History Behind the National Economic Security And Reformation Act (NESARA):

In early 1993, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on charges by the Farmers' Union that banks in the U.S. were fraudulently foreclosing on farm mortgages and that the U.S. government was in collusion with these banks. The testimony and proof brought into court by a retired CIA agent led to further evidence and proof that the Farmers' Union claims were legitimate. It also led to evidence the income tax amendment was never properly ratified by the required number of states and therefore, income taxes were unlawful.

Almost unanimously the U.S. Supreme Court Justices ruled in favor of the Farmers' Union. The Justices recognized that overwhelming evidence proved the U.S. government and the Federal Reserve Banking system were perpetrating fraud in many ways upon Americans. The Justices recognized that to remedy this situation, massive reformations would be required. When rulings are made by the U.S. Supreme Court, one or more Justices are assigned to monitor a process by which the rulings are carried out.

In this case, five Justices were assigned to a committee to develop steps to implement required government and banking reformations. As the Justices went about developing the required reformations they enlisted the help of experts in economics, monetary systems, banking, Constitutional government and law, and many other related areas. The Justices built coalitions of support and assistance with thousands of people worldwide; these thousands of people working to bring us NESARA have been named "White Knights". The term "White Knights" is borrowed from the Wall Street Journal and the world of big business hostile takeovers when a vulnerable company is "rescued from a hostile takeover by a White Knight" corporation or wealthy person. Certainly, these people fighting to bring Americans and the world the benefits of NESARA and to rescue our people from government and banking fraud deserve to be called "White Knights".

Because of the enormously sweeping changes the rulings require, an extremely strict gag order was placed on everyone directly involved and the court case records are sealed until after the reformations are accomplished. To maintain secrecy, the case details for the docket number assigned to the Farmers' Union case were changed so doing a search for this case will fail to reflect the correct information until after the reformations are made public. At every step of the process, anyone directly involved has been required to sign an agreement to keep the U.S. Supreme Court's process of implementing the required reformations "secret", or face charges of Treason which are punishable by death.

To implement the required reformations, the five Justices spent years negotiating how the reformations would occur in agreements called "Accords" with the U.S. government, with the Federal Reserve Bank owners, with the International Monetary Fund, with the World Bank, and with numerous other countries including the United Kingdom and countries of the Euro Zone. The U.S. banking system reformations require the Federal Reserve Bank system be absorbed by the U.S. Treasury Department and the banks' fraudulent activities stopped as well as remedies to U.S. citizens for past harm due to fraud. The U.S. banking reformations will impact the entire world and therefore the IMF, World Bank, and other countries had to be involved.

Because the process of using Accords to implement the reformations did not work, the Justices authorized the reformations be put into the form of a law named the National Economic Security And Reformation Act (NESARA) which was passed secretly on March 9, 2000. Again, secrecy was maintained by revising the official records; details of the bill number for NESARA were revised to reflect a commemorative coin and revised again more recently. Members of Congress have been ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court Justices to "deny" the existence of NESARA or face charges of Treason punishable by death; some members of Congress have been charged with "obstruction" and threatened with Treason charges. Therefore, all members of Congress pretend that NESARA has not been passed in order to comply with the Justices' gag order.

The "National Economic Security And Reformation Act" - NESARA - provides major benefits to Americans including:

1) Forgiveness of credit card and mortgage debt as remedy for bank frauds;
2) Creates U.S. Treasury Bank system which absorbs the Federal Reserve and new precious metals backed U.S. Treasury currency;
3) Restores Constitutional Law;
4) Requires resignations of Bush and Cheney to be replaced by Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new elections;
5) Requires the President Designate to declare "Peace" enabling international banking improvements to proceed smoothly and ends U.S. aggressive military actions immediately;
6) Abolishes IRS; creates flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government, and many more improvements.

Many bank presidents and senior stockbrokers have privately confirmed to close personal friends that they have been briefed about the U.S. Treasury bank system.

In June 2000, news of the secret NESARA law passage came from U.S. naval intelligence contacts, who are some of the White Knights who have assisted the Justices in activities involving NESARA. Many powerful groups have tried to stop the announcement and implementation of the NESARA law which provides major financial improvements for Americans. After 18 months of clearing interference, the Justices had the current Congress pass resolutions "approving" NESARA on September 9, 2001. NESARA was to be announced at 10 a.m. EDT on September 11, 2001. Groups opposing NESARA arranged for the attacks to occur on 9/11 to keep NESARA from being announced. The current Bush regime has caused continuous interference with the NESARA announcement and implementation process on many fronts.

