Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

Today in Europe, Trustees of prosperity programs attended their first bank appointments in the process of opening the Trusts over the prosperity programs. Only one Trustee tried to cause problems and had to be replaced with an Alternate Trustee. The Alternate Trustee was taken to the bank and completed the paperwork process at the bank promptly. All the bank appointments for today were successfully completed on time per the World Court's schedule.

Tomorrow the Trustees have more bank appointments and some Trustees have bank appointments on Wednesday also. All is expected to go well and all the Trusts over the prosperity programs should be open by Wednesday evening Europe time. On Thursday July 4th, the International Monetary Fund and the International Chamber of Commerce will be required to issues their approvals per the World Court's orders so that all approvals will be done by evening July 4th. Thus the prosperity programs' Trusts will all be officially re-opened as of Friday.

We are still looking for mass deliveries of the first 31 prosperity programs funding notifications to occur in the U.S. and Canada within three business days after NESARA is announced. Mass deliveries will NOT be done on the same day as NESARA's announcement due to security concerns. I'm told that mass deliveries will also not be done on July 4th because too many people are likely to be away from their delivery locations on that day/evening. However, if the NESARA comes early enough this week, mass deliveries could occur in the following days this week, except for July 4th. This includes remaining Farm Claims (FC) deliveries. All mass deliveries of FC and the prosperity programs will be made at the same time. If someone is receiving FC and also prosperity programs funds, the deliveries will be in different envelopes but made at the same time.

There is NO TIME LEFT for the niceties of spreading the deliveries out by program - that is an OLD and outdated idea. The World Court has ordered that all the mass deliveries of the first 31 prosperity programs plus the FC will go out at the same time. Some of us will have numerous envelopes delivered to us in one delivery pass; there is NO TIME to string these deliveries out.

(These prosperity programs are not accepting new members. People who missed joining these prosperity programs will have opportunities to join the NEW prosperity programs that will be publicly announced a few months after NESARA's announcement.)

Someone asked if we in the current prosperity programs can gift people who live in other countries. Yes, regardless of where we live, we can gift people who live in other countries.

The "National Economic Security And Reformation Act" - NESARA - provides major benefits to Americans including:

1) Forgiveness of credit card and mortgage debt as remedy for bank frauds;
2) Creates U.S. Treasury Bank system which absorbs the Federal Reserve and new precious metals backed U.S. Treasury currency;
3) Restores Constitutional Law;
4) Requires resignations of Bush and Cheney to be replaced by Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new elections;
5) Requires the President Designate to declare "Peace" enabling international banking improvements to proceed smoothly and ends U.S. aggressive military actions immediately;
6) Abolishes IRS; creates flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government, and many more improvements.

Action to move NESARA into announcement position is continuing. NESARA can be announced as soon as a certain issue is handled. As of now it looks like NESARA will be announced in the next few days. NESARA might be announced any day this week, including July 4th, if that is when things are ready. There will absolutely be zero delay of NESARA simply because July 4th is a holiday. There have been too many people who have lost their lives literally fighting to protect NESARA assets and move NESARA forward for any delay to be allowed simply because of a holiday. The first day that all is ready, we will see the NESARA announcement. It could be anytime after tonight; it all depends on when the required things are ready. NESARA Yes!

The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person.
