Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

In the last week, there have been a number of legal issues which have popped up on various days to slow the progress of NESARA's announcement. Last week, several of the NESARA Designates were threatened by the dark agenda/Illuminati and chose to resign their NESARA Designate positions. Over this last weekend, other issues were handled in World Court [International Court of Justice, The Hague, Netherlands]. To help halt the NESARA Designates resigning, the Court has ordered the current NESARA Designates are required to remain Designates through the announcement of NESARA and are not allowed to resign. These NESARA Designates and their families have very strong protection by White Knights, Ascended Masters, and the benevolent Forces.

This morning there was a threat issued by certain officials of the Bush regime which required most of the day to handle. Just as that problem was being handled late this afternoon I heard that there was a "banking problem" which needs the World Court's attention. The problem involves Deutsche Bank of Germany which has bought a controlling portion of Bank of America many months ago. (No mainstream news of this purchase of Bank of America has been released because there are still a few steps remaining in the purchase process. Only when these remaining steps are completed would current laws require the public disclosure of Deutsche Bank's purchase.)

To provide some background to the problem, I heard from a person months ago who wrote to me about their home being foreclosed on by Deutsche Bank. The person explained that their mortgage is with Bank of America BUT the foreclosure was being handled by attorneys in the U.S. When the person contacted the attorneys, the person was told that the attorneys were hired by Deutsche Bank to carry out the foreclosure of the Bank of America mortgage.

This afternoon I learned that Deutsche Bank has instructed Bank of America to refuse to sign certain legal papers which require Bank of America to honor NESARA's mortgage forgiveness. Apparently Bank of America has been promising to sign the papers for months but has put forth various excuses until finally the problem was tracked to Deutsche Bank. The Deutsche Bank claims that as a German bank they do not have to provide forgiveness of U.S. mortgages. The Deutsche Bank is well aware that they will be required to do the mortgage forgiveness after NESARA is announced because otherwise the Bank of America will be taken over by the U.S. Treasury Department which will force the NESARA obligations to be carried out fully.

Deutsche Bank is one of the largest banks in the world. Apparently Deutsche Bank executives have not figured out that there are HIGHER powers supporting NESARA who will make certain NESARA's requirements are carried out. Tomorrow the World Court will deal with this Deutsche Bank/Bank of America issue so that all multi-national banks realize they will be required to honor ALL of NESARA's requirements which involve these banks.

Below are two articles. One is a brief report about Deutsche Bank. The other is an overview of how the Illuminati/dark agenda are organized and the how they make money, including "Banking" described at the end of the article.

This morning the dark agenda Bush regime officials started causing problems at 7 a.m. Eastern Time. They knew that it was possible NESARA would be announced today. Late this afternoon it was decided that the Deutsche Bank issue would best be handled by World Court.

There are two criteria for NESARA's announcement that I would like to see changed because we are now approaching the end of April and months of efforts this year to get NESARA announced. There is a "time" restriction which requires NESARA to be announced between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. Eastern Time. The dark agenda knows about this time restriction so they launch their interferences during these hours. There is also a day-of-the-week restriction. For some months the criteria has been that NESARA can be announced on Tuesday through Saturday. Under the current criteria, NESARA is not allowed to be announced on Sunday or Monday; this is because announcing on the other days allows part or all of a weekend to be added to the three business days of bank closure allowed by the Constitution. Due to the fact that many major banks are owned and run by dark agenda/Illuminati who have threatened to cause problems during the change over, it is believed important to have as much time as possible for the bank change over activities after NESARA is announced.

We are now at the end of April 2003 and still being stalled by the dark agenda/Illuminati. Obviously the plans and criteria that have been used in the past need some adjustment. I would like to see the "time of day" criteria totally dropped and to have only Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine informed about this. If some options for dealing with the Sunday and Monday issue could be found, it would be great to have that restriction removed also; again I would like to see only Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine informed of this. (No offense to the White Knights but too many people knowing the proposed announcement date and time has frequently been a problem.)

Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine has the power to handle the major NESARA set-up activities and could easily move the required personnel into position and get the NESARA announcement on television without dark agenda personnel finding out beforehand. Once the first 15 minutes of the NESARA announcement process are completed, NESARA is a done deal. Bush Jr. and Cheney are removed in the first 15 minutes of the NESARA announcement process and the other major NESARA benefits are announced including the swearing in of the NESARA President Designate and Vice President Designate. Obviously if the dark agenda did not know when NESARA was able to announced, they would have much more difficulty staging interference.

I personally would love to see the short 15 minute NESARA announcement at midnight Eastern so that all the dark agenda bosses could be awakened to the news just as some of us in the Pacific time zone were awakened to the news of the Bush gang's 9/11 attacks. I'm using "midnight" as an example time to illustrate the point that Americans will NOT care once they hear about NESARA's financial benefits. I have checked with the Forces' Intelligence Agents who say that Americans would hardly blink or care if NESARA's announcement were to begin at midnight Eastern. Americans could watch the re-runs of the short 15 minute NESARA announcement and the three to four hour NESARA historical and in-depth presentation later that day.

If NESARA were to be announced at midnight, the Forces' Intelligence agents say a simple explanation such as that "to facilitate providing NESARA's benefits to Americans as soon as possible, the announcement was made at midnight." would suffice. And considering that the day after NESARA's announcement the news about the Bush gang ordering the 9/11 attacks will be released, Americans could easily see announcing NESARA at midnight to be a reasonable and necessary strategy.

Let us remember that Americans will be told how the Bush gang stole control of our country with their threats and coercion of the U.S. Supreme Court Judges who were threatened with a bloody civil war unless they chose Bush Jr. Americans will be very glad to see the Bush gang removed when they learn these things.

Also, Bush Jr. is not even close to having the public approval rating which the controlled media report - that is ALL LIES. Americans will care less if Bush Jr. is gone when they find out their credit card debts, car loans, home loans, student loans, and all other bank related debts are WIPED OUT by NESARA debt forgiveness and the IRS and income taxes are GONE! I've said it before and I'll say it again: you could put Mickey Mouse in the oval office to replace Bush Jr.; the vast majority of Americans will only CARE about their FINANCIAL benefits from NESARA!

Americans will be glad for PEACE also and to see our troops come home. Even though some White Knights in D.C. don't realize this, there are many Americans who smell a rat regarding who was behind 9/11 and they know that OIL is the reason for U.S. attacks in the Middle East. Once Americans have the truth about 9/11 the day after NESARA's announcement, you won't hear another peep from anyone about removing Bush Jr. and gang at midnight Eastern. The only question may be, why didn't you do it sooner?

I'm asking the World Court to secretly give Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine the expanded authority to get NESARA announced at whatever time of day and whatever day of the week He first has an opening to do it. He is the only Commander who can carry out this kind of operation and once the legal issues are handled, He certainly has the Forces and power at His Command to get the White Knights on television doing the NESARA announcement.

What we all need to realize is the bottom line: when Americans find out that the Bush gang have put our people, country, and world through all the pain and fear of the last few years, Americans will be ecstatic to see re-runs of a midnight NESARA announcement and to know Bush Jr. was rousted out of bed in the middle of the night and marched out of the White House. Americans will be thrilled to see Bush Jr. and gang be caused some discomfort after what the Bush gang have done to our people and world!

And, let's remember that hundreds of media representatives in D.C. ALREADY know the truth about 9/11 and NESARA. Most of these media representatives are just as angry at the Bush gang as those of us who have known for months. These media representatives are going to report the announcement of NESARA, whether at noon or midnight, very favorably because first and foremost these media reps are PEOPLE. And as people, the Forces' Intelligence Agents tell me these media reps are ANGRY at the Bush gang and can hardly wait to report the NESARA announcement and the truth about 9/11.

I urge the World Court to remove the restrictions of "when" and as many of the other restrictions as possible and give Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine full rein to move NESARA into announcement. I don't know if anyone else realizes how careful Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine is in all His Orders making certain that maximum protection and preparation for NESARA's announcement is done thoroughly and correctly in all ways worldwide. He definitely can get NESARA into announcement with the power at His Command and WE NEED NESARA announced.

With the issues of South Korea and Syria rising into view, we NEED NESARA announced now! Bold and decisive actions can get NESARA announced quickly and end many problems for millions of people worldwide. I urge the World Court Judges: BE BOLD!
