Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

The primary Trustees of the Trusts over the prosperity programs have received their paperwork and most Trustees spent hours today working on their paperwork so they will be ready for their bank appointments beginning on Monday. As with the Trustees of last week, if these Trustees try in any way to delay or refuse to cooperate in completing the activities of opening the Trusts, they will be immediately replaced by Alternate Trustees.

The World Court has ordered that the prosperity programs' Trusts must be opened by the end of the day in Europe on Wednesday. This is the first time ever that the Trusts have been opened so quickly and it's due to the World Court's orders and the enforcement of the Court's orders by White Knights and the Ascended Masters.

Before we in the prosperity programs receive our deliveries, we will see the true NESARA law publicly announced. Then we will know that within a few days, the mass deliveries of prosperity programs notifications will begin in the U.S. and Canada, followed soon after by prosperity notifications to members around the world.

The "National Economic Security And Reformation Act" - NESARA - provides major benefits to Americans including:

1) Forgiveness of credit card and mortgage debt as remedy for bank frauds;
2) Creates U.S. Treasury Bank system which absorbs the Federal Reserve and new precious metals backed U.S. Treasury currency;
3) Restores Constitutional Law;
4) Requires resignations of Bush and Cheney to be replaced by Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new elections;
5) Requires the President Designate to declare "Peace" enabling international banking improvements to proceed smoothly and ends U.S. aggressive military actions immediately;
6) Abolishes IRS; creates flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government, and many more improvements.

I've had a couple of comments from people who clearly do not have a clue about how the world's legal systems work. The World Court was asked by the Clinton Administration to invalidate the true NESARA law after it was passed in March 2000. The Clinton Administration was refusing to accept the requirements of the true NESARA law. In the Constitution, it is explained that there are THREE branches of federal government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) and these three branches of government are SUPPOSED to act as checks and balances on the other branches of the government which may be acting unconstitutionally. The U.S. Supreme Court used its Constitutional authority to take action to have the unlawful actions of the other two branches of government stopped and repaired by having the true NESARA law drafted and passed. The U.S. Supreme Court had overwhelming proof that there had been extensive, purposeful actions by the various presidential administrations (Executive branch) and the Congress (Legislative branch) to pass unconstitutional laws and carry out their duties in ways that were totally unconstitutional.

Right after NESARA was passed in year 2000, the Clinton Administration requested that the World Court review whether NESARA was lawful because, obviously, Clinton did not want to have to resign his position as NESARA requires. The U.S. Supreme Court also agreed to have the World Court review the dispute between the Clinton Administration and the U.S. Supreme Court's usage of NESARA to implement the Court's 1993 rulings. In the early Fall of year 2000, the World Court ruled that the U.S. Supreme Court was correct and upheld the true NESARA law.

(The World Court is NOT the International Criminal Court which Bush Jr. has rescinded the U.S. Treaty. The World Court is officially known as the International Court of JUSTICE. These are two different courts with vastly different purposes. Both have websites you can check out.)

When you think about it, there's no other recognized authority that could have settled this legal dispute between a sitting President and the U.S. Supreme Court. This is how the World Court received authority over all matters related to NESARA. Please note: the World Court resolved a legal dispute between two branches of the U.S. government; the World Court UPHELD the Constitution by upholding NESARA's provisions which move our country back under the Constitution. There is NO conflict of authority between the World Court and the Constitution as some poorly informed people have commented.

Below is an email containing a CONFIRMATION of NESARA by a Bank of America Teller. Many of us have had NESARA confirmed to us by people directly involved and here is another person who wrote me about doing her own checking.

The announcement of NESARA could come before Wednesday if all goes well with the Ascended Masters' secret plan. There are actions in process which could result in NESARA being announced sooner than some insiders think. As of today, it's looking good for the NESARA announcement to come sooner rather than later. The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person.
