The opening of the Trusts in Europe is continuing exactly on schedule as the World Court dictated. The second, third, and fourth level Trusts in banks in France and England have been opened and today the Trusts in Germany were opened. The rest of this week the second, third, and fourth level Trusts will continue opening in banks in two more European countries and a few Trusts will be opened in Japan early next week. As of today, 21 primary Trustees have had to be removed for refusing to follow the World Court’s orders and have been promptly replaced by Alternate Trustees.

Next week the fifth, sixth, and seventh level Trusts will be opened in Europe and Japan. The humanitarian prosperity programs are fifth level Trusts and are expected to be opened on schedule next week. The link between the Trusts over the prosperity programs and NESARA is that the massive funds of 31 prosperity programs are providing major financial backing for the new U.S. Treasury Bank System brought to us by NESARA.

After the Trusts are opened, paperwork verifying the Trusts are opened is submitted to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the International Chamber of Commerce. The IMF is the organization to which proposals for humanitarian prosperity programs are submitted and the IMF must approve the prosperity programs’ proposals before the programs are allowed to generate revenue. The IMF also has a role in approving transfers of funds out of the offshore banks after the Trusts are reopened. The International Chamber of Commerce is the organization which historically has overseen the prosperity programs funding processes and resolved disputes related to funding the programs as well as verifying funding processes have been done correctly. This time, however, to avoid delays the World Court has its own people checking all the Trusts opening and offshore banks’ paperwork and making sure all the paperwork is correct. The World Court’s people are also responsible for conveying the right paperwork to the IMF after the Trusts have opened. Because the World Court’s people will have already checked all the paperwork, the IMF officials will be ordered by the World Court to approve the paperwork immediately upon receipt. The World Court’s people will also check the paperwork to be submitted to the International Chamber of Commerce. Thus the World Court will order the International Chamber of Commerce to approve the paperwork very quickly also. By the World Court keeping a tight rein on all the processes related to opening the Trusts and funding the prosperity programs, the World Court’s accelerated schedule is being met.

One of the three plans which is moving NESARA forward is the re-opening of the Trusts and prosperity programs and after these activities are completed, NESARA can be announced immediately. The World Court’s accelerated schedule calls for all the Trusts to be opened and approvals done by the end of next week; then the window for NESARA’s announcement will be reopened also.

There are two other possibilities for having NESARA announced. If the U.S. Congress goes ahead and passes another pre-emptive strike resolution, the World Court will order that NESARA be announced immediately to prevent the Bush gang launching full scale attacks on Iran. As of right now, there are still some dark agenda leaders in Congress who think they may call for a vote on the pre-emptive strike resolution against Iran. These dark agenda Congressional leaders have even considered calling a vote on the resolution in the middle of the night as a way of escaping detection; they are having their lawyers check to see if there is any way around the World Court’s authority. We will simply have to wait and see what these Congressional leaders decide to do; they’ve had their warning.

There’s also another plan to enable NESARA to be announced which the Ascended Masters are currently exploring. The plan upon which They are working is very secret but may enable NESARA to be announced prior to the completion of the opening of the Trusts.

The “National Economic Security And Reformation Act” – NESARA - provides major benefits to Americans including:

1) Forgiveness of credit card and mortgage debt as remedy for bank frauds;
2) Creates U.S. Treasury Bank system which absorbs the Federal Reserve and new precious metals backed U.S. Treasury currency;
3) Restores Constitutional Law;
4) Requires resignations of Bush and Cheney to be replaced by Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new elections;
5) Requires the President Designate to declare "Peace" enabling international banking improvements to proceed smoothly and ends U.S. aggressive military actions immediately;
6) Abolishes IRS; creates flat rate non-essential “new items only” sales tax revenue for government, and many more improvements.

I noticed Mr. A. (of the Jennifer Lee reports on ) is mentioning that Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine might buy the large banks of the U.S. This is true. Although the official paperwork for buying the major banking corporations in the U.S. has not been completed, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine has had meetings with CEO’s and Chairmen of the Boards of the major banks in the U.S. about buying these banking corporations. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine is extremely, extremely wealthy and He is considering buying the major banking corporations to ensure the banking corporations operate honestly and fairly after NESARA is announced.
