Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

Last Monday the World Court [International Court of Justice, The Hague, Netherlands] held a special session in which certain options were presented to the dark agenda/Illuminati world leaders by the White Knights. The dark agenda/Illuminati leaders failed to act in good faith in this session, therefore, the World Court had no choice but to order Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine to set actions in motion for the NESARA Announcement to take place using the FULL POWERS and VAST CAPABILITIES of the Ascended Masters and the benevolent Forces.

My sources state that the thousands of media representatives and their technical staff who have been waiting in D.C. to report the removal of Bush Jr. since early April are still there. Late last week the World Court ordered these media representatives to stay in D.C. and gave the reporters and journalists a date by which NESARA is being announced. Along with the Court's order to stay in D.C., the reporters and journalists received new information which they were told to immediately review the SAME day they received it because they would be required to understand this information when they report the removal of the Bush regime.

By providing the media representatives waiting in D.C. with considerable background about why the Bush regime is being TOTALLY REMOVED, the World Court has set an irrevocable course for NESARA's Announcement. Last Friday, the World Court also gave Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine the legal authority to use the FULL POWERS of the Ascended Masters and the vast benevolent Forces to accomplish the announcement of the true NESARA law. The World Court gave a specific date on which Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine is LEGALLY AUTHORIZED to begin using the FULL POWERS under His Command. This specific date is fast approaching.

At this point it might be interesting to you to find out how Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine actually became the Commander In Chief of the NESARA peace-keeping worldwide operations. One Friday night about a year ago I was told there was a meeting beginning at midnight Eastern Time in New York at the United Nations headquarters. All the Ascended Masters and the top Commanders from some of the benevolent Forces who serve under the command of the Ascended Masters were present at this meeting. Also present were many top White Knights and the U.N. Security Council representatives.

After hours of discussion, the U.N. Security Council authorized Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine to be the High Commander of the worldwide peace-keeping operations supporting NESARA's announcement, implementations, and ripple impacts around the world. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine has under His Command the actions being carried out by the various Ascended Masters and the vast groups of benevolent Forces and White Knights who are supporting NESARA's announcement and implementations.

Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine has for many years worked hard in many ways to bring forth the liberation of Earth Humans from thousands of years of oppression by the dark agenda/Illuminati and the Draconian controllers. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine was involved at many junctures with the founding of the united States of America and worked directly in physical form with some of the key Founding Fathers in the late 1700's. He has long seen that the people of North America - the U.S. and Canada - have a unique role to play in leading the world's people into the Golden Age of worldwide liberty, peace, harmony, wisdom, and prosperity. Because of His Centuries of action on behalf of bringing forth the Golden Age through actions beginning with NESARA's announcement, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine was given the High Commander authority over the NESARA worldwide peace-keeping operations.

Also, for many lives, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine lived as an Earth Human before He chose to Ascend. He has shown His Great Love of Earth Humans in thousands of ways over the years. Because of Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine's service to humanity and His Involvement in the creation and support of the true NESARA law, the U.N. Security Council authorized Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine to be the High Commander regarding actions by the Ascended Masters and benevolent Forces in bringing us NESARA and the Golden Age.

This is how divine intervention is working in the current situations on planet Earth. The Ascended Masters and benevolent Forces of Light always work through the established Earth Human authorities if possible in a "cooperative" way to obtain lawful authority to carry out interventions. In this case, the Ascended Masters and Forces have worked with the World Court, the U.N. Security Council, and various countries' governments to obtain lawful agreements and authorities. The Ascended Masters and Forces have also provided tremendous resources of great benefit to the world's people, thus contributing to the upcoming worldwide improvements directly.

Now at last, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine has been given the lawful authority to call upon the FULL POWER of the many Ascended Masters and the benevolent Forces in bringing NESARA to announcement and implementation. As of a specific date set by the World Court, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine will use the FULL POWERS under His Command to cause NESARA to be announced.

