Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

The eight members of the White Knights decision team are completing selection of the three new members of the decision team this week. I'm hearing that the selection process is placing a high emphasis on choosing White Knights with a "get the job done" attitude.

Candidates for the three empty slots on the decision team are taken from a list of White Knights submitted by Take Action White Knights who have seen these candidates in action under high levels of pressure. All candidates have been White Knights for a number of years and have proven themselves over time. All have been thoroughly investigated to ensure they are not working for the Illuminati in any way.

The emphasis on a "get the job done" attitude is very strong; candidates have been questioned about how they would find solutions to problems to enable the NESARA announcement to go forward, rather than let a problem cause any lengthy delay of the announcement. All the true White Knights, who have recently become members of the White Knights decision team, are very determined to see the Bush regime removed from power. They are unwilling to let the Bush regime continue a minute longer than necessary and want to get NESARA announced early in the time period the World Court will be setting.

The completion of choosing the three new White Knight members of the decision team is expected this week. Then the White Knights decision team will have orientation and strategy meetings in preparation for receiving the authorized time period from the World Court to do the NESARA announcement. This should enable the White Knights decision team to be very united and strong in bringing NESARA into announcement.

This is the first time ever that the members of the White Knights decision team, who make the decision about the exact date and time to announce NESARA, are truly determined to get NESARA announced and are not secretly working for the Illuminati opposing NESARA.

The "National Economic Security And Reformation Act" - NESARA - provides major benefits to Americans including:

1. Forgiveness of credit card, mortgage debt, and other bank loans as remedy for bank and government frauds;
2. Abolishes the IRS; creates flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government;
3. Initiates U.S. Treasury Bank System which absorbs the Federal Reserve and new precious metals backed U.S. Treasury currency;
4. Restores Constitutional Law;
5. Requires resignations of current administration to be replaced by Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new elections within 120 days;
6. Requires the President Designate to declare "Peace" enabling international banking improvements to proceed smoothly; ends U.S. aggressive military actions immediately, and many more improvements.

If you have a CHANGE of EMAIL ADDRESS, send me an email at dovelist@nesara.us with Subject of "Change of Address"; provide your OLD email address and then your NEW email address. It causes us tremendous numbers of bouncing emails if you forget to give us your change of address and we need you to tell us the OLD email address to delete or the computer will continue to send emails to your closed email account. This causes internet congestion and other problems, so please give us your email address change information each time you change addresses.

In the last two weeks since I began posting the Dove Reports from www.nesara.us there has been a strange increase in the number of Dove Report subscribers who use AOL.com and are not receiving the Dove Reports coming from my new email address dove@nesara.us.  I have been researching this issue in various ways and it appears that there may be blockages caused by AOL which keep the Dove Reports from reaching AOL.com users' mailboxes. Below is a link to the webpage at aol.com showing that AOL has very strict guidelines for allowing emails to get through AOL's filters to reach their customers. It may be that currently the email system we are using is not meeting the rather extreme guidelines that AOL has for being on their "whitelist" of email senders who do not get blocked by AOL. You can see there are dozens of requirements on this AOL webpage at http://postmaster.info.aol.com/whitelist.html which we would have to meet in order to ensure AOL would let the Dove Reports go through.

In addition, it may be that AOL, which is part of an Illuminati-owned conglomerate, is acting on orders to block the Dove Reports; if so it may be that nothing we do is going to change this blockage problem until after NESARA is announced. We have about 2,000 of the 14,500 Dove subscribers who are using AOL. At this point, I'm asking these aol.com users who are missing receiving the Dove Reports to consider getting a free email account with another email service provider and subscribing with the new email address just for the Dove Reports. Not all AOL users are having these blockages occurring, which makes it harder to pinpoint why some are not receiving the Reports. 99% of the AOL users who write saying they are missing receiving the Dove Reports ARE ALREADY IN the Dove subscribers list when I check for their email address. I will be contacting those using AOL, who have written saying they are not receiving the Reports, with further suggestions.

