Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

There's activity heating up around the world in preparation for NESARA's ripple effects worldwide. In Europe, the Illuminati have been threatening European White Knights heavily and this has caused some European White Knights to need to be replaced with new European White Knights. This replacement process needs to be completed as soon as possible so that within three business days after NESARA's announcement, the European Union can announce that the Euro is backed by precious metals.

As of today, there are three more replacement European White Knights needed. Two more German White Knights are needed for Germany and one more European Union White Knight is needed. It's very important that these replacements be completed quickly.

The White Knights in the rest of the European Union countries are ready. The White Knights in the United Kingdom are also prepared to act after NESARA is announced.

Although NESARA begins in the United States, due to the new international banking laws improvements and the new international legal system improvements which will be instituted after NESARA is announced, NESARA will ripple out to initiate improvements in over 180 countries worldwide. People around the world will benefit from NESARA which begins the Golden Age as foreseen by Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine in the 1930's.

NESARA's announcement begins the end of the Illuminati's world domination plans. The Illuminati are people of all races, all religions, and all ethnicities. In the U.S., we have the Illuminati Rockefeller family who claim to be Christians. We also have the unelected Illuminati occupant of the oval office, Bush Jr. who claims to be a Southern Methodist Christian.

The Illuminati's worldwide organization has been building for centuries and includes top government and other influential people in most countries in the world. The Illuminati often look just like everyone around them: they claim membership in the prevalent religions of their countries; they are made up of people of all races; they hold positions in government, business, churches, charitable organizations, educational institutions, medicine, military, scientific institutions, law enforcement, etc. The Illuminati have built their worldwide organization for the purpose of taking over the entire world and ruling the world's people. For many centuries the Illuminati have been working with their Draconian leaders to totally control all the world's people and resources.

In Internet and other information, we see many speculations about "who" is causing the problems of the world. I have seen many emails over the years from people who are absolutely certain that people of one group or another are the entire cause of the world's problems. Some people claim the "bankers" are the problem; other people claim the "Masons" are the problem; others claim the "Jews" are the problem; some people still think "communists" are the problem; still others claim the "military-industrial" complex are the problem.

NONE of these theories are correct because the Illuminati are citizens of all countries, belong to all religions, belong to most major organizations, they hold positions in business, government, the military, churches, etc. The Illuminati are the "ones" causing the world's problems but they cannot be found by pointing to just one group because the Illuminati have INFILTRATED ALL GROUPS who have power and influence.

After NESARA is announced, there will be many worldwide improvements that will ripple out from NESARA via improvements in international banking laws and the international legal system. In the months after NESARA, people in the current prosperity programs will also begin worldwide improvement projects using their humanitarian prosperity funds. As these worldwide improvement projects are developed and put into operation, we will NEED good PEOPLE of ALL countries, all religions, and all ethnicities to HELP bring about the Golden Age for all on Earth. We all are living on the same planet; we will need to work harmoniously and peacefully with people from all over the world in order to implement the Golden Age.

The NESARA Take Action Teams involve people in many different countries and we are all working together for the common good to get NESARA announced so the world's people can have the benefits that come directly and indirectly from NESARA. One NTAT member remarked that the NTAT activities may be a preview of future times when we will be working together to do world improvement projects.

When you display the Dove Report (beginning Oct. 31, 2003), you will see a form in the TOP RIGHT corner which enables you to email the Report. Also, there is a PRINT capability on the Dove Reports immediately above this new email feature.

In the last week or so, I have seen information on the Internet which attempts to blame the Jews for all the world's problems. This is wrong information for the reasons I have explained above. The Jews had NOTHING to do with the 9/11 attacks and the Internet report trying to link Jewish people to 9/11 is frankly idiotic. Also Henry Ford's information from years past is wrong; contrary to Henry Ford's limited knowledge, the Jews are not the problem. The Illuminati ARE the problem. The Jewish people have been harmed by the Illuminati as much or more than any other people have been. The Illuminati don't believe in the Jewish religion or any other religion. The Illuminati believe only in themselves and their Draconian leaders.