Let me give you an example of the level of POWER we are discussing. If Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine had the divine mission to create a solar system exactly like the one in which Earth exists, He could easily do so with the great powers at His Command currently. The Ascended Masters and benevolent Forces can easily move large and small planets of the size found in our solar system into alignment around a Sun/star. With this level of power supporting NESARA's announcement process, we will definitely see the announcement when Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine gives the "go signal".

I expect to see NESARA announced on the date the World Court has given Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine to begin using the full powers at His Command to cause NESARA to be announced. The media reporters and journalists who have been impatiently waiting in D.C. to report the removal of the Bush regime will soon be seeing the historic NESARA announcement unfolding in front of their eyes and cameras. The "National Economic Security And Reformation Act" - NESARA - provides major benefits to Americans including:

1) Forgiveness of credit card and mortgage debt as remedy for bank frauds;
2) Creates U.S. Treasury Bank system which absorbs the Federal Reserve and new precious metals backed U.S. Treasury currency;
3) Restores Constitutional Law;
4) Requires resignations of Bush and Cheney to be replaced by Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new elections;
5) Requires the President Designate to declare "Peace" enabling international banking improvements to proceed smoothly and ends U.S. aggressive military actions immediately;
6) Abolishes IRS; creates flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government, and many more improvements.

I'm hearing the phone network of members in the humanitarian prosperity programs have been given a big blast of FALSE information today. They are passing the false information which came out of a meeting called by dark agenda/Illuminati European bankers with trustees of smaller prosperity programs. The Illuminati bankers put out some of the silliest lies I have yet to hear. Anyone who knows the real inside story would laugh their head off at the lies put out by the dark agenda bankers and being spread around the phone network recently. You can forget what you heard from these trustees about how funding is working - it's ALL lies put out by the Illuminati bankers who have done everything they can to try to stop funding from happening.

Since the Dove Reports are read by many members of the humanitarian prosperity programs, let me explain the facts of life regarding the current prosperity programs funding. There will be ZERO mass deliveries to members of the humanitarian prosperity programs until AFTER NESARA is announced; this INCLUDES the fine/grievance/penalty money. ZERO mass deliveries of all of the money coming to the members of the humanitarian prosperity programs will occur until AFTER NESARA is announced.

The mass deliveries to members of the humanitarian prosperity programs will include instructions to do remote access of some of the prosperity programs funds and instructions for appointments to complete the process of activating our prosperity funds accounts. ALL the funds we members in the U.S. will be accessing will be in our U.S. Treasury banks. There will be ZERO "offshore" funds for U.S. members in the "humanitarian project" of the big prOgram.

(In the big prOgram, only those people who put $1 million or more into the program have the option of accessing funds in an "offshore" account. This is because these rich people have contracts set up according to the usual Fed and IMF rules. U.S. members of the humanitarian project of the big prosperity prOgram DO NOT have the option to access their prosperity funds in an offshore account.)

The majority of members of the big prOgram are in the humanitarian project. ALL the penalty/fine/grievance and prosperity prOgram FUNDS of the humanitarian project members in the U.S. will ONLY BE accessed in U.S. Treasury banks. There is ZERO "offshore" funds access for the humanitarian project members.

As of today, about 90% of the full amount of prosperity program funds coming to the U.S. humanitarian project members in the big prOgram has been transferred into the U.S. from the foreign banks where the funds were accumulated. The remaining 10% will be transferred to U.S. banks later this year. These prosperity program funds will be made available to humanitarian project members in stages. Some of the funds we can use for ourselves; some funds must be put into improvement projects; some will be used for direct gifting to others. Humanitarian project members in the big prOgram will be given immediate remote access to some funds for themselves when mass deliveries occur and then will have an official appointment to complete paperwork and access to additional funds.

When NESARA is announced, Bush Jr.'s and Cheney's resignation speeches will be broadcast in the first few minutes of the announcement process. Within 12 hours of NESARA's announcement, the entire Bush regime must resign their positions. The day after NESARA's announcement, Bush Jr., Cheney, Bush Senior, most of the Bush regime officials and others will be publicly arrested for their involvement in 9/11 and other acts of treason. NONE of these people will ever be allowed to hold public office again.
