Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

There are vast fortunes of money as well as gold, silver, and platinum which have been accumulating for many years in preparation for the great uplifting transformations which begin as of NESARA’s announcement. Some powerful and wealthy people have been working to restore Constitutional Law in the U.S. for over 50 years. They realized that some of the necessary adjustments to restore Constitutional Law would take massive amounts of money and they began building fortunes in preparation. There have been numerous Wealthy Visionaries who have been building massive fortunes in preparation for the days when the world’s people remove the Illuminati world controllers from power.

The Wealthy Visionaries studied the major improvements that are necessary to bring health, peace, prosperity, good government, truth, and liberty to the world’s people. The Wealthy Visionaries knew the many improvements to fix the problems and harm caused by the Illuminati world controllers would take vast sums of money and also many, many thousands of people to organize, develop, and carry out humanitarian and world improvement projects.

About twenty years ago some of the Wealthy Visionaries began to build large sums of money using certain wealth generation programs that are done in special financial institutions mainly in Europe. The Wealthy Visionaries intended these funds to be used for world improvements and also recruited thousands of people who care about making improvements to join these programs. The people recruited to join the programs are sometimes called the members of a humanitarian project program. The Wealthy Visionaries intend for the members of the humanitarian projects to receive the funds that have been accumulating and to use these large amounts of funds for world improvements.

In the past, I have referred to the Wealthy Visionaries’ wealth generation programs as “prosperity programs” and years ago I became a member of one of these humanitarian project programs. There have been dozens of these programs developed and accumulating wealth for many years. When I began writing internet reports almost four years ago, I began tracking the progress of the funding of these humanitarian prosperity programs; there are millions of people around the world who are members of these programs including thousands of Americans. The funds from these programs are part of the vast sums of money needed to capitalize NESARA’s new U.S. Treasury Bank System and some other countries’ new banking and currency systems backed by precious metals.

A year ago I learned that the granddaddy of all these programs was one known as the World Trust which was set up by Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine about 250 years ago. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine is a financial genius and He gave a formula to the top German bankers in the 1700’s which began the fabulous European wealth generation programs. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine initiated His World Trust wealth generation program to accumulate vast amounts of funds which He planned to distribute early in the 21st Century through the world’s Children of Light.

He intended these funds would be used by the Children of Light in these times to help usher in the Golden Age of prosperity, peace, liberty, and enlightenment for all people worldwide. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine’s World Trust is the largest prosperity program behind NESARA and contains vast sums of money which must begin being distributed worldwide soon after the true NESARA law is announced.

Nearly all these programs are held in “trusts” and there are levels of these trusts. The first and highest level is the World Trust. The second level is made up of the “royal trusts” which are the Russian Trust, French Trust, the Hapsburg Trust, and other such trusts which were set up many years ago. There are also trusts set up by very wealthy organizations, wealthy families, trusts which hold the funds of wealthy corporate foundations, and trusts of the prosperity programs such as the one I and thousands of Americans and others joined.

These prosperity programs are no longer open to new people joining; the programs have been closed since September of 2000 and earlier. There will be “new prosperity programs” publicized after NESARA is announced and I will discuss these new programs after the public announcements occur. Most people, not in one of the current 31 prosperity programs, will be able to apply for the “new programs”. These prosperity programs will be available around the world in phases during the three years following NESARA’s announcement.

The “new prosperity programs” in the U.S. and some other countries are based on financial redress which will be publicly announced after NESARA is announced. Eventually all people worldwide will have access to new prosperity programs. It’s time the world’s people were lifted out of “survival”. Some experts state there has been enough money in the world for the last 30 years that if the money were evenly distributed, every person would be a millionaire. Five percent of the world’s people control 95% of the world’s wealth.

NESARA’s announcement and the subsequent international banking law improvements enable the release of vast sums of money which have been accumulating in mainly European banks for many decades, even hundreds of years. These humanitarian projects funds will eventually, through various processes, be distributed to all the world’s people except those people serving the Illuminati. NESARA’s announcement initiates the beginning distributions of this vast wealth to people all across the world.
