Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
Last week the World Court closed the door to any more petitions for
delaying NESARA's announcement to be submitted to the Court. The majority
of the petitions being reviewed by the Court now have to do with countries
which are requesting an extension in the time it takes them to comply with
the international law improvements to which 153 countries have agreed by
treaty.
There are ten petitions the Court accepted prior to the cut-off date last
week. The Court had informed all parties beforehand that the Court was
shutting down the petition submission process so all countries, banking
systems, and other parties had ample opportunity to submit their petitions
before the cut-off date last week. The Court anticipates it will complete
hearings on the current ten petitions by mid-week, next week.
However, this week an additional 14 petitions arrived at the Court
requesting extensions in the time required for these countries to comply
with the international law improvements. Apparently, the World Court is
considering reviewing these petitions which would delay the Court
authorizing NESARA's announcement by at least a week. The World Court has
allowed more than the 90 days they normally allow for petitions to be
submitted requesting delays in NESARA's announcement. The Court has
extended the cut-off date for submitting petitions to the Court TWICE
already!
I asked if these last 14 petitions which came after the cut-off date could
be handled after NESARA is announced. After all, all countries have four
months following NESARA's announcement to BEGIN the compliance with the
international law improvements and up to one year to implement the
improvements. Therefore, these petitions could be heard by World Court
AFTER NESARA is announced. I was told, yes, these petitions can be heard
by the Court AFTER NESARA is announced.
It's time for us to speak up for the world's people and tell the World
Court to reject late petitions and get on with authorizing NESARA's
announcement. I'm asking everyone who is reading this Dove Report, whether
you are reading in German, Finish, Spanish, or any other language, to
immediately email the World Court and request the Court refuse these 14
late petitions and any other petitions which may be submitted after last
week's cut-off date. Below is my letter I'm sending to the World Court
today.

Subject: To World Court Judges: Authorize NESARA, Refuse Late Petitions
Dear World Court Judges:
I understand that last week was the cut-off date for the submission of
petitions to World Court. This was to be the final cut-off after the Court
had extended the cut-off date twice. Now we hear that the Court is
considering allowing 14 petitions which were improperly submitted LATE to
be heard.
I strongly urge you Judges of World Court to stand by your cut-off date of
last week and REJECT these late petitions. These petitions can be heard
after NESARA is announced and extensions can be granted then, if
necessary.
We, the world's people, have watched as those opposing NESARA have used
their thousands of attorneys to submit petitions to World Court these last
100+ days. We know the Court informed all parties there was a 90-day
timeframe for submitting petitions and then extended the petition
submission timeframe twice.
The Court would not be acting in the best interest of the world's people to
allow improperly submitted LATE petitions to be heard. The Court has been
more than fair to those opposing NESARA!
I strongly urge you World Court Judges to reject these late petitions and
move forward with vigor to complete the business of hearing petitions which
were submitted properly by last week's cut-off date. We, the world's
people are demanding that the Court authorize the time period for NESARA's
announcement as soon as the properly and timely submitted petitions are
heard and ruled upon.
The daily Dove Reports about NESARA and the World Court's activities
related to NESARA have been translated into German, Spanish, and other
languages for several months and are being read by people worldwide on
dozens of websites! After NESARA is announced and the history of NESARA is
known, the world's people will ask: WHY did this take so long?
The World Court has made many rulings supportive of moving NESARA forward.
However, in these difficult times with the Bush regime harming Americans
and people worldwide, the Court hearing improperly submitted late petitions
after two previous cut-off date extensions will damage the Court. After
NESARA's announcement, the COURT of PUBLIC OPINION will be judging the
World Court's actions related to the timing of NESARA's announcement.
I strongly urge the World Court to REJECT these late petitions and complete
its business in order to authorize the time period for NESARA's
announcement to begin next week as the Court had been considering prior to
these improperly and untimely submissions of petitions.
Sincerely,
Dove of Oneness

Please immediately write your letter in your own words and language and on
behalf of the world's people, strongly urge the World Court to refuse to
hear these untimely petitions. Here's the email address for the World
Court Judges: mail@icj-cij.org
We are a powerful force speaking on behalf of the world's people. We have
been successful in the past with our emails and postcards to World Court;
let's fire up our computers and send our emails to World Court immediately!
NESARA Now! NESARA Yes!
Blessings and Love,
Dove of Oneness
World Court is the International Court of Justice in the city called The
Hague, in the Netherlands. This is NOT the International Criminal Court
from which Bush Jr. removed the U.S. These are two totally different
courts with different purposes.