The conception of NESARA began in the U.S. Supreme Court's rulings in 1993. The U.S. Supreme Court Justices need to hear from thousands of Americans that we support the true NESARA law. The NESARA announcement is our best hope to have "peace" declared instantly. If the White Knights know how much support they have from Americans, they might be less conservative in their decisions about what needs to be "exactly right" to get the true NESARA law announced and this could speed up the process. People from other countries can also write to express their support of NESARA because eventually, NESARA's improvements will roll out to every nation worldwide.

All people who wish to experience the benefits of NESARA can send a "postcard" to the U.S. Supreme Court Justices and request the true NESARA law be announced immediately. (A "postcard" is better than a letter because due to the anthrax letters mailings, letters in envelopes are slow getting delivered in D.C.) Since a postcard does not have any place to hide anthrax powder, postcards have a good chance of being delivered fairly quickly. Send postcards supporting NESARA to the following address:

He said, "No, but I heard we are getting new money counters that will count both the old money and the new money." Dear Dove,

About three weeks ago my fiancé' and I were in a credit union/bank. Last year we obtained a loan there to buy two new jet skis and a trailer for them. We have been wanting to purchase four acres of land but wanted to get a pre-approval to purchase that property before we tried to make an offer on the property. My fiancé' is always telling me not to bring up the NESARA and or the new money that will be coming that is backed by gold & silver. As we were sitting in the credit union talking with the loan officer, the loan officer was real talkative. He said that he was in banking for thirty some years. He was telling us that you don't want a fixed loan. He said that you pay allot less by having a variable loan. Then he went on trying to explain it to us. (I was kind of lost) but he said that banks cheat people with loans and interest. He was showing us how much people pay back on fixed mortgages as apposed to variable mortgages over the term of the mortgage. Then we also got on the subject of whether or not to add in insurance & taxes into a mortgage. We then got into a discussion about insurance companies. He said that they were cheats too. Now my fiancé' looked at me and said, "go ahead and ask him what ever you want." So I asked him when the new money would be coming out that was backed by gold & silver. He said that he knew about it but he didn't know when it would be out. He said that it will be backed by gold and silver. I told him that they wouldn't be able to print money out of nothing the way they do now. He agreed and said that money now isn't worth the paper that it is made out of. I then asked him what he knew about NESARA. He just avoided answering us and kept on talking about the way banks loan money and insurance companies cheat people. He had a look on his face though like he knew what I was talking about.

The following week or so I was in the bank where I have my checking and savings account. I was cashing a rather large check. The teller that was waiting on me was a young man and I believe that he is a fairly new employee at the bank. He didn't have enough money and didn't know what to do so he called a woman over that has worked there as long as I have been banking there (a couple of years). She asked me if I would like a cashiers check. I said, "No that I wanted cash." She said that they had been having a run on money and she would have to wait until the safe opened which is every fifteen minutes and then she would have to give me small bills. I said to her, "Why don't they print more money." She just kind of smiled. Then I asked her when the new money would be coming out that is backed by gold and silver. The young man that had been waiting on me said, "I don't know what you are talking about" but the woman said, "Oh yes, there is new money coming out that will be backed by gold & silver but she didn't know when that would be."

The best one!!! This afternoon my fiancé' and I came home from work. He opened his mail and was complaining about his bank not sending him copies of his checks in his checking account statement. He called the bank and spoke with a woman in customer service. She said that they charge (I believe) $6.00 per month for that service now. To make a long story shorter, my fiancé ended up calling a woman that he always deals with at the branch of the bank that he deals with. I think that she was promoted to something like vice president of that branch or something. As he carried on a conversation with her, I was telling him to ask her about the new money coming out that is backed by gold & silver and when that happens, will there be any changes in the bank procedures (like what they were discussing). Surprisingly, he did ask her. She told him that she didn't know when it was coming out but that there will be changes from the Federal Reserve on down!!! . C. in Ohio

For your information, Banks and the New Currency

I was a guest and did an informational meeting yesterday with the Board Of Realtors in a Central PA city introducing them to our Air & Water Purification with our EcoQuest Intl. Technologies and our Good News and test results in controlling several problems like Ecoli, Mold, Bacteria, Odors with our Technologies. Everyone was super interested.

