Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

Today the European NTAT did another great NESARA demonstration at World Court. I expect to have their report and pictures tomorrow for the Dove Report.

This morning I saw on C-Span the Senate Majority Leader, Bill Frist, saying that he hoped to have a vote on the PERMANENT BAN of any government agency putting tax on the use of the Internet. The previous two-year moratorium on taxing the use of the Internet expired on October 31, 2003, a week ago.

I called the office of Senator Cantwell this morning to check into this situation and was told by a staff person that the House of Representatives passed their version of the PERMANENT moratorium on Internet tax last July. However, the Senate has not yet voted on their bill, Senate Bill 150, which also declares a permanent ban on any Internet tax by any city, county, state, or federal government agency. The Senate DOES FAVOR voting for a permanent ban, but because technologies are advancing and blending, the Internet of the future might be providing many more services than what we generally receive from it today.

Apparently what has slowed down the Senate is that leaders of cities, counties, and states have complained that "IF" telecommunications, such as long distance service, or other currently taxed services, move to the Internet, then these government agencies will lose current tax revenue. The solution the Senate is considering is a "definition" of what technology is protected and what technology is not protected.

The Senate does need to get this bill passed SOON, otherwise there will be cities, counties, and states who will be trying to pass their own laws to begin to somehow tax the Internet. If you wish to call the Senate and encourage your Senators to get the PERMANENT BAN on all Internet taxes passed, you may call the Capitol switchboard at 202-224-3121 and ask to be connected to the office of your Senator. We can tell our Senators that we want them to vote and completely ban any and all taxes on Internet usage. The Senators do not take calls on Saturdays, so if you want to call your Senators, you call them on Monday.

Again, the main issue is that the technology that can be provided on the Internet is advancing quickly and we could have many more services from the Internet in the future. Some of these new services could be services we have now, such as long distance service, but which are currently taxed by various government agencies. I've included an article below from a San Francisco paper on the Senate activities regarding the permanent ban on Internet tax.

Although I cannot share details of what is happening with the progress of the NESARA announcement, I can say that very important steps forward are being made. There is a requirement that considerable care must be exercised in having extraordinary resources used to help set the conditions so the White Knights can announce NESARA. Certain conditions are part of a strong strategy in process to ensure we do have NESARA's announcement soon.

Someone wrote me that he thought the time period was 30 days; this person was wrong. In fact, the current authorized time period is LONGER than 30 days by quite a bit. We are still in the current authorized time period and I'm being told that the NESARA announcement will be in this current time period.

One thing I was told that I can share is that OUR actions in support of NESARA have definitely improved the timing in which NESARA will be announced. Every flyer we have passed out, every postcard we have sent, every time our NTAT have gone to demonstrate in support of NESARA at World Court, peace rallies, and other places has made big impacts with those we need to impact in order to get NESARA announced soon! One who knows said that our NESARA support actions have increased the ability of NESARA to be announced SOONER than was previously thought; sooner by several months or even a year or two!

The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person. Certainly, these people fighting to bring Americans and the world the benefits of NESARA and to rescue our people from government and banking fraud deserve to be called "White Knights". World Court is the International Court of Justice in the city called The Hague, in the Netherlands. This is NOT the International Criminal Court from which Bush Jr. removed the U.S. These are two totally different courts with different purposes.
