Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

I have been researching the facts about how the World Court is doing the cycle of hearing petitions related to NESARA and/or the prosperity programs. What I've learned is that the World Court is completing an approximately 90-day period of having the Court open to receiving petitions of requests to delay NESARA's announcement. In legal processes, a 90-day period is a standard timeframe considered to be a "reasonable" amount of time in which issues can be considered and ruled upon.

We are now approaching the end of the approximately 90-day timeframe during which the World Court is open to receiving and ruling upon petitions related to "delaying" NESARA and the prosperity programs. As of yesterday the World Court closed the process of accepting new petitions requesting delays of any kind. The Court does have several petitions which it needs to hear and rule upon before the Court gives the White Knights decision team the "go" signal to do NESARA's announcement. The Court does have a tentative time period in mind but will not actually be able to give the final authorization of the time period for NESARA's announcement until after these several remaining petitions have been heard and ruled upon.

When I inquired into what the Court is considering to be the length of the time period during which the White Knights must do NESARA's announcement, I was informed the Court is considering a 30 to 32-day time period. In other words, once the Court gives the White Knights decision team the "go" signal, the White Knights will have 30-32 calendar days to get NESARA announced. However, Sunday and Monday are not currently approved days for the NESARA announcement and will not be approved days except in special circumstances when a holiday during the work week falls on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. There's also a restriction on the NESARA announcement being done on Saturday; if the White Knights do the NESARA announcement on Saturday, the announcement process must be begun by noon Eastern time unless there is a holiday the following Monday.

For those of you new to the NESARA announcement information, the reason Sunday and Monday are not usually approved days for the announcement is because the banks in the U.S. are Constitutionally allowed to be ordered closed for three business days while the personnel of banks in the U.S. do all their transition activities to the new U.S. Treasury Bank System. Personnel at many levels of the banks in the U.S. will be doing reports containing details of the banks' customers' accounts balances, the banks' outstanding mortgage loans, car loans, home equity loans, personal loans, credit card accounts balances, corporate business loans, corporate mortgage loans, and all other kinds of bank business. The reports will be official records for the new U.S. Treasury Bank System and for the bank debt forgiveness processes required by NESARA. The banks are already required to submit these reports on a monthly or weekly basis, however, these final reports will be the official records for the changeover of the U.S. banking system from the Federal Reserve System to NESARA's U.S. Treasury Bank System.

The closure of the banks for three business days is Constitutionally acceptable and if these three business days can be just prior to or immediately after a weekend, this provides five total days for the bank changeover processes to occur. During the bank closure time immediately following NESARA's announcement, the ATMs will be continuously stocked with money for people who need cash; the banks will be processing business accounts activities on a limited basis. Stores and merchants will be asked to help with cashing checks for people who don't have ATM card access during the three business days of bank lobby closure as the banks' lobbies and drive-up windows will be closed for changeover activities after NESARA is announced.

Regarding the World Court's consideration of a 30-day period during which the White Knights will have the opportunity to get NESARA announced, due to the "no Sunday or Monday" general rule, this gives the White Knights in actuality about 22.5 days to get the announcement out. Due to the recent replacement of Illuminati double-agents on the White Knight decision team with true White Knights who are actually fully determined to get NESARA announced, we have the best opportunity we've ever had to actually get NESARA announced. This NESARA announcement period is expected to begin in October and carry into November. All of us who know White Knights need to encourage them to do whatever it takes to get NESARA announced in this next announcement time period.

Hopefully by the end of next week, the World Court will authorize the NESARA announcement time period and we will know the exact dates of the time period.

As stated above, now that we finally have a White Knight decision team which is committed to getting NESARA announced, this gives the White Knights unprecedented strength in this authorized time period to actually get the announcement out.

We also know that the Illuminati leaders will be ordering every kind of interference possible now that they no longer have their Illuminati double-agents on the White Knights decision team. There are literally dozens of activities the White Knights generally do just prior to the actual day of NESARA's announcement and these dozens of White Knight activities will be targets for Illuminati interference. Obviously, since the Illuminati double-agents on the White Knights decision team had a copy of all the documentation about the White Knight activities that must be done in just the 2-3 days prior to the NESARA announcement, the Illuminati know exactly who and what must be targeted for interference.

To you White Knights on the White Knight decision team, on behalf of the good people of Earth, I'm asking that you White Knights consider adding valuable resources to your activities that bring us NESARA's announcement. Your battle plan is thoroughly known by the enemy Illuminati but you do have superior resources available to use or have as back-up resources to get the required pre-announcement activities done so NESARA can be announced.

Because you White Knights must deploy White Knight military units prior to the announcement to guard certain key banking resources, to act as guards for large shipments of the new U.S. Treasury currency, to be in position to handle potential security problems, etc., this adds to the complexity. Since these White Knight pre-NESARA missions involve hundreds of White Knight units that must be transported and deployed to take their positions, this gives the Illuminati hundreds of opportunities to interfere.

We know it's highly likely the Illuminati will bribe, coerce, and carry out threatening activities to convince some White Knights to sabotage their pre-NESARA missions. This is standard operating procedure for the Illuminati and they have done these things in the past to keep required pre-NESARA activities from being done so that the announcement had to be called off. We can expect the Illuminati to put even more emphasis on interfering with these pre-NESARA missions. This means that we can expect some of these pre-NESARA missions will not be carried out properly or in a timely enough fashion for NESARA's announcement to come out on time. All the Illuminati have to do is sabotage these pre-NESARA missions enough so that the announcement process cannot begin.

You true White Knights on the White Knight decision team do have options to ensure that in spite of the constant Illuminati interference, you do actually get NESARA announced in this coming authorized time period. One of the biggest advantages you White Knights have is to meet with commanders of the benevolent Forces and authorize the benevolent Forces when appropriate to help bridge gaps and deal with Illuminati interference. By using the resources of the benevolent Forces, you White Knights can finally have the superior advantages to overcome the Illuminati and get NESARA announced.
