Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

Regarding the unfortunate result of the California recall election, it MIGHT be that NESARA will be announced even BEFORE the hurried "certification" of the recall election is completed and even before the Illuminati stooge Schwarzenegger can take office. As of now, it is very likely that NESARA will be announced soon enough to kick Schwarzenegger out before he can take over the governorship of California.

There is a lawful process in NESARA which ensures that within mere hours after NESARA is announced, ALL 50 Governors and Lt. Governors of the 50 states in the U.S. will be required to RESIGN their positions due to their failing to uphold the Constitution of the United States. I have purposely not written much about this Governors' and Lt. Governors' resignation process, however, many (not all) of these state leaders are working for the Illuminati and have broken their oaths to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Therefore, when NESARA is announced, Schwarzenegger is OUT of public office. It's hasta la vista, goodbye, for Schwarzenegger when NESARA is announced!

There have been and are White Knights who will lawfully be NESARA Governor Designates and serve as Governors of the 50 states until new elections are held within 120 days after NESARA's announcement. White Knights will also serve as NESARA Lt. Governor Designates in the 50 states until the new elections.

NESARA is much more sweeping than I have ever discussed and gives us the opportunity to clean many Illuminati out of our governments. By NESARA requiring the resignations of all major politicians who have been FAILING in their duties to uphold the Constitution, we have a true opportunity to sweep the massive political corruption in our country OUT of power. NESARA requires that those people serving as U.S. President and Vice President, all members of Congress, and all Governors and Lt. Governors RESIGN due to technically committing TREASON by FAILING to keep their oaths of office to uphold the Constitution.

The resignations of Bush Jr. and Cheney will be part of the NESARA announcement process. Within 24 hours after NESARA is announced, the members of the Bush Cabinet and current members of Congress must also RESIGN their positions. Currently, ALL 50 Governors and Lt. Governors of the 50 states in the U.S. will be required to RESIGN their positions within 72 hours after NESARA is announced. I personally think this timeframe should be reduced to 48 hours or less after NESARA is announced, so the Illuminati Governors cannot cause problems for NESARA.

The people of California have once again proven how good the Illuminati are at using the mainstream media and other ploys to get their Illuminati stooges into public office. Governor Davis and Lt. Governor Bustamante are suing the energy corporations who gouged $90 BILLION from Californians a few years ago in FICTITIOUS and INFLATED energy charges. (See October 6, 2003 Dove Report for details) Illuminati Ken Lay, of Enron, met with Schwarzenegger over two years ago in the conspiracy to cause the California recall so that Schwarzenegger would be in a position to stop the lawsuit against the energy corporations. Enron internal memoranda recently leaked detail the conspiracy and the fact that Schwarzenegger, if Governor, is supposed to "settle" for TWO CENTS on the dollar with these energy corporations. Governor Davis and Lt. Governor Bustamante were planning to REFUND most of the $90 billion BACK to Californians, but Californians in their blindness have just voted themselves out of receiving that refund. It's highly unlikely that Californians will ever see any refund. From $90 BILLION to $1.8 BILLION - that's a loss of $88,200,000,000 for Californians because they were too blind to see who Schwarzenegger really is. That's also a SAVINGS of $88.2 BILLION for the Illuminati energy corporations who severely gouged Californians a few years ago.

It's a good thing that NESARA will begin the clearing out of all the Illuminati in our governments and also in our corporations in the U.S.

At this time, my sources are saying that NESARA's announcement authorization is due to be issued from World Court shortly. The World Court finished the hearing of petitions attempting to delay NESARA today and will be ruling on this petition tomorrow. The ruling is not expected to delay NESARA at all; the ruling on this last petition merely needs to be recorded before the Court can officially authorize the time period for NESARA's announcement. When I have news that the Court has officially authorized NESARA's announcement time period, I will share this news in the Dove Report. It should be quite soon.

Due to more computer technical problems which we are working hard to resolve, the Dove Reports will be sent out VERY LATE EACH EVENING, after 11 p.m. Pacific Time beginning today.

Yesterday, the computer problems kept us from getting all the Dove Reports out early and we were not able to finish the email process until after 11 p.m. PDT. Hopefully, in the next week, we will be using new computer hardware with much improved capabilities and will be able to again email the Dove Reports during the day, Pacific Time.

