The Trustees of the second, third, and fourth level Trusts are spending the weekend filling out paperwork in preparation for their first bank appointments beginning Monday this week. So far a few Trustees have tested to see how serious the World Court is regarding the tight schedule.

Four Trustees refused to do the paperwork yesterday and were immediately replaced by Alternate Trustees. Bush Senior's brother-in-law is one of the four Trustees who were removed and replaced. Bush Senior's brother-in-law was a primary Trustee on the royal French Trust, one of the second level Trusts under the World Trust. Since the Illuminati Bush/Rockefeller gang have fought tooth and nail to try to keep us from receiving our prosperity and NESARA, it is hardly a surprise that Bush Senior's brother-in-law refused to cooperate.

Six other Trustees were purposely doing their paperwork very slowly. These six Trustees were warned they needed to complete the paperwork this weekend. When the six Trustees did not speed up their efforts, these six Trustees were also replaced by Alternate Trustees.

Alternate Trustees were also sent to Europe by World Court order and are standing by to replace the primary Trustees if necessary. From the quick replacement of Trustees who are not cooperating, it's obvious the World Court is very serious about Trustees abiding by the tight schedule the World Court has set.

Tomorrow the Trustees begin going to their bank appointments to do the last bits of paperwork to open the Trusts at the first bank. This week some Trustees will be traveling to several different offshore banks in various locations because most major Trusts have accounts in banks in various countries. To open the Trusts, the Trustees need to go to each of the banks to complete paperwork.

There have been a few offshore bankers who have also tested how serious the World Court is about the tight schedule of Trust opening bank appointments. These offshore bankers have been subjected to very strong compelled compliance actions which have convinced the bankers to cooperate.

The Trustees and offshore bankers who have tried to refuse to cooperate are discovering there are very sharp "teeth" to the World Court's orders.

For those of you new to the Dove Reports, let me explain the connection between the Trusts and NESARA. There are massive amounts of funds held by Trusts and prosperity programs which are providing the major portions of the funds to financially back the new U.S. Treasury Bank System. There are only certain times of the year when these Trusts are "open" and the funds can be used to back the new Treasury Bank System. Last week, the "open" time period ended and the Trusts "closed". In order for NESARA to be announced, these Trusts have to be "opened" again and that is what is happening beginning this week. The World Court has ordered the Trusts be re-opened immediately and has ordered all the Trusts be opened by July 5th. Once the Trusts are all open again, then action can go forward to get NESARA announced.

While the Trustees are busy offshore, there are actions occurring to make certain that NESARA is announced promptly after the Trusts are opened. The Ascended Masters, Forces, and some White Knights are reviewing all the kinds of interference that has occurred in the past to delay NESARA's announcement. They are finding ways to pre-empt, clear, and block these kinds of interference from delaying NESARA in the future.

The "National Economic Security And Reformation Act" - NESARA - provides major benefits to Americans including:

1) Forgiveness of credit card and mortgage debt as remedy for bank frauds;
2) Creates U.S. Treasury Bank system which absorbs the Federal Reserve and new precious metals backed U.S. Treasury currency;
3) Restores Constitutional Law;
4) Requires resignations of Bush and Cheney to be replaced by Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new elections;
5) Requires the President Designate to declare "Peace" enabling international banking improvements to proceed smoothly and ends U.S. aggressive military actions immediately;
6) Abolishes IRS; creates flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government, and many more improvements.

The information that mass prosperity deliveries are being made this week is INCORRECT. There may be some test deliveries done this week, but mass deliveries will be done only after NESARA is announced. All prosperity program members in the U.S. have been assigned funding banks in the U.S. Initially we will have remote access to some funds immediately after delivery. Our official delivery information will also contain the time and date of our bank appointments with our funding bank in the U.S. There will be ZERO offshore funding activities for humanitarian prosperity project members in the U.S.

