Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

As of now, the U.S. Treasury has taken over 42 of the 46 major banking corporations in the U.S. Due to intelligence and evidence that top banking executives of these banking corporations have been and are continuing to order interference with NESARA pre-announcement requirements the banks must accomplish, the interfering executives have been removed. The U.S. Treasury has been given the authority by the World Court to remove bank executives and replace them with Treasury White Knight banking professionals so that the banks' pre-announcement requirements will be free of sabotage and properly carried out when NESARA is announced. NESARA requires that all credit card accounts issued by banks in the U.S. MUST have the balances zeroed out literally within minutes of the beginning of the NESARA announcement. Bank executives have frequently used sabotage of the banks' computer systems which zero out the credit card balances as a way to delay NESARA's announcement.

Many top bankers in the U.S. are Illuminati stooges whose corruption and stealing will be stopped by NESARA's new bank regulations and monitoring. NESARA wipes out much of the Illuminati/dark agenda's power bases and income sources in banking, government, and legal systems. Due to the Illuminati's continuous interference and sabotage of the NESARA announcement since March 2000, the World Court has ordered very strong measures to end the Illuminati interference.

All the major banking corporations in the U.S. signed agreements years ago to become U.S. Treasury Banks because there will be no Federal Reserve System after NESARA is announced. NESARA provides for the purchase of the Federal Reserve shareholders' stock by the federal government and this purchase has been completed. The Federal Reserve has been primarily owned by Illuminati foreign bankers, the Rockefellers, and the British royal family. The Federal Reserve never was a government agency but is a private corporation which has been party to defrauding Americans out of vast fortunes.

In restoring Constitutional Law, NESARA clears out the fraud of a private corporation owned mainly by foreign bankers running our monetary system and economy, sets up our new U.S. Treasury Bank System, and requires the U.S. Treasury Department to absorb the Federal Reserve's facilities and employees. Alan Greenspan wrote his doctorate thesis on a banking and monetary system with currency backed by precious metals and has been championing such a system for decades, in direct conflict with the policies of the Federal Reserve. Alan Greenspan helped write the NESARA law to free us from the enslavement of the Federal Reserve. You might find this strange, but when you research Greenspan's life, you discover that he was/is a Libertarian. Then you begin to see why he has worked so hard to replace the corrupt Federal Reserve system with a Constitutionally correct U.S. Treasury Bank System. Sometimes White Knights have had to hold professional positions in organizations with which they disagree in order to be in the right place at the right time to help carry out our NESARA improvements.

The "National Economic Security And Reformation Act" - NESARA - provides major benefits to Americans including:

1) Forgiveness of credit card and mortgage debt as remedy for bank frauds;
2) Creates U.S. Treasury Bank system which absorbs the Federal Reserve and new precious metals backed U.S. Treasury currency;
3) Restores Constitutional Law;
4) Requires resignations of Bush and Cheney to be replaced by Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new elections;
5) Requires the President Designate to declare "Peace" enabling international banking improvements to proceed smoothly and ends U.S. aggressive military actions immediately;
6) Abolishes IRS; creates flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government, and many more improvements.

The Trusts re-opening activities are continuing in Europe today. As of today, a total of 24 primary Trustees have had to be removed for refusing to carry out the orders of the World Court and they have been replaced by Alternate Trustees. One Illuminati European bank executive was also trying to refuse to cooperate with the re-opening of the Trusts in his bank. This bank executive was taken on an extraordinary trip which convinced him it was in his best interests to cooperate. As of today, the opening of the Trusts is still in compliance with the World Court's very accelerated schedule.

For those of you new to the Dove Reports, there are 31 prosperity programs held in Trusts with funds in offshore banks which are providing major amounts of money needed to financially back the U.S. Treasury Bank System. The Trusts over these prosperity programs need to be "open" when NESARA is announced as things currently stand. The Trusts of the prosperity programs are expected to be open again by the end of next week; this will enable the NESARA announcement window to open again also.

Regarding the rumor there are currently mass deliveries currently and funding every 22 hours of prosperity programs: this is not correct. There are zero mass deliveries of any prosperity program and zero funding of prosperity programs funds. The mass deliveries and funding will come after NESARA is announced.

I have initial information that dark agenda Congressional leaders tried to use a trick and have a few members of Congress pass the pre-emptive strike resolution against Iran in the middle of the night. However, my information is that this sneaky effort of a "few" members of Congress was "invalidated". I'm still researching the invalidation and other facets of this sneaky effort.

There are a couple of other things I'm checking out which may result in NESARA being announced sooner rather than later. This is all I can say right now.

As I wrote in yesterday's Report, there are situations that could arise in which the World Court might approve having NESARA announced sooner than now expected. I'm hearing the Ascended Masters are making good progress on one of these alternative plans. NESARA Yes!

The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person.
