Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

The first 31 humanitarian prosperity programs have requirements for members to do gifting to other people. Our official instructions tell us exactly what we are supposed to do regarding gifting.

Some of you have written asking questions about the gifting requirements. I'm answering some of your questions today. All the information below pertains only to the Big O prOgram because that is the program about which I have the most information. I do know that the total amount of gifting we in the Big O prOgram are gifting is more than the total amount of gifting by members of most of the other prosperity programs. I believe the people in Farm Claims who have not yet received their funding or deliveries will also be doing some gifting but I don't have details on amounts or other details.

The gifting information below is the latest information I've received as of yesterday. Over the last few years, there have been changes in maximum and minimum amounts to be given to people. We all should follow our OFFICIAL instructions fully and by the time we receive our deliveries, there could be more changes. However, in order to help people make some progress ahead of time, I'm sharing the latest information I have on gifting:

* The total amount we in the Big O PrOgram are gifting is $400 million.

* Maximum amount that can be given to a person/married couple is $10 million.
   [With a Maximum Limit of THREE $10 million gifts]

* Minimum amount that can be given to a person/married couple is $150,000.

[We are being encouraged to keep the amounts of our gifts to each person in the $1 Million to $4 Million maximum level]

* Gifting recipients must be at least 21 years of age.

* Only one gift amount can be given to a married couple; we cannot give one amount to the husband and another amount to the wife. We can name only the wife or only the husband to be gifted; we do not have to name both people. However, in most places the money will belong to both husband and wife regardless of which spouse we name.

* In general, the people we gift will receive a personal delivery to their homes containing information about their financial gift for which they must show I.D. and sign.
Someone asked if we in the current prosperity programs can gift people who live in other countries. Yes, regardless of where we live, we can gift people who live in other countries.

* We cannot use business addresses because the people we gift must show picture I.D. which includes name and address as part of ensuring the delivery is being made to the right person.

* We need to specify the name, address, and home phone number of the people we are gifting and the amount we are giving each person/married couple on our gifting lists.

* We need to gift people who are not mentally impaired because they must be able to handle the money.

* We can only gift individuals or married people; we are not allowed to gift organizations at this time because the gifting money is supposed to be spent to help stimulate the economy. Organizations and charities will not spend the money as quickly as it is supposed to be spent. We can help organizations and charities in other ways with improvement projects.

* The people we gift WILL be eligible to apply for the new prosperity programs. Therefore we can think about giving people enough money to use and share with others and know that they WILL have their own prosperity funds (for Americans) beginning about 15 months after NESARA is announced.

* We will be submitting our gifting lists to an authority designated in our official instructions. The official authority will check to make sure no prosperity program members or Illuminati are on the gifting list and will process gifting for the people we are gifting. We will be informed if someone we designated is not eligible to be gifted and we will have to submit a replacement person. We will be asked to submit our gifting lists ABOUT TWO WEEKS after we receive our deliveries.

* The official authority will also provide to us complete records showing that our financial gifts were received by the people we designated. Deliveries of our financial gifts will be made in the U.S. about 4 - 8 weeks after NESARA is announced.

* Prosperity program members in other countries will also need to submit their gifting lists to their official authorities a few weeks after mass prosperity notifications are received. Most of the same info above applies to big O prOgram members living in other countries who will also be doing gifting.

Gifting is NOT meant to fund "improvement projects". Gifting is meant to stimulate our world economy by giving money to as many people as we can so they will spend the money and give some of it to other people who will also spend the money. Improvement projects take time and tying the money up in improvement projects will hurt the world economy, not help it.

We have plenty of money for our improvement projects and plenty of money to fund worthy improvement projects others want to do. We also have PLENTY of money for our personal use; the gifting funds are NOT coming from the funds we are receiving for our personal use.

If we wish, the official authority will send a brief note from us to our gifting recipients. I intend to send a note and ask each of my recipients to give away at least half of the funds I am gifting to them. I hope in this way to spread the funds even farther and help more people.

I also intend to set up improvement projects to help various groups of people. I believe we will be able to set up improvement projects to give money to other people in various ways. We will receive details about how to do our improvement projects in our official instructions.
