Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

The telephone network of prosperity programs members is buzzing with people calling each other regarding Congress receiving their prosperity deliveries. It is true that U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives in D.C. did receive new prosperity programs deliveries of letters, instructions, and new debit cards in the last few days. It is also true that these members of the U.S. Congress can go to the bank on Tuesday. However, it is NOT NOT NOT true that they will have access to their program funds on Tuesday. They are being instructed to go to the bank on Tuesday and do paperwork in preparation for leaving Washington, D.C.

U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives will have to WAIT to access their program funds until AFTER NESARA is announced AND until after the first pass of mass prosperity programs notification deliveries is made in the U.S. and Canada. This is STANDARD procedure per IMF rules. This is the only way funding will work for the first 31 prosperity programs under the World Trust which include Bergevun, the big O prOgram, Destiny, Alpha, and 27 other programs. The IMF rules require that ALL members of a program must have EQUAL OPPORTUNITY for accessing their funds AT the SAME time. Therefore, the only way this can occur is for at least one delivery pass to be made to each prosperity program member's delivery address in the U.S. and Canada BEFORE any member has access to their program funds.

There are vast sums of money assigned to each member of the current 31 humanitarian prosperity programs. There are over 700 bank locations in the U.S. which have been designated as "funding banks" for these programs. As we know from bank staff in the Los Angeles area, prosperity program members' accounts have been set up and are in a secret part of the banks' computer systems which can only be opened when the prosperity member's personal "code" is provided. Each prosperity program member receives his/her own personal code in the funding notification materials delivered.

We know from past experience how this works. For many months in year 2000, certain Bank of America bank staff in Los Angeles processed the paperwork for prosperity program members who received their deliveries in the Los Angeles area. Because California has more prosperity members than any other state (Washington State is second), there were efforts made to make many deliveries in California as part of preparing for the new U.S. Treasury Bank system.

We know from firsthand reports from members who received their deliveries and also from B. of A. bank staff in L.A. who processed activating of prosperity program members' accounts, that our accounts are sitting in the U.S. funding banks with our names on the accounts. We already have our huge amounts of prosperity programs funds in our names and deposited into our U.S. funding bank accounts just waiting for us to arrive at our bank appointments after NESARA is announced. We will have remote access to some funds immediately after delivery but will need to go to the bank appointment we are assigned to completed paperwork for full access and activation of our accounts. We in the big prOgram and other prosperity programs will be doing gifting lists as one of our first actions to improve the world. We must remember the most important rule is to follow our official funding instructions in exact detail in every way.

The U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives (except for those who are Illuminati leaders in Congress) received their new funding letters, instructions, and debit cards a few days ago and will go to the bank on Tuesday to complete paperwork. They also received MOVING MONEY because they have been told that most of them need to MOVE OUT of Washington D.C. within a week after NESARA is announced. Therefore they need to get their banking paperwork done because NESARA could be announced as early as next Tuesday. However, the Senators and Representatives will not have access to their program funds until after the first pass of mass deliveries to prosperity program members in the U.S. and Canada is made AFTER NESARA's announcement.

There are literally QUATTUORDECILLIONS of dollars of wealth (backed by precious metals) sitting in U.S. banks under special designations waiting for the announcement of NESARA and the deliveries and funding of the first 31 humanitarian prosperity programs. These prosperity programs funds are the massive funds capitalizing the new U.S. Treasury Bank System which Constitutionally requires that the capital for the new banking system come FROM OUTSIDE the current Federal Reserve banking system. These vast amounts of funds have been transferred from offshore banks where they have been accumulating for many years. Some of the current prosperity programs began over 20 years ago in offshore bank programs; these programs account for about 30% of the funds we are receiving. The World Trust accounts for over 70% of our funds; the World Trust has been accumulating vast wealth for over 250 years. The World Trust is the top financial trust in the world (it supercedes the Vatican Trust, the French Trust, the Russian Trust, and all other financial trusts in the entire world) and was set up by Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine (prior to His Ascension) in the mid-1700's for the Children of Light.

In the 1700's le Comte de Saint Germaine gave German bankers a formula for programs which could accumulate vast amounts of wealth. This formula for wealth accumulation does not involve a single penny of "interest" being charged and therefore is in alignment with higher spiritual values. Le Comte de Saint Germaine put large sums of funds into the World Trust and instructed the German bankers on how to conduct the wealth accumulation programs. The World Trust has been accumulating vast wealth annually ever since the mid-1700's in preparation for distributing this massive wealth to the Children of Light who are here on Earth in these times to do world improvement projects as part of anchoring in the Golden Age for all on Earth. The World Trust, as well as wealth from numerous other Ascended Masters, is the basis of worldwide prosperity for all Earth's people within three and a half years of NESARA's announcement.

