Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

As of now, the U.S. Treasury White Knight banking professionals have taken over four more major U.S. banking corporations. This brings the total of major banking corporations in the U.S. taken over by the Treasury White Knight banking professionals to 33 of the 46 major banking corporations in the U.S.

All of these 33 major banking corporations issue credit cards. Evidence has been gathered which shows the top executives of these 33 major banking corporations were ordering interference with the NESARA credit card and/or mortgage forgiveness processes their banks are required to do when NESARA is announced. Almost 1,000 top bank executives of these 33 major banking corporations have been charged with Obstruction of Justice, removed from their positions, and replaced by Treasury banking professionals.

Within minutes of the beginning of NESARA's announcement, these banks must run their special computer programs to zero out the balances of customers' credit cards. Because this is a crucial process which must be done correctly during NESARA's announcement, the past interference by top executives of the U.S. banks has delayed NESARA's announcement numerous times. These top executives have ordered outright sabotage of the banks' special computer programs which zero out the credit card accounts balances in order to delay NESARA. With Treasury's White Knight banking professionals in control of these banks, there should be no more sabotage of the computer programs to zero out credit cards balances. As an added precaution, there are also White Knight computer experts onsite at the banks' computer divisions overseeing all activities related to the programs to zero out credit card balances and process mortgage forgiveness.

There are many factors related to the timing of the true NESARA law announcement. The money behind NESARA is obviously very relevant. The 50+ prosperity programs about which I write are funds which provide some of the "capital" of the new U.S. Treasury bank system. There are other vast funds, some of which have been building in offshore banks for over two centuries, that are providing the money to pay the banks $8,500 per credit card account zeroed out, payoffs to banks for the mortgages that are forgiven, and money to support other NESARA benefits. These vast funds are held in Trusts in various offshore banks. A major portion of these vast funds which have been accumulating have already been transferred from offshore banks to U.S. and other countries' banks in preparation for prosperity programs' funding and NESARA's announcement.

There are vast fortunes of money as well as gold, silver, and platinum which have been accumulating for many years in preparation for the great uplifting transformations now approaching. For many years both Ascended Masters and Earth Humans have been building massive fortunes to fund needed improvements and worldwide prosperity.

Some powerful and wealthy people have been working to restore Constitutional Law in the U.S. for over 50 years. They realized that some of the necessary adjustments would take massive amounts of money and they began building fortunes in preparation. There have been numerous Wealthy Visionaries who have been building massive fortunes in preparation for the days when the world's people remove the dark agenda world controllers from power.

The Wealthy Visionaries studied the major improvements that are necessary to bring health, peace, prosperity, good government, and liberty to the world's people. The Wealthy Visionaries knew the many improvements to fix the problems would take vast sums of money and also many, many thousands of people to organize, develop, and carry out world improvement projects.

Scores of years ago some of the Wealthy Visionaries began to build large sums of money using certain wealth producing programs that are done in special financial institutions mainly in Europe. The Wealthy Visionaries intended these funds to be used for world improvements and also recruited thousands of people who care about making improvements to join these programs. The people recruited to join the programs are sometimes called the members of a humanitarian project program. The Wealthy Visionaries intend for the members of the humanitarian project to receive the funds that have been accumulating and to use these large amounts of funds for world improvements.

In the past, I have referred to the Wealthy Visionaries' wealth producing programs as "prosperity programs" and years ago I became a member of one of these humanitarian project programs. There have been dozens of these programs developed and accumulating wealth for many years. When I began writing internet reports in 1999, I began tracking the progress of funding these humanitarian prosperity programs; there are millions of people around the world who are members of these programs including thousands of Americans. These programs provide some new sources of money as capital for the new U.S. Treasury Bank System.

A year ago I learned that the granddaddy of all these humanitarian prosperity programs was one known as the World Trust which was set up by Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine about 250 years ago. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine is a financial genius and He gave a formula to the top German bankers in the 1700's which began the fabulous European wealth producing programs. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine initiated his World Trust wealth producing program to accumulate vast amounts of funds which He would distribute early in the 21st Century through the world's Children of Light. He intended these funds would be used by the Children of Light in these times to help usher in the Golden Age of prosperity, peace, liberty, and enlightenment for all people worldwide. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine's World Trust is the largest prosperity program behind NESARA and contains vast sums of money which must be ready to be distributed worldwide immediately after the true NESARA law is announced.

There are steps in making funds of the prosperity programs ready to be distributed. Nearly all these programs are held in "trusts" and there are levels of these trusts. The first and highest level is the World Trust. Below the World Trust are the French Trust, the Hapsburg Trust, the Russian Trust, and other royal trusts. The Vatican Trust and other major trusts come under the various royal trusts. There are trusts set up by very wealthy families, trusts which hold the funds of wealthy corporate foundations, and trusts of the prosperity programs such as the one I and thousands of Americans and others joined.

