Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

Some people are wondering why it is up to the White Knights decision team to request the benevolent Forces provide resources and assistance to get NESARA announced.

In the "current world situation", it is necessary that the White Knights decision team actually sit down with the Ascended Masters who are the main commanders of the benevolent Forces and negotiate a written contract for assistance. The White Knights decision team members need to discuss with the Ascended Masters the various activities with which the White Knights may need assistance from the benevolent Forces. Then a written contract must be drawn up and the main Ascended Masters involved and the White Knights decision team will actually sign the written contract.

The written contract will state the activities with which the benevolent Forces are being asked by the White Knights decision team to assist and any conditions related to the assistance being given. This contract needs to be negotiated and signed before the benevolent Forces can actually assist the White Knights with activities for which the White Knights are responsible per World Court rulings. The World Court recognizes the White Knights have the right to make a contract with the Ascended Masters for assistance from the benevolent Forces regarding activities that the White Knights are lawfully responsible for handling.

Most of the White Knights' activities that are likely to require assistance have to do with "security" missions of various kinds and need to be done within a few days before the NESARA announcement as well as during and after the announcement. The White Knights must deploy White Knight military units prior to the announcement to guard certain key banking resources, to act as guards for large shipments of the new U.S. Treasury currency, to be in position to handle potential security problems, etc. The benevolent Forces can provide very useful resources for backing up the White Knights in all the White Knights' missions and activities.

Now that we have White Knights on the White Knights decision team who truly want to get NESARA announced, there is an opportunity for the White Knights to create the best options that will ensure getting NESARA announced.

The biggest issue is the Illuminati have far more people working for them in the U.S. and elsewhere than we have White Knights. Approximately 2% of the world's six billion people work directly or indirectly for the Illuminati who are trying to dominate the world. That means that 120,000,000 people worldwide are working with the Illuminati and although it's only a small percentage of all people, the Illuminati make certain to put their followers into positions of power. The Illuminati are well-organized and have been working their plans of world domination for centuries.

The White Knights need some advantages in order to overcome the widespread power of the Illuminati. The White Knights can obtain the advantages they need by utilizing the assistance of the benevolent Forces. With a negotiated contract and a financial bond posted by the Ascended Masters, the White Knights can lawfully engage the assistance of the benevolent Forces and have the resources to absolutely ensure NESARA is announced. By the White Knights having a lawful contract and the required financial bond posted by the Ascended Masters, if there are any legal points raised in World Court after NESARA is announced, the World Court can uphold the White Knights' choices to utilize resources of the benevolent Forces. Everything must always be done with the idea that it is "lawful" and can be upheld later in World Court should there ever be any question raised to try to deny the lawfulness of NESARA's announcement and implementation.

Some people have asked if "we" people who are NOT members of the White Knights decision team can call on the Ascended Masters and benevolent Forces for help getting NESARA announced. Yes, we can through our prayers, meditations, energy work focuses, and just speaking out loud our wish for them to provide intervention to ensure NESARA is announced. We are being heard and our requests do help to authorize some kinds of intervention.

The "National Economic Security And Reformation Act" - NESARA - provides major benefits to Americans including:

1. Forgiveness of credit card, mortgage debt, and other bank loans as remedy for bank and government frauds;
2. Abolishes the IRS; creates flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government;
3. Initiates U.S. Treasury Bank System which absorbs the Federal Reserve and new precious metals backed U.S. Treasury currency;
4. Restores Constitutional Law;
5. Requires resignations of current administration to be replaced by Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new elections within 120 days;
6. Requires the President Designate to declare "Peace" enabling international banking improvements to proceed smoothly; ends U.S. aggressive military actions immediately, and many more improvements.

Some people have questions about why the California recall election was not stopped. On September 16, 2003, I stated in the Dove Report: " If this issue [California recall] goes to the U.S. Supreme Court, the delay will be upheld. The Illuminati Bush gang are running headlong into a wall set by Higher Powers far beyond the Bush gang's power to control. This time, if the U.S. Supreme Court gets involved, the RIGHT decision will be made and it will be to support the delay of the California recall."

At that time on September 16th, all the news was about an appeal going to the U.S. Supreme Court to get the delay of the recall election overturned. However, my sources said that the U.S. Supreme Court would uphold the "delay" of the recall election.

However, the Illuminati did not go to the U.S. Supreme Court, they used a process in the California 9th Circuit Court to appeal the delay of the election. I was specifically told that there would be extraordinary intervention to uphold the delay of the election if the "appeal" was handled in the U.S. Supreme Court. The U.S. Supreme Court acted improperly in "selecting" Bush Jr. in December 2000 and would not be allowed to repeat this travesty in the California recall election issue. The potential intervention was all about dealing with the U.S. Supreme Court, not any other court; because the U.S. Supreme Court would be required to make a lawful decision and would not have been allowed to betray Americans again in this kind of issue.

The extraordinary intervention was not intended to apply to the 9th Circuit Appeals process. The reason, I'm told, is that because the people of California have failed to understand the true nature of the Illuminati Schwarzenegger as a racist and a sexual assault predator, the people of California have set themselves on a path to have a shocking wake-up call. There's a "free will" issue here that centers entirely in California and the lack of awareness by Californians who are planning to vote for Schwarzenegger.

Apparently, Californians do not want to know the truth; they are simply voting for someone with a high profile about whom they know almost nothing in actuality. There was not enough desire among Californians to know the truth and therefore, the majority of Californians do not want intervention. They have set themselves up for a big learning experience about their lack of wisdom and discernment in choosing a good leader. There's not going to be extraordinary intervention when the people themselves show that they wish to have an experience. Too many Californians are ignorant about what they are doing in electing Schwarzenegger; they apparently need the shocking education of learning how poor their discernment is regarding who is an appropriate leader. It's their collective free will right to have this shocking learning experience of electing a very dark agenda person.

Also, as I wrote on September 24th, the Illuminati are trying to cause a hurried certification of the recall election and instead of the usual 30-day certification, the Illuminati are trying to engineer a "two-week" certification. I told you the Illuminati would try to shorten the timeframe for certification from 30 days to two weeks before this hurried certification effort came out on mainstream news.

Even though many Californians are showing seriously bad judgment in voting for Schwarzenegger, this bad judgment will not be allowed to benefit the Illuminati in their plans to harm prosperity program members living in California or their prosperity funds.

There is and will be extraordinary intervention to protect the prosperity program members in California from the Illuminati's plot to try to use Schwarzenegger as the official who orders secret actions against the prosperity program members. This part of the Illuminati's plans for getting Schwarzenegger elected will be stopped.

It is possible that the World Court may set a time period which could enable the White Knights to get NESARA announced before Schwarzenegger could take office, even with an unprecedented, hurried two-week certification process. I certainly hope this is what happens. We hope to know the exact dates the World Court is authorizing for NESARA's announcement time period by the end of this coming week.

I'm inviting more people who support NESARA in the U.S. and the world to join the NESARA Take Action Teams (NTAT). Particularly, I'm asking that every person in the U.S. who has any time to devote to NESARA publicity step forward to be part of a NESARA Take Action Team. Also, we need NESARA Take Action Team "LEADERS" in Illinois and Indiana where we have NESARA Take Action Team "members" but no leaders. I know we have some very good NESARA supporters in Illinois and Indiana and I'm asking those of you who like to coordinate group activities to join the NTAT and offer to be leaders.

There are many things that people can do as members of the NESARA Take Action Teams and some of these can be done without leaving home. Everything we do helps to energize NESARA to be announced at the soonest possible moment.