One of the other guests present was a small local Bank President who was very interested in our equipment for his own personal family use.

After the meeting I was telling him more about the technologies with our systems, and when I was finished with his questions, I told him that I was a US Army Vet and was in Viet Nam in 1967 & 68.

I also told him that I had just seen an article in the February 2003 issue of the American Legion Magazine on page # 46 about the New Rainbow currency to be released soon.

He started telling me all about it and that the new currency will be Much harder to counterfeit and it will be soon released.

I asked him if they had any in their bank vaults, He just smiled. ~ S.

Subject: A NESARA CONFIRMATION TODAY!
Dove,
In a couple of months I turn 62, so today I went into the local Social Security Office to sign up for my pension. During a slow part of the process I asked the rep helping me if he/she had been trained yet for N.E.S.A.R.A., the National Economic Security And Reformations Act. (I was very specific about using both names so there would be no misunderstanding.)

The person said, "Yes, but not very much. At least not as much as the I.R.S." I agreed that Social Security would have fewer changes than the I.R.S. since we'd no longer be paying any income tax. I also mentioned that I was aware that the I.R.S. was consolidating in Utah and getting ready to handle only business taxes on new items. I also mentioned that today, being President's Day, would be a great day to announce it. He/She nodded his/her agreement but kept on working.

He/She was quiet after that and we went on to finish with my pension requirements but I can honestly say that he/she was very casual and matter of fact about admitting to N.E.S.A.R.A. and didn't seem surprised that I knew about it.

Subject: Bank conversation about Treasury currency today

Today I went into the bank at Richardson, Texas and asked the teller if he had any of the new Treasury currency and he looked blank and I told him about it being referred to as the rainbow money."Oh, you mean the money that changes colors..Yes, I am in training right now and it has only been mentioned , nothing else said about it.

I go to another much older man that has been there for several years and asked him the same question and he said he had never heard about it ..said lets ask (won't give you her name, I have seen her there for quite sometime)..he asked her the same question I asked him and she said no, they didn't have the money yet and I asked did she know when they would and she said no....if you could have seen the demeanor on her face, well, just draw your own conclusions ..

Another thing that shocked me was when I entered the lobby that had for several years with two desks on each side of the lobby and opened where conversation could be heard and now they were inside of cubicles ....this was not arranged this way two weeks ago.....draw your own conclusion....

A thousand thank you's for all the information and motivation that you gather and disseminate. Here's a quick confirmation on the "new money".

I was waiting in line to be served at the counter of my suburban Portland (Oregon) BofA office, where I've done business for many years. The manager walked by and nudged me hello. I gregariously and loudly asked: "So Frank, do the new rainbow money bills go from red to violet in order as the amounts get bigger." He said: "You know, I didn't notice. I'll have to check."

Another customer and one of his clerks piped up asking essentially: "What's this about rainbow money." Frank said: "Oh yeah, after the announcement that tees the whole thing up, we'll see them immediately." He kept moving about his business.

Dove, you and I both watch how people say things as well as what they say. Frank's manner was not cloak and dagger. It was open and positive and spoken out clearly. My open friendliness made it easier for him but he didn't look the least bit sideways at me for letting the cat out of the bag.

The reason for the second paper-money redesign in less than seven years closely resemples the last reason: to thwart high-tech counterfeiters. While watermarks and embedded, glowing security bands will carry over into the new money, the images will break away from the gram and green of yesteryear with full-color images, printed in "shifting ink" that changes appearance depending on the direction from which the bill is viewed.

MOSCOW (AP) - U.S. Ambassador Alexander Vershbow on Saturday said Russians who keep their savings in U.S. dollars should not worry about the introduction of new currency.

The United States last year announced plans to begin making over some denominations of its paper money to foil counterfeiters. The bills with changes that could include colors other than the familiar green could be put into circulation this year.

"Whenever new notes are introduced ... there's been a long transition period in which the old notes are still accepted. So I don't think anyone should worry about being stuck with worthless paper," Vershbow was quoted as saying by the Interfax news agency.

Although the ruble's value has steadied after the plunges of the 1990s, many Russians still keep much of their assets in U.S. dollars, swapping the currency for rubles as needed at banks or at the exchange booths found on nearly every block in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Clerks in the exchange booths are highly fastidious about the condition of dollars, often rejecting them if they have writing on them, are heavily wrinkled or otherwise don't look pristine.

