Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

It is and has been a longstanding, STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE for all "officials" to DENY any knowledge or involvement with NESARA when a member of the public communicates in writing, by email, or by telephone with officials about NESARA. This is the REQUIRED standard reply that members of Congress, Governors of states, judicial authorities, and others have been ordered to use as their way of adhering to their strict NESARA gag order requirements.

Today some of us have received "replies" from the Information Office of the World Court stating that the World Court has nothing to do with NESARA. This is EXACTLY what employees of the World Court MUST SAY in order to meet the requirements of the Court's own gag order. Since the World Court is the highest judicial authority and has issued very strict gag orders on NESARA, the Court's own personnel are definitely going to totally abide by the Court's gag order.

Denial is ALWAYS what any official person will say in "writing" or in any "public discussion" because of the very necessary and strict gag orders on NESARA. If any "official" person ever admitted in writing or in "public" that they were involved with NESARA, this would BREAK their gag order and they would immediately be taken to prison. Ignore these denials from World Court; the Information Office personnel are only doing their jobs as required by the Court's own very strict gag orders.

Those of us with experience in communicating with Congress and other officials are well aware that anyone "official" is REQUIRED to DENY their involvement with NESARA by the very strict gag orders on NESARA from both the U.S. Supreme Court and the World Court. We know that "denial" is what they have all been ordered they must do.

However, many of us have confirmed NESARA for ourselves and you can read some of these confirmations at the www.nesara.us website in the "Confirmations" section. Over time, preparations for NESARA have spread to training personnel in U.S. banks and other organizations and the more people who have been trained about NESARA, the more we have been able to confirm NESARA. Also, due to the numerous times NESARA was close to announcement, more people have had to be informed of NESARA as part of their professional duties. Although NONE of the people who have confirmed NESARA would ever do so in a "public discussion" where they could be quoted by a news reporter or in writing which could be leaked to the news media, there have been numerous people who have confirmed NESARA privately. All the emails I have received about NESARA confirmations have been careful not to give the confirming person's identity because these people who are confirming NESARA would lose their jobs (or worse) if they were identified. However, we have needed the confirmations to show that many people know NESARA is real; divine providence has assisted us time and again in receiving confirmations from various professional people.

These confirmations have come from people in the U.S. military such as Navy SEALs and Delta Force, from bankers at Bank of American (B of A), Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual (see below), Wachovia Bank, U.S. Bank, Barclays Bank in England, Dresdner Bank in Germany, from Western Union office in Australia, from currency traders, from personnel at Social Security and the IRS, and many others. I have more confirmations today which I'm sharing below and will be sending a revised Confirmations document to the Webmaster at www.nesara.us to post as soon as he has time.

In addition to my White Knight and other contacts who have confirmed NESARA for me, I had a confirmation from an old friend almost three years ago. My senior stockbroker friend of 20 years called me in December 2000 and when I said that big banking changes were coming, she said, "Oh, you mean the U.S. Treasury Bank System?" She indicated that she had been briefed on the new U.S. Treasury Bank System as part of her duties at her stockbrokerage. Stockbrokerages have had to develop special conversion tables which they will use after NESARA is announced. I've heard from people who have had confirmed NESARA with their stockbrokers at Edward D. Jones and also Charles Schwab here in the U.S. Of course, many bankers have also confirmed NESARA to their "personal" friends, but all bankers have been told to keep quiet about NESARA. The bankers and others will discuss these things with personal friends whom they feel they can "trust with their lives"; this is no joke since breaking the gag orders can result in immediate imprisonment.

I've spoken to numerous people on the telephone who have never sent me an email about their own confirmations of NESARA and I know there are many confirmations people have but have not yet shared. We are all in this together and YOUR CONFIRMATIONS DO HELP others to have hope and to be motivated to help do what they can to spread the word about NESARA. Our sharing what we know about NESARA is DAILY adding to the POWER to get NESARA announced so all of us can receive our NESARA benefits. Corrections to yesterday's Dove Report: since I cannot read Spanish or German, I need to make a few corrections so that I properly honor those who are helping to publicize NESARA in other languages.

(I received the correct translation of the sign's message from friends last night.) This is a very inspiring picture and I hope you will click on the link above and enjoy it.

Regarding http://www.elistas.net/lista/circulosdepoder/archivo,  I also need to make a correction as Guillermo is the hardworking translator of the Dove Reports on this website. This Spanish language website has Spanish translations of the DAILY Dove Reports which are done by Guillermo. This website also has information from other sources about various topics.