The Fourwinds10.com website unfortunately has posted Henry Ford's wrong and anti-Jewish information on their website recently. The Fourwinds10.com website also posted on November 2, 2003, what is claimed to be a message from "St. Germain" that was channeled by Anne Bellringer, the wife of the Fourwinds10.com website owner. In this message by Anne Bellringer, there are suggestions that people should read the anti-Jewish information on Fourwinds10.com and that people should read other information on that website. Anne Bellringer claims that these suggestions came from "St. Germain". But in fact, these suggestions are a poorly disguised ADVERTISEMENT for their website using "St. Germain's" name and mention of NESARA in efforts to further their personal agenda of getting people interested in reading things on the Fourwinds10.com website.

Here is what Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine requests that I include in today's Dove Report regarding this:

. . . Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine says, "I AM not anti-Jewish and I did not give that channeled message to Anne Bellringer."

When fourwinds10.com began hosting the Dove Reports, there were already 9,000+ subscribers to the Dove Reports whom I took with me when I moved the Dove Reports from yahoogroups.com to fourwinds10.com. During the year that fourwinds10.com hosted the Dove Reports, some people assumed that I approved of all the information posted at fourwinds10.com but that is NOT the case. Some people assumed that Patrick Bellringer must know a lot about NESARA and the White Knights, but in fact, he has zero White Knight contacts and did not know about NESARA prior to reading the Dove Reports.

I generally do not comment on people who say they channel Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine. However, I feel a responsibility to set the record straight because the Dove Reports brought thousands of people to the fourwinds10.com website - thousands of people who otherwise probably would never have heard of fourwinds10.com. Anne Bellringer is not channeling Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine. I do not know who she is channeling, but I have never heard of any Ascended Master of Light giving a message which is essentially an "advertisement" that furthers the personal agenda of the person doing the channeling.

I moved the Dove Reports off the fourwinds10.com website a few months ago due to several questionable postings by the Bellringers. The Bellringers also were not supportive of the NESARA Take Action Teams because the NTAT global internet headquarters are on the www.nesara.us website and this took attention off of their fourwinds10.com website. I realized for me to do all I needed to do to get NESARA announced, I had to move the Dove Reports to www.nesara.us.

As of today due to this recent anti-Jewish focus of the Bellringers and their self-serving use of NESARA and "St. Germain", I HAVE REQUESTED that the fourwinds10.com website STOP posting the Dove Reports. Having the Dove Reports on fourwinds10.com indirectly lends credibility to these Bellringer postings and for this reason, I'm asking them to remove the Dove Reports from fourwinds10.com.

Some of you have not updated your Address Books with my new email address, dove@nesara.us.  Please make sure that you have my dove@nesara.us email address in your Address Book. When you email me, be sure you state the REASON for your email in the Subject field of the email. If you reply to a Dove Report email, please revise the Subject field and tell me why you are writing or I will not read your email.

Also, any webmasters who are supporting NESARA and linking to the Dove Reports need to link to http://www.nesara.us/pages/dovereports.html as links to the Dove Reports at fourwinds10.com will not be working.

When I began this Report some hours ago, there were three important White Knight positions in Europe needing to be filled with White Knights to replace those who resigned. In just these last five hours, one of these three positions has been filled. Now there is one German White Knight position and one European Union White Knight position still needing to be filled. This is GOOD news! The sooner we have all European White Knight positions filled, the better!

The World Court's NESARA Task Force and the White Knights in the U.S. are continuing to work together on efforts to get NESARA announced soon. We are doing our parts by continuing to publicize and energize NESARA around the world. The European NTAT will be going back to World Court this Friday to once again show the Judges that WE are calling for NESARA and the assistance of the benevolent Forces on behalf of all the world's people! Our actions ARE having impacts which are helping move NESARA into announcement position. NESARA Yes! NESARA Now!

The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person. Certainly, these people fighting to bring Americans and the world the benefits of NESARA and to rescue our people from government and banking fraud deserve to be called "White Knights". World Court is the International Court of Justice in the city called The Hague, in the Netherlands. This is NOT the International Criminal Court from which Bush Jr. removed the U.S. These are two totally different courts with different purposes.