Some of you in the humanitarian prosperity programs may not have been on the telephone network in year 2000 or 2001 when thousands of deliveries were made to members of the big O prOgram. However, I and many other people received information from big O prOgram members who did receive and went to their funding bank appointments in the U.S. I had two contacts with staff at the Bank of America branch in the Los Angeles area who were opening accounts and processing paperwork for the big O prOgram members who received their deliveries in L.A. The Los Angeles area has many program members; California has the most program members, with Washington state being second in number of big O prOgram members. We know both from the B of A staff who processed the accounts for big O prOgram members and from members who received in L.A. that there were thousands of deliveries made in California in year 2000 and also numerous deliveries in 2001. We know these members who received were told in their official instructions that they would not have access to their big program funds until the rest of the program deliveries were made. We had some of these people who had received calling us to find out when the rest of the deliveries would be made so they would know when they could access their funds. Although many of these people were under strict Non Disclosures in the early months of deliveries, some of them did talk to their personal friends and relatives. We know one U.S. Senator, who first received his big O prOgram delivery and debit card in December 1999, used to go to his funding bank almost every week to see if his debit card worked yet.

We on the telephone network heard from people who received and from their friends and relatives. We know there were deliveries in most states at one time or another. We heard about deliveries in Florida, Texas, New England states, Arizona, Georgia, Illinois and other Midwest states, Puget Sound area in Washington state, - nearly every state in the union. I would have to go through my stacks of notes to list all the states where prosperity members received deliveries. I usually put the news of deliveries in certain states in my Reports but did not usually mention cities in order to protect the people who received and were sharing their news with us. We heard about the couple in California at the time of the Democratic Convention who had their appointment with the bank the following week. We heard about people who were shown the amounts they were receiving on a computer screen by bank staff but who could not have a printout of the screen. Luckily, some of them had good memories. We heard about one brave person who received and used a pay phone to call a friend and to leave a message containing very good details of the funding appointment at the bank.

I'm reminding all of you about these things because I, StarlaRae, and others shared this information on the Internet, especially in year 2000, when program deliveries were being done frequently. Literally hundreds of us on the telephone network called each other personally and shared reports of deliveries in the U.S. There were also sporadic test deliveries in 2001, 2002, and 2003. The rules for doing mass deliveries changed several times since year 2000. For OUR PROTECTION from the Bush gang's homeland security Gestapo actions, mass deliveries of the prosperity programs will be done ONLY AFTER NESARA is announced.

I want all of you to remember that WE HAVE PROOF that all of us receiving in the U.S. have funding appointments ONLY in U.S. funding banks. ALL official, bona fide big O prOgram deliveries to members of the humanitarian prosperity project in the U.S. have included instructions telling recipients to go to a funding bank in the U.S.

There are ZERO ZERO ZERO bona fide funding activities of big O humanitarian prosperity program members in offshore banks. We will NOT receive OFFICIAL instructions which tell us to go to an offshore bank; this "offshore bank" rumor is a total and complete LIE being put out by dark agenda CIA agents who post lies on the Internet. There will be ZERO "offshore bank" involved in our funding appointments. IGNORE these lies about having to go to any offshore bank. And remember, these people putting out these lies are PAID to try to confuse you; they do NOT want you to receive your prosperity. They are in opposition to you and your prosperity. If you are smart, you will stop reading the lies put out by these dark agenda CIA agents.

And, Folks, let's stop and think - if the "status quo" of government officials and bankers were trying to help us receive our prosperity, mass deliveries would already be done. There has not been one single effort by anyone in the oval office to help us receive our prosperity. Both Clinton and the Bush gang have done everything they can to keep us from receiving our prosperity. It will only be after the corrupt politicians are REMOVED from office and the banks are controlled by NESARA's announcement that we will finally see mass deliveries and funding of the prosperity programs.

There will be ZERO state government income taxes paid on our prosperity funds; the states have been told they cannot assess income tax on these funds. Also, state governments have been told they must find new ways to generate revenue to run the state government because income taxes must be totally abolished in the U.S. within months after NESARA is announced.

Also, all the Bush gang's unconstitutional laws will be totally WIPED OUT by NESARA's announcement. Therefore, there will be NO WAY that we prosperity program members can be considered "terrorists". The laws about terrorists will be totally wiped out; we do not need these laws because the ONLY terrorists are the Bush gang and their Illuminati buddies who have already been identified and proven to be behind all the terrorist activities.

I understand there are hundreds of Trustees over the few hundred Trusts that must be opened. The World Court is continuing to keep the pressure on to get the Trusts opened and NESARA announced. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine, the benevolent Forces, and White Knights are carrying out the enforcement of the World Court's orders. Thank Heaven we have this divine intervention; past experience has shown we definitely need it. NESARA Yes!