Regarding yesterday's news that the California recall election was going forward, the appeal hearing was not a "hearing", the Illuminati rigged the decision by using bribery and coercion on the panel of judges who overturned the recall delay decision. I had reported that if this recall issue went to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Supreme Court would uphold the decision to delay the recall. However, the Illuminati made certain that the overturning of the delay decision came too late for anyone to take this to the U.S. Supreme Court. By announcing the appeal decision yesterday, there is not the required time available before October 7 to submit this issue to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The Illuminati are still intending to use their rigged punch ballots and other interference to ensure that the Illuminati's candidate, Schwarzenegger, wins. Since the battle cannot be fought in court any further, and the election is almost fully rigged, I looked for whether NESARA's announcement could stop this Illuminati action from being successful.

I called the campaign office of Lt. Governor Bustamante in California to find out if Governor Davis is defeated in the recall election, ON WHAT DATE the winner of the recall election would actually take office. I was told that once the Secretary of State certifies the election, the winner would take office very quickly. California's Secretary of State is generally takes 30 days to certify the result of an election and this is expected to be the case with the recall election. If this 30 day period is adhered to, then the Illuminati would not be able to have their candidate take office until November 7th.

There is Illuminati pressure being put on the Secretary of State to certify the election in an unheard of short timeframe of two weeks, by October 21st! However, after what we saw with the Illuminati rigged presidential election results in Florida in year 2000, it is no surprise the Illuminati are trying to break all the rules in this California recall.

As of today, it looks like the World Court will authorize a time period to do NESARA's announcement which begins sometime in October and gives the White Knights enough time to get NESARA announced before November 7th. This is as of how things look today, but until the World Court actually makes the official ruling about the authorized time period, this is our best information.

Our White Knights have received proof that the intentions of the Illuminati behind rigging the California election is to cause problems with the activating of prosperity program funds backing the new U.S. Treasury Bank System; the Illuminati plan is to cause problems to block the successful implementation of NESARA's U.S. Treasury Bank System. The White Knights know that we need the NESARA law announcement as early in October as possible to derail this very serious Illuminati plot.

Tonight the Dove Report is being sent after 8 p.m. PDT due to the technical problems we are experiencing with sending the Report out. It has been suggested by our service provider that we send the Dove Reports out after 8 p.m. PDT to lessen the technical problems. Therefore, until we can solve the technical problems, I will be sending the Dove Report out after 8 p.m. Pacific Time for a few days. This will mean that those of you in the earlier time zones probably will not receive the Report until early morning hours your time.

The Webmaster at www.nesara.us is working very hard to resolve this situation and we do expect it to be resolved within the next week. We are putting the www.nesara.us website on to a much more robust hardware platform which will give us much better performance and stability. This will ensure that the www.nesara.us website will be better able to serve the needs of the NESARA Take Action Teams and will provide us improved emailing of the Dove Reports.

There will be a few hours when the www.nesara.us website information is being loaded onto the new, high performance hardware platform, that the website will not be online. It will be only a few hours or part of a day that this will occur. I will ask the Webmaster at www.nesara.us to let me know, if possible, the day before the reloading of www.nesara.us onto the robust hardware platform occurs so that I can tell you that the website will be offline for a few hours. Again, we do not know the exact date of this reloading onto the high performance hardware, but it will only cause the website to be unavailable for a few hours the day the reloading occurs.

After the reloading, we expect the www.nesara.us website will be steadily available and provide us with very good performance and reliability. We wanted to load the website onto the high performance hardware now so that it is ready to handle the increased visitors to the www.nesara.us website that the NESARA Take Action Teams publicity activities are bringing us. Everything is expected to go smoothly and we hope to do it during hours when most people are not online in which case you may not even realize the reloading is happening. Again, if possible, I will let you know the day before so that you will not be worried about the few hours the www.nesara.us website might be offline due to these improvements.

Below is another report on the NESARA Take Action Teams successes in publicizing NESARA this last Saturday. The NTAT are continuing each week with various publicizing activities as suggested by their NTAT Directors. I will continue to post reports of the NTAT activities as I receive them.

Let's all remember to keep the White Knights and the World Court Judges in our prayers, meditations, and energy work focuses as they move steadily forward to the time period when NESARA can be announced. NESARA Yes!
