Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
As of today, the U.S. Treasury Department has taken over 3 more major
banking corporations in the U.S. This brings the total number of major
U.S. banking corporations to 36 that are now under control of Treasury
White Knight banking professionals. There are only 10 major banking
corporations in the U.S. which are not under control of the Treasury.
Perhaps soon the Illuminati/dark agenda will realize that NESARA is being
announced and the Illuminati's stooges who cause interference will simply
be removed to ensure the requirements for NESARA's announcement are met.
In Europe today, the Trustees for the second, third, and fourth level
Trusts received packets of paperwork that they are required to complete
before they go to their bank appointments this coming week. Each Trustee
has two White Knight guards who are ensuring the Trustee makes it to
his/her bank appointments on time and completes their paperwork before
their appointments.
The World Court set up a very tight schedule of bank appointments to which
the offshore bankers and Trustees must adhere. Anyone who fails to
cooperate with the World Court's orders will face severe consequences. In
the past we have seen Trustees drag their feet doing the paperwork and
also offshore bankers cause delays as part of the Illuminati's overall
plan to run out the clock on the usual 60-day distribution windows.
However, this time there are White Knight guards overseeing both the
Trustees and the offshore bankers to make certain that all parties adhere
to the schedule set by the World Court. In addition, the paperwork is
being delivered to the Trustees at least two days before their bank
appointments and the Trustees are required to complete the paperwork ahead
of time. In addition to the White Knight guards, there are other
sophisticated monitoring processes of the offshore bankers and Trustees
making sure the Trustees and the offshore bankers are doing their
paperwork and Trust opening processes properly.
There are other options also for dealing with delays any offshore bankers
or Trustees might try to cause. Many of the offshore bankers and some of
the Trustees are Illuminati and are used to running things their way and
causing delays. They have never been pressured into doing the opening of
the Trusts the way they are being compelled to do the opening processes by
the World Court now. Although these Illuminati stooges may think they can
cause delays in defiance of the World Court's orders, there are already
other contingencies which are designed to keep the opening of the Trusts
on schedule.
There is some confusion on the phone network which is understandable since
these massive financial Trusts are something only the very top bankers,
Trustees, and people with high connections have known about in the past.
There's been a concerted effort to keep the information about these Trusts
secret. There are very few people in the world who have detailed
knowledge of the huge financial Trusts in the worldwide hierarchy of
financial Trusts. Very few people had knowledge of Beloved Ascended
Master Saint Germaine's World Trust prior to my writing about it
extensively on the Internet during the last two years.
There's also a great deal of confusion because prior to year 2000, the
order of priority and ways the 50+ prosperity programs were going to be
funded were different than what is happening since year 2000. Many people
on the phone network have never updated their information so they are
still talking about obsolete priority schedules and funding information.
In many cases, the administrators of the prosperity programs have never
been officially updated on the changes and some of them continue to put
out obsolete information. Because all the official dealings related to
these 50+ prosperity programs are done by Trustees and others who have
signed strict Non Disclosures as required by the International Monetary
Fund which oversees these program, most information about these programs
has been kept secret.
I am not under Non Disclosure and have seen the secrecy surrounding these
programs give the Illuminati advantageous ways to delay funding and
NESARA. I have also seen the secrecy hurt many people in various ways. I
believe that in general the more LIGHT we shed on what is really
happening, the faster we will see NESARA announced and the faster these
programs will be funded.
As of Easter 2000, the rules governing which prosperity programs must fund
first changed because at that point Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine's World Trust superceded all the other Trusts worldwide. The
World Trust says that as of Easter 2000 the distribution of funds to the
Children of Light MUST come before any other distribution of funds from
any of the prosperity programs' Trusts.
In the Easter window of the year 2000, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine designated as Children of Light the humanitarian projects members
of 31 of the 50+ prosperity programs. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine had reviewed all the purposes and elements of the 50+ prosperity
programs in the "funding pipeline" as of Easter 2000. He determined that
31 of these prosperity programs had stated purposes which were somewhat
aligned with His Purposes of giving the Children of Light great amounts of
funds from the World Trust for world improvements. Thus, by designating
these 31 prosperity programs humanitarian project members "Children of
Light", Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine
changed the priority order
of how the 50+ programs will fund. The "Children of Light" designations
meant that ALL 31 prosperity programs MUST FUND AT THE SAME TIME. Anyone
who says otherwise is simply misinformed.
Therefore, it does not matter what kind of Trust the prosperity program is
in, all that matters is whether it was one of the 31 programs with
humanitarian project members designated by Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine as Children of Light. The World Trust overrides all "government
trusts" and "Federal Reserve programs" and every other kind of trust and
program. ALL the prosperity programs that were not fully funded as of
Easter 2000 will only be funded according to the new priority established
as of Easter 2000.
To clarify some misinformation, let me explain that the Charcoal program
is one of the first 31 prosperity programs under the World Trust.
Therefore this program will NOT fund ahead of any other programs but at
the same time as Omega, Destiny, Alpha, Burgevun, and the rest of the
first 31 programs. The remaining Farm Claims deliveries and funding will
also take place at the same time as the first 31 programs deliveries and
funding. A year ago the World Court ordered that the Farm Claims and
first 31 programs would all be delivered and funded at the same time;
literally mass deliveries of these programs and Farm Claims will take
place at exactly the same times after the NESARA announcement.
Most people are not aware of the changes in priority order of the
prosperity programs and they are sharing obsolete information which is one
reason there is confusion on the telephone network. Another reason there
is incorrect information spread about the prosperity programs is because
the Illuminati/dark agenda are constantly spreading false information via
the phone network and the Internet. The Illuminati had always intended to
steal all the prosperity programs funds for themselves and have tried to
do so many times over the years, so the Illuminati have very serious
motives for spreading disinformation.

Ascended Master Saint Germaine and the Forces are neutralizing all efforts
by the dark agenda groups of the CIA and the dark agenda groups of other
countries' intelligence agencies to cause terrorist attacks.

prosperity programs officially announced within a few months after
