Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

This morning a nine-person Task Force sent by the World Court arrived in the D.C. area to take over the direction of the NESARA announcement activities. This nine-person Task Force is overseeing everything the White Knights in charge of pre-announcement activities are doing. The World Court's NESARA Task Force is using offices in the White Knight NESARA command center and will be there until after NESARA is announced.

The World Court has charged its NESARA Task Force with overseeing the activities and making adjustments as beneficial to getting NESARA announced as soon as possible.

As I wrote yesterday, I'm asking everyone who is reading the Dove Reports to send a POSTCARD to the World Court immediately this week and request the Court to "use ALL resources available to the Court to get NESARA announced this month". If we are able, let's send our POSTCARDS today and every day this week.

We are using postcards because postcards will have an impact that emails cannot have. Also, we cannot communicate to World Court by email about this currently. It takes a special request by White Knights to the Court to increase the size of the Court's mailbox or else our emails will be bounced and will not reach the Court.

It costs 70 cents to send a postcard from the U.S. to World Court. We can use two 37 cent stamps if we wish for the postage.

We have three NEW functions related to the Dove Reports at http://www.nesara.us.  The most recent Dove Report is at the top of the list of Reports. As of yesterday's October 20, 2003 Dove Report, we are displaying the Dove Report in a larger pop-up screen when you click on the Report to read it. Also, in the TOP RIGHT corner of your screen, you will see a clickable option to "Print This Page". When you click on the "Print This Page" option, you will receive a Print window and can choose the printer on which you wish the Report to print. Clicking "Print" on this window will cause the Dove Report to be sent to your printer.

The number of pages it takes to print the Dove Report is dependent on the "Text Size" option you have set in your browser if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser. For those of you who want to fax the Dove Report or save paper in printing the Report, when you have the Report displayed, go to the Toolbar displayed above the Report and click on the "View" option, next click on "Text Sizing" in the View menu, and choose from Largest, Larger, Medium, Smaller, and Smallest. If your Text Sizing is set at Largest, the Report will print out on 8 pages. If your Text Sizing is set at Smaller, the same Report will print out in 4 pages. Before printing, you can see how many pages it will take after you adjust your Text Sizing option by clicking on the "Edit" menu and then "Print Preview" which will tell you how many pages it will take to print the Report according to your current Text Sizing option. For fewer pages, adjust the Text Sizing option to a smaller size.

We are also working on another function to enable you to email the Report to yourself or friends from the www.nesara.us website. I will let you know when this new feature is available to use.

The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person. Certainly, these people fighting to bring Americans and the world the benefits of NESARA and to rescue our people from government and banking fraud deserve to be called "White Knights". World Court is the International Court of Justice in the city called The Hague, in the Netherlands. This is NOT the International Criminal Court from which Bush Jr. removed the U.S. These are two totally different courts with different purposes.