We are so blessed by the wonderful people who are supporting NESARA worldwide and I will be including other websites supporting NESARA in future Dove Reports soon. Also, I have heard from several people who have offered their knowledge of Portuguese to review the Portuguese translations of the Dove Reports. This morning, I received an email from a webmaster who is translating excerpts of the Dove Reports and other NESARA information into Korean!

We truly are a global community, Folks, with people around the world supporting NESARA! This is a big part of why the energy to get NESARA announced is growing so powerfully every day!

Over 30 webmasters who support NESARA have emailed me as I requested some weeks ago and I will be in touch with these webmasters in the next week or so. I know there are also other webmasters who have NOT yet emailed me to tell me about their website which supports NESARA and I'm asking these additional webmasters and/or translators of Dove Reports and/or those whose websites support NESARA to please send an email with Subject of "Website Supporting NESARA" to me at dove@nesara.us.  Include in your emails to me your website address, the language in which your website is published, and details about what your website has regarding supporting NESARA. I wish to acknowledge all of you in several ways for your great contributions to moving NESARA forward!

We have heard from numerous White Knights, bankers, attorneys, Trustees, and even a news reporter under gag order by the World Court about the World Court's control over NESARA. Of course, the basis for the World Court's involvement is that the international banking improvements which begin with NESARA's announcement will impact over 180 countries and thus, these countries must have a legal forum (World Court) to deal with various issues regarding NESARA.

This morning we have word from White Knights, who are actually on the scene at World Court, that the activities in World Court related to NESARA are moving forward to the point that World Court will be authorizing NESARA's announcement time period soon. Hopefully the "go" signal will be given by the Court in the next few days. Our White Knight in the White House has been visiting World Court off and on the last several weeks and is still at World Court today. He called today to say that the necessary activities to move NESARA toward an announcement time period are in process at World Court this week.

In addition the TRUE story behind the California Recall is now coming out from Greg Palast, a reporter and author. Enron's Ken Lay and others from big power companies conspired in a hotel room meeting in 2001 with Schwarzenegger regarding causing the California Recall. Enron's Ken Lay and others want to get rid of Governor Davis and Lt Governor Bustamante who are suing energy companies for SWINDLING Californians out of NINE BILLION DOLLARS in over charges and outright FICTITIOUS energy charges a few years ago!

The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person. Certainly, these people fighting to bring Americans and the world the benefits of NESARA and to rescue our people from government and banking fraud deserve to be called "White Knights". World Court is the International Court of Justice in the city called The Hague, in the Netherlands. This is NOT the International Criminal Court from which Bush Jr. removed the U.S. These are two totally different courts with different purposes.

More Confirmations about NESARA
September 30th, 2003

Confirmation #1 - I received a call from a friend today, who was really excited about a phone call she had just received from a mutual friend in Oregon. This man, who was a stubborn skeptic about NESARA until just recently, went into a branch of Washington Mutual Bank. He joked around with the teller and said, "This money we are using now is getting really old and worn out. We need some new money. I've heard rumors about some new currency that is rainbow colored. Have you seen any of it?"

The teller politely answered that she had seen it and that it was already in the bank's vault.

The man then asked, "Is this new money connected to that thing called NESARA?"

The teller looked surprised and answered, "Yes it is, but we are not supposed to tell anyone until after the announcement is made."

The man thanked her and called all his friends, including mine. That's not the end of the story however.

Confirmation #2 - About 3 hours later, my friend calls back, all excited again. The same man was doing his business and while on his route, he was telling many people about his experience at Washington Mutual Bank.

He ran across a big shot of one of the companies he did business with. When he told this man about his experience, the man told him that NESARA was close to being announced, and that the earliest it could be announced would be next week.

He also told the man that NESARA was the closest it has ever been to becoming reality.

Obviously, based on his experiences and his enthusiasm, this man is no longer a skeptic.

Confirmation #3 - I called a friend of mine after I received the first call and told him of the bank incident. He said that something really strange happened this week with one of his credit card companies.

He was three months behind on the payments on this credit card, and he received a "Special Offer" from the company.

They told him they would reduce his interest rate to zero percent on this existing account if he simply signed a form to transfer the existing balance.

Now, why would a credit card company do that if someone had not made a payment for three months, unless they knew that NESARA was close to be announced and they would get a big chunk of money to pay the balance off?

These are all "real world" confirmations from people that I personally know. I hope that this information helps to boost people's faith in NESARA. It sure helped me!

Hello Dove,

My confirmation came on August 18, 2003.

