thing showing that many Americans want Bush GONE. These

I'm back home after visiting 39 cities in 23 days on my book tour and I
want to thank everyone who came by to see me. It was our biggest tour yet,
with five to ten thousand people a night filling basketball arenas and
county fair grounds across the country. In many cities there were
thousands more of you who couldn't get in (4,000 people pounding on the
door in Baltimore was quite a sight!). Next time we do the football
stadiums!
The book went immediately to #1 on the New York Times bestseller list. And
it is still at #1 after three weeks! It is also #1 in the L.A. Times,
Washington Post, San Francisco Chronicle and most other lists in the
country.
It took one year for "Stupid White Men" to sell a million copies in the

What was amazing to me on this tour was that some of the biggest and most
enthusiastic crowds were in hard-core Republican areas like Stockton,
California and Wooster, Ohio. I get it when 13,000 show up and try to
squeeze in as they did at Berkeley's Greek Theatre. But when five or six
thousand show up in places like Pullman, Washington (on the Idaho border)
or Ypsilanti, Michigan, I'm convinced that there has been a shift, a real
shift, in public opinion,..

SOLDIERS PAYING - LITERALLY - FOR SERVING
The White House doesn't plan to spend money on body armor for troops in
Iraq, and that's only the beginning.

Stumping to drum up flagging public opinion for the war in Iraq, President
Bush never fails to pledge his support for the brave men and women serving
in that very dangerous place.
In an Oct. 9 speech to Air National Guard Reservists in New Hampshire, the
president said, "Any time we put our troops into harm's way, you must have
the best training, the best equipment, the best possible pay."
From that statement - and countless others like it - it would be fair to
conclude that the president believes our troops should have the best
training, best equipment and best pay.
You'd be wrong.
Case in point: Nearly one-quarter of our soldiers do not have modern body
armor that can stop bullets fired from assault rifles.
Soldiers are so concerned for their safety that they've taken to asking
relatives stateside to buy body armor and send it to them.
Well, you'd think, that's just a supply problem. Certainly, you'd think,
the president would be working tirelessly to supply this life-saving
equipment to our troops.
Again, you'd be wrong.
President Bush's request for $87 billion to wage the war against terrorism
did not include more money to buy body armor for our troops.
The president initial request did include $9 million to establish ZIP
codes in Iraq.
Bulletproof vests for soldiers? Nothing.
The money was only included after outraged members of Congress inserted it
in their version of the spending request.
This would be incredible if it weren't part of a larger pattern when it
comes to promises by the Bush administration. This administration talks
the talk, as they say, but it hasn't even taken the first step in walking
the walk.
This pattern doesn't just apply to our military. The environment,
education, health care - the words uttered by this president don't match
his deeds.
But the administration's most egregious - and dangerous - deceptions have
directly affected the troops.
Forget, for a moment, the issue of giving our soldiers life-saving
equipment.
This administration's record for supporting our troops is dismal. The
administration has proposed cutting imminent-danger pay from $225 a month
to $150 and the family separation allowance from $250 a month to $100. It
has proposed drastic cuts in health care benefits for veterans.
And, in what has to be the most callous disregard for the men and women
who sacrifice for this nation, wounded soldiers were being charged $8.10 a
day for meals they consumed while recuperating from their wounds in
military hospitals.
That bears repeating. Soldiers wounded in service to their country were
being charged for food while they were in the hospital.
According to Lt. Col. Rose-Ann Lynch, a Pentagon spokeswoman quoted in
Stars and Stripes newspaper, the idea is to prevent troops from receiving
free meals in the hospital while also receiving the military's Basic
Allowance for Subsistence in their pay checks. "Double-dipping," they call
it.
Lt. Col. Lynch, using logic and language familiar to anyone who's ever
worn the uniform, said: "Deployments aside, if any service member is in a
military hospital, they are getting meals paid for by the military. If
they were regularly collecting BAS, Basic Allowance for Subsistence - the
monies received monthly for personal subsistence - they are obligated to
pay for the hospital meals.
"In a nutshell, a service member cannot receive the meal and the money,
too."
Soldiers are recovering from wounds - wounds, by the way, that may or may
not have been prevented had they been wearing modern body armor - and the
military is pinching pennies.
Incredible.
So, what we have is an administration that pledges its support to our men
and women in uniform, but when it comes to providing them with the
essentials, when it comes to providing them with proper equipment, when it
comes to feeding them while they recuperate from being wounded in service
to the country, the administration balks.
Try to keep that in mind the next time you see the commander-in-chief on
television making political hay by talking big about supporting our sons
and daughters in the war zone.