ALL the email issues you have written us about - the hundreds of AOL.com and CS.com users who are not receiving the Dove Reports, etc., CANNOT be resolved until our new computer hardware is being used to email the Dove Reports. Please be patient for another week and hopefully at that point, we will be on the more powerful computer hardware and can then work with AOL, etc., to resolve these email problems. AOL is STOPPING the emails from reaching you but the issue is the ISP number of the hardware we are using, not my Dove email address or my Dove mailing list. The new hardware will have a new ISP number and consequently, until this ISP number is being used for emailing the Dove Reports, we cannot contact AOL to solve these problems.

Also, we have some other enhancements we are working to provide for the Dove Reports at www.nesara.us The Webmaster at www.nesara.us is intending to add a better printing capability for printing the Dove Reports. Also he intends to add a capability to forward the Reports from www.nesara.us via email.

Right now, our priorities must be to have the new, more powerful computer hardware installed with our email software so we can reliably send the Dove Reports out during the day and not have to wait until the middle of the night to do the emailing process. We are in the middle of installing our Dove email system onto the new, more powerful computer hardware platform so that we can get the Reports out in a timely fashion.

Our current computer hardware platform is causing problems delaying the emailing of the Dover Reports until after 11 p.m. at night and also has caused both the email system and the www.nesara.us website itself to be temporarily "down" and not available online. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these issues with much more powerful computer hardware to support the Dove Reports and the www.nesara.us website.

Regarding your needs for improved printing and forwarding via email of the Dove Reports, until we can make these enhancements, there is a way YOU can do what you need to do from your own computer to handle these needs of printing and forwarding the Dove Reports. I frequently do these steps when I copy webpages from other sources for the Dove Reports. What you can do is COPY and PASTE the Dove Report into an open MS Word document and then adjust the type fonts, etc. so that you can forward it on by email or print it.

To begin this COPY and PASTE process, simply place your cursor at the TOP LEFT CORNER of the Dove Report you are wanting to print or email, and then click and drag the cursor down and HIGHLIGHT the entire Report until you get to the bottom of the Report. With the Report text highlighted, let up on your mouse and move your cursor to Click on the Edit menu in your browser and click on "COPY", then move your cursor to your open MS Word document, click on your Edit menu and "PASTE" it into your document. At this point you can use "Select All" on your Edit menu in MS Word to highlight the information again in your document and click on your Formatting Toolbar at the far left side to set the Style to "Normal", the Font to the type font you want (I use Times Roman), and the Font Size to the size you want (I use "12"). At this point, the Dove Report can then be printed, or copied and pasted into an email you can forward to friends. This takes about two minutes to do if you are familiar with the process.

This is a temporary solution you can use until we have time to add enhancements on the www.nesara.us website so the Dove Reports print better and also can be forwarded from www.nesara.us . We know that many people print out and fax the daily Dove Reports to those not on the Internet, so printing the Reports without wasted paper and in smaller type fonts is important. We also know that many people need to be able to Forward the Dove Reports when they don't receive the Dove Report in their email; we definitely want to get this Forwarding enhancement working also.

The Webmaster at www.nesara.us is working very hard and long hours to handle the many technical activities necessary to put the Dove Reports email system on the new, high performance computer hardware platform. The Webmaster will also then be putting the entire www.nesara.us website onto this new computer hardware platform. All of this takes considerable time and energy and coordination of other technical people to accomplish.

It seems others are also having computer glitches. The Jennifer Lee Reports are temporarily not available online on the "tree of the golden light" website because this website is temporarily down. There is a temporary website where the Jennifer Lee Reports can be found which is http://fengshuidecor.com/TREE/tree.htm.  By the way, the message on the Jennifer Lee Reports regarding November 8th, has NOTHING to do with NESARA's announcement date. November 8 is a worldwide meditation day for some people. As things currently stand, the White Knights intend to have NESARA announced BEFORE November.

I'm asking that all NESARA supporters in Europe, who can possibly manage to do so, to join our NESARA supporters at World Court on Friday. This afternoon I just received a return call from a White Knight contact to whom I had sent a message requesting that Dove wanted confirmation of the very important actions which have occurred at World Court in the last two days! Our White Knight, code- named "King of Egypt", has confirmed that indeed these momentous of activities have occurred in World Court this week! I'm not at liberty to give you the details yet, but I can tell you this is UNPRECEDENTED good news! We are anticipating that very soon the Court will authorize NESARA's announcement time period!

The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person.