Most of the 20+ Ascended Masters, who are contributing to bringing forth the Golden Age for all Earth's people, have Their own private banks and have been accumulating vast sums of wealth as the basis of worldwide prosperity in these times. We in the current 31 humanitarian prosperity programs will also be informed how we are contributing to providing worldwide prosperity. There is PLENTY of money on Earth to make every person as wealthy as a millionaire. It is part of Earth Humans coming transformations to self-actualizing, self-transcendent people that Earth Humans must leave struggling for survival behind.

NESARA must be announced before the mass deliveries in the U.S. and Canada to current prosperity program members can occur. If you are sitting around this weekend expecting to receive your delivery, you are wasting your time. The soonest NESARA may be announced is next Tuesday and currently it is expected that mass deliveries will not be made on the same day as NESARA's announcement.

Today in World Court a major obstacle to NESARA's announcement was handled. This obstacle was the inability of all the White Knights involved to agree to do the NESARA announcement on a given date and stick with it. Today the World Court issued an order to the White Knights that when Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine tells them that the time is right to do the NESARA announcement, the White Knights MUST show up and do the announcement. The World Court's order to the White Knights today finally resolves a problem that has delayed NESARA many times.

At this time, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine is overseeing all the preparations for getting NESARA announced next week and it is hoped that the preparations will be complete and firm by Tuesday. In an effort to make it clear that NESARA is being announced next week, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine ordered the deliveries to the U.S. Senators and Representatives made a few days ago. This is a signal that these members of Congress need to prepare to leave D.C. because NESARA is being announced very soon. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine now has control of prosperity deliveries because His World Trust accounts for over 70% of the funds we are receiving and therefore, He can command deliveries to be made in alignment with the rules that have been set up by the IMF and World Court.

In order for the U.S. Treasury Bank System to be lawfully activated, ALL mass prosperity programs deliveries MUST BE made at the SAME TIME. The rumors that those who joined the prosperity programs first will receive first is TOTALLY WRONG and based on OLD information that has not been correct since the year 2000. We have proof of this by the fact that one man who joined the big O prOgram in early 2000 received his delivery in the summer of 2000, while others who have been in the prOgram for years have not received their deliveries. So, ignore all this OLD information as it is totally incorrect. Mass deliveries to the first 31 prosperity programs members will be made at the SAME TIME and members of these programs are receiving the same HUGE amounts.

The deliveries to members of the other 20+ prosperity programs will be done soon after NESARA's announcement also. Prosperity programs funding notifications around the world will begin soon after the first pass of mass prosperity programs deliveries in the U.S. and Canada.

For those of you reading the Dove Reports who did not join the current prosperity programs, there are NEW prosperity programs being announced soon AFTER NESARA which you will be able to join. In the U.S. the new prosperity is expected to begin being distributed about 16 months after NESARA is announced. All Earth Humans will have access to great personal prosperity within the next three and a half years and this MUST OCCUR in order for Earth Humans to make the progress we must make in the years prior to 2012 and the great Dimensional Leap. I will be reminding people to join the new prosperity programs when these programs are officially and publicly announced in the U.S. and other countries.

Also, many of us who will be doing world improvement projects will be looking for good people to fill positions to assist in the planning, development, and carrying out of world improvement projects. I will be looking for spiritually oriented people with various skills and experience to fill these new positions and other prosperity program members will also be looking for good people. I know some of you reading the Dove Reports would dearly love to be doing useful work to improve the world and be paid for it too. I'm sure there will be such opportunities arising a few months after NESARA's announcement.

As was announced on CNN two weeks ago, Greenspan has prepared 30 hours of education on video tape regarding the "new monetary system". We have much to learn about the new monetary and economic system and all of us in the prosperity programs need to understand the information in these 30 hours. After the NESARA announcement, we will be told on which networks the 30 hours of info will be broadcast and I will be taping these 30 hours so I can study the info and refer to it whenever I need to check something; I suggest all of us in the prosperity programs have blank tapes ready to record Greenspan's info.

Very soon after NESARA's announcement, we will also see Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine being introduced to all of us worldwide on television. He has already arranged this introduction and He will speak to us during the introduction. By the way, the reason I spell His name this way, "Saint Germaine", is because He requested I spell it this way some months ago.

Another indication that we are seeing NESARA very soon came from a Bank Protection Officer. A lady I know visited a Bank Protection Officer yesterday and asked him what he knew about NESARA. He indicated he does know about NESARA and so do all the people working in the bank. He also said he goes to and reads the Dove Reports. In addition he indicated that all the Bank Protection Officers have been told they must attend a big meeting this coming week regarding what to do after NESARA is announced. This is another indication that NESARA and our prosperity are near.

At this time, I'm expecting to see NESARA announced this coming week. NESARA Yes! Peace Yes!