The World Trust was set up by Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine to distribute prosperity funds beginning in the year 2000 at times when people would understand that the funds were divine gifts. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine designated one distribution window to begin at Christmas and the other distribution window to begin at Easter. Each distribution window was legally open for 60 calendar days. If the distribution did not occur in the 60 days, then these massive World Trust funds would be put into the revenue generating process for a contractual time-period to generate more money. In the year 2000, the requirements of the World Trust began to supercede all the other trusts and prosperity programs so if the World Trust distribution window closed, so did the distribution window for the prosperity programs. This week the 2003 Easter distribution window of the World Trust ended.

Normally this would mean that we would be unable to announce NESARA or fund the prosperity programs until the next Christmas window. However yesterday at the request of Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine, the World Court took the unprecedented step of ordering the World Trust to re-open the distribution window and stay open until after NESARA is announced.

Today in a secret and surprise move, the World Court had couriers deliver orders to the Trustees of the hundreds of trusts and prosperity programs under the World Trust. The World Court instructed these Trustees to go to Europe and do the paperwork to re-open all the trusts under the World Trust. The Trustees were provided a pre-booked airline ticket and White Knight guards and given only a few hours to pack and board their flights to Europe today. The Trustees were instructed to keep their activities secret until they arrive in Europe. This weekend the Trustees of the second, third, and fourth level Trusts are receiving paperwork which they will be required to fill out in preparation for their appointments with the European banks beginning Monday.

Today the World Court also sent orders to the offshore banks where these Trusts' funds are held and informed the offshore bankers that the funding distribution windows for the World Trust and other Trusts and prosperity programs are being re-opened. The World Court gave the offshore bankers a very accelerated and specific schedule of appointments to follow to ensure the Trustees complete the necessary paperwork to re-open all the trusts and prosperity programs distribution windows quickly. There are White Knights under orders from the World Court in the offshore banks making certain that this accelerated schedule of appointments is followed. Normally, the sign-off procedures to open these hundreds of Trusts over the prosperity programs takes a month or more. The World Court has set a very strict schedule requiring these processes to be completed in two weeks.

The NESARA announcement process cannot be done under the current rules until the Trustees complete the re-opening of the distribution windows for these hundreds of trusts and prosperity programs. However, there are other activities in process which are designed to ensure that after these distribution windows are re-opened, NESARA will be announced promptly.

I am aware that some of you will moan and groan when you read about the two weeks needed to re-open the Trusts and prosperity programs. Rather than writing me an email to gripe and complain, sit down with a piece of paper and a pen and write out your frustrations and then after you get it out of your system, tear up the paper and recycle it. I do not need to hear your complaints.

I am giving you information so you can understand what is happening. I , probably more than most people, wish we had gotten NESARA announced already and I've done everything I can to help move it forward. I doubt there are many people more ready to see NESARA announced and the prosperity programs delivered than I am. Every day I have numerous pressures and issues I have to deal with which will be relieved and resolved when NESARA is announced. So rather than email me your frustration, go out and play tennis or weed the garden or write out your frustrations on paper and tear up the paper.

The "National Economic Security And Reformation Act" - NESARA - provides major benefits to Americans including:
1) Forgiveness of credit card and mortgage debt as remedy for bank frauds;
2) Creates U.S. Treasury Bank system which absorbs the Federal Reserve and new precious metals backed U.S. Treasury currency;
3) Restores Constitutional Law;
4) Requires resignations of Bush and Cheney to be replaced by Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new elections;
5) Requires the President Designate to declare "Peace" enabling international banking improvements to proceed smoothly and ends U.S. aggressive military actions immediately;
6) Abolishes IRS; creates flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government, and many more improvements.

Regarding the current Bush gang saber-rattling, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine is commanding the Forces to prevent the Bush gang from attacking Iran. Although the Bush gang were allowed to attack Iraq, it was because the Bush gang attacks on Iraq will be used as evidence proving to the world that the Illuminati/dark agenda Bush gang stooges lied and killed for their own personal benefit. The proof against the Bush gang is fresh and massive; there is no need to allow them any further attacks. On almost a daily basis recently, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine has commanded the Forces to stop U.S. military from launching sneak attacks on Iran. Bush Jr. is blabbing about attacks as instructed by his Illuminati handlers but divine intervention is stopping these attacks.

For those of us who are awaiting the happy moment of seeing the Bush gang kicked out of D.C., we can take comfort in knowing that the Bush gang and their Illuminati/dark agenda buddies will be gnashing their teeth because they won't be celebrating escaping NESARA. The Illuminati have parties planned for this weekend and were hoping to celebrate their escaping the NESARA announcement. However, due to the World Court's secret and surprising actions today, NESARA will be announced after the re-opening of the prosperity programs' distribution windows.
