Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

The White Knights are picking up the ball and preparing for round two of getting NESARA announced in the current authorized announcement time period. For those of you new to this cycle, the White Knights typically have from Tuesday through Saturday noon each week of the announcement time period in which to get the NESARA announced. (See October 12, 2003 Dove Report for explanations of timing of the announcement.)

The White Knights hopefully will take advantage of the "superior resources" available to them and get NESARA announced this week. As of tonight, things are sounding good for this week!

There are various speculations and stories which spring up every time there is a change in the design of the currency used in the U.S. In the last year I've seen several emails about what two fellows named Cliff Droke and Lawrence Patterson are speculating due to the distribution of the so-called "peach" color-washed $20 Federal Reserve Note. These men are NOT giving correct information and should be ignored. I had my sources check Mr. Patterson who wrote a book in 1994 trying to scare everyone from accepting "colored money".

The date, 1994, was a red flag for me because this was a year after the 1993 court rulings (See History section at www.nesara.us website) that provide the foundation of NESARA and the new U.S. Treasury "Rainbow currency" backed by precious metals. It turns out that Mr. Patterson is pretending to be a patriot while actually working for the Illuminati and his Illuminati job is to put out disinformation about "colored currency" as part of the Illuminati's efforts to fight NESARA.

These two men, Droke and Patterson, are putting out their version of the "sky is falling" information and claiming that there will be a "currency devaluation" and a two-tier currency system in the U.S. This is WRONG information and should be totally ignored. There will be ZERO currency devaluation or two-tier currency system in the U.S.; this is the Illuminati lie that Patterson has been instructed to put out and Droke is parroting due to his lack of knowledge.

As I wrote in yesterday's October 12th Dove Report, AFTER NESARA is announced, we will trade in our Federal Reserve fiat money which does not have anything standing behind it except "confidence" and we will receive our new U.S. Treasury Rainbow currency which is backed by precious metals. For every dollar of Federal Reserve currency we exchange, we will receive a dollar in the new U.S. Treasury Rainbow currency. This is a one-for-one currency exchange so no one loses any money in this exchange.

There will be NO devaluation of currency or two-tier currency system in the U.S. whatsoever. Ignore these two men who are putting out this wrong information.

If you refer to the October 10, 2003 Dove Report, you can read about why the Bush regime are putting out the peach-colored $20 Federal Reserve Note. Also you can read the confirmation I just received from Sarah in Florida quoting a newspaper article last Fall discussing the truth about NESARA's U.S. Treasury Rainbow currency backed by precious metals. Occasionally, a small mention about NESARA's banking improvements has leaked to the press but this rare leak to the press seems to have given many details and included a picture of the U.S. Treasury currency.

The Dove Reports will begin being emailed on a higher performance email and computer system sometime this week. At that time, I will again be able to send the Dove Reports earlier in the day. Also, once I am using this higher performance email system, we can begin working with AOL.zl6 and CS.com to determine why some Dove Report subscribers have not been receiving their Dove Reports in the last month even though their email addresses are on the mailing list. When I spoke with the AOL support technician, he explained that it is probably AOL blocking the emails of the Dove Reports. Once we have the Dove Reports being emailed from the higher performance email system, we can then work with AOL to find and correct the problem.

Saturday we unveiled the new look of the www.nesara.us website. We still have some work to do to finish a few things and will be adding more enhancements. Also, because the website is running on a new, high performance platform, there's a temporary forwarding address after you access www.nesara.us . As soon as the Internet directories update their records, you will see only www.nesara.us in your website address window in your browser. Below are several comments from people who share their enthusiastic response to the new website look.

Also below is our first NTAT Report from Asia! I'm very happy to see this NTAT activity report and look forward to seeing more news from other NTAT Directors around the world. Regardless of how NESARA is being publicized in various parts of the world, I'm always very inspired by hearing from our NTAT Directors and Team Leaders and their activities on behalf of NESARA. The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person. Certainly, these people fighting to bring Americans and the world the benefits of NESARA and to rescue our people from government and banking fraud deserve to be called "White Knights". World Court is the International Court of Justice in the city called The Hague, in the Netherlands. This is NOT the International Criminal Court from which Bush Jr. removed the U.S. These are two totally different courts with different purposes.

Hi Dove,
This is my report covering the last 2 weeks of activities.

I await every day with great trepidation your reports about NESARA activities which I enjoy reading very much. I appreciate and respect your dedication to this cause which will benefit so many. I remember you in my prayers.

I have e-mailed NESARA information to some 20 key recipients in this region and started to discuss the benefits with friends. This personal approach is the proper way to start promoting new ideas here. It may appear as very little considering what you guys are doing. However, we should keep in mind that although many S.E. Asian countries are called "democratic", this is still a long way of the system you know in the USA. Therefore we thread carefully.

So far, only one person had heard about NESARA but he knew only about some new colourful currency that would be issued and backed by precious metals like gold.

However, he confused the issue with the new 20 US$ bills which the present US government plans to issue.

I was nevertheless happy that finally, someone had heard about NESARA.

Most people think that this new constitutional monetary and policy control system "sounds too good to be true..." There must be a "scheme" behind it... This is what is happening over here.