I, of www.EarthsGoldenAge.com on August 18, 2003, spoke with my insurance agent at American Family Insurance in Minnesota about my lapsed life insurance policy. I had told him the money wasn't there to pay the premium, that I was going to wait it out to see what NESARA would bring when it was announced.

He played dumb at first, then I said if he really didn't know what it was, he should talk with his corporate office and they would tell him all about it. At that point he admitted to knowing about it. It does exist. He confirmed it to me.

My brother's [confirmation of NESARA] was June 2003.
My brother had asked his financial planner about NESARA and the guy was stunned to learn that my brother knew about NESARA.

CALIFORNIA LAY'D BY ARNOLD

According to a series of memoranda our office obtained today, [Friday, October 3, 2003] Arnold Schwarzenegger's dalliance with [Enron corporate] boys in a hotel room just two years ago is every bit as scandalous as his manhandling of women during his career as celebrity he-man.

The wannabe governor has yet to deny that on May 17, 2001, at the Peninsula Hotel in Los Angeles, he had consensual political intercourse with Enron chieftain Kenneth Lay. Also frolicking with Arnold and Ken was convicted stock swindler Mike Milken.

Now, thirty-four pages of internal Enron memoranda have just come through this reporter's fax machine tell all about the tryst between Maria's husband and the corporate con men. It turns out that Schwarzenegger knowingly joined the hush-hush encounter as part of a campaign to sabotage a Davis-Bustamante plan to make Enron and other power pirates then ravaging California pay back the $9 billion in illicit profits they carried off.

Here's the story Arnold doesn't want you to hear. The biggest single threat to Ken Lay and the electricity lords is a private lawsuit filed last year under California's unique Civil Code provision 17200, the "Unfair Business Practices Act." This litigation, heading to trial now in Los Angeles, would make the power companies return the $9 billion they filched from California electricity and gas customers.

It takes real cojones to bring such a suit. Who's the plaintiff taking on the bad guys? Cruz Bustamante, Lieutenant Governor and reluctant leading candidate against Schwarzenegger.

Now follow the action. One month after Cruz brings suit, Enron's Lay calls an emergency secret meeting in L.A. of his political buck-buddies, including Arnold. Their plan, to undercut Davis (according to Enron memos) and "solve" the energy crisis -- that is, make the Bustamante legal threat go away.

How can that be done? Follow the trail with me.

While Bustamante's kicking Enron butt in court, the Davis Administration is simultaneously demanding that George Bush's energy regulators order the $9 billion refund. Don't hold your breath: Bush's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is headed by a guy proposed by . Ken Lay.

But Bush's boys on the commission have a problem. The evidence against the electricity barons is rock solid: fraudulent reporting of sales transactions, megawatt "laundering," fake power delivery scheduling and straight out conspiracy (including meetings in hotel rooms).

So the Bush commissioners cook up a terrific scheme: charge the companies with conspiracy but offer them, behind closed doors, deals in which they have to pay only two cents on each dollar they filched.

Problem: the slap-on-the-wrist refunds won't sail if the Governor of California won't play along. Solution: Re-call the Governor.

New Problem: the guy most likely to replace Davis is not Mr. Musclehead, but Cruz Bustamante, even a bigger threat to the power companies than Davis. Solution: smear Cruz because -- heaven forbid! -- he took donations from Injuns (instead of Ken Lay).

The pay-off? Once Arnold is Governor, he blesses the sweetheart settlements with the power companies. When that happens, Bustamante's court cases are probably lost. There aren't many judges who will let a case go to trial to protect a state if that governor has already allowed the matter to be "settled" by a regulatory agency.

So think about this. The state of California is in the hole by $8 billion for the coming year. That's chump change next to the $8 TRILLION in deficits and surplus losses planned and incurred by George Bush. Nevertheless, the $8 billion deficit is the hanging rope California's right wing is using to lynch Governor Davis.

Yet only Davis and Bustamante are taking direct action to get back the $9 billion that was vacuumed out of the state by Enron, Reliant, Dynegy, Williams Company and the other Texas bandits who squeezed the state by the bulbs.

But if Arnold is selected, it's 'hasta la vista' to the $9 billion. When the electricity emperors whistle, Arnold comes -- to the Peninsula Hotel or the Governor's mansion. The he-man turns pussycat and curls up in their lap.

I asked Mr. Muscle's PR people to comment on the new Enron memos -- and his strange silence on Bustamante's suit or Davis' petition. But Arnold was too busy shaving off his Hitlerian mustache to respond.