Dear Dove,

Today I visited the Western Union Exchange office in the Queen Street here in Brisbane and I asked them if they had nay knowledge of the New Treasury Issued Notes.

To my surprise and delight the lady who was serving me said she was aware that the notes are ready but they are yet to be released.

Not satisfied with that I called the Reserve Bank of Australia on 1800 300 288 and asked the same question, what I got was a denial but the denial was not a flat out denial what was said to me was "I can't comment on what the Americans are doing because it is none of our business" I asked how that was possible as they were "The" Bank that all other banks in Australia do business with. the response was the same as before. I said that I had heard that the US Treasury Notes were going to be backed by Gold and Silver. The guy I was talking to said "Really?, there is nothing to support that." my response was that Allan Greenspan has intimated several times recently this is the way things should be going insofar as backing the US currency. On informing him of this information he abruptly hung up the phone.

What i find particularly interesting is the denial which, was not a slam dunk denial just a case of "It's none of our business what the Americans do" Given the tone of this man and his so-called denial, NESARA is VERY REAL. ~ A. W., Australia

Subject: Follow up on earlier message on our PrOgram!!

A guy I know asked the vice-president of the bank where he banks when the new Treasury Notes are coming out to replace the Federal Reserve Notes, and the banker said "February". Then he asked when we are to get our money [humanitarian prosperity programs funds], and the banker said "Same month, February, now stop asking questions".

I'm not guaranteeing the accuracy of what the banker said, just passing on what this guy told me. I've known this guy for about 10 years. So, maybe it's sometime next month [February 2003].

Just to follow up on that story, My closest friend works at First Federal Bank and he told me yesterday if I heard anything about NESARA and I told him that I did. He said that there has been two representatives in his bank for the past two weeks setting up large accounts for many people and that there will be large sums of money transferred into them soon. He is the Management of Information Systems and was told that the entire computer system will be changed and that he will be working a lot of overtime in the next 4 weeks. sounds good to me...

Keep up the good work. We appreciate you, the White Knights and all that are working so faithfully to bring us NESARA. I called Wachovia Bank (which is merging with First Union Bank) last week to order more checks. While on the phone with the teller I asked if they have the new currency backed by gold and silver. The response was some of their banks do. They said some of their branches will not handle cash (only debit / credit cards, checks....etc) while other branches will also handle the new money backed by gold and silver. 1. A friend in Moab went the U.S. Post Office in Moab, Utah and bought some stamps. They asked the clerk if they could get their change in the new Treasury notes. The clerk smiled and said, "We know about them, but they are not yet available."

2. One of my friends actually called the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington D.C. and point-blank asked about the new Treasury notes. They were told that they were to [be] issued soon, but they were waiting for an official announcement from the government.

. I [Dove] received a letter via the Post Office which discusses that some people do know about the true NESARA law. Here's what this interesting letter dated October 22, 2002 and written by D.W.J. of Scottsdale, Arizona says:

"Last week a friend in Illinois asked a cashier in Wal-Mart if he could have his change in gold backed U.S. Treasury Notes rather than [Federal Reserve Notes] FRN's.

The cashier laughed and said yes they had them but couldn't release them until the "dodo's" in Washington announced the new NESARA law."

Hi! Dove of O, On March 17, 2002, my bother-in-law told me one of his contacts in Alabama, was listening to the Tom Joiner Morning show which is a radio show located in Dallas, TX. Tom was telling his listener that our Currency was getting a NEW FACE LIFT. The money is coming in color, just like the EURO currency. At 5:30 p.m. CST, I was watching ABC World News, low and behold the news commentator was telling the world our currency is changing and it colorful too. When I got into FC we were told that our money was going back to the original C series Note, that was backed by Gold and Silver.

Jan 9, 2002 -- Below is a note I received from someone who received info from her stockbroker about NESARA-related activities. I have been hearing for the last several weeks about "conversion tables and schedules". There are numerous financial organizations working on conversion tables and schedules to handle the impacts of the big worldwide changes in banking and currency systems.

By the way...friends of ours in Sonora talked to their relatives in Great Britain and they said, "Hey we hear you have a new banking system in the U.S.!!!! Just like our Eurodollars backed by gold!!!!!!" When asked how they knew about it they said it is on the news across Europe last week. They couldn't easily believe that our government is not announcing anything here. Apparently Great Britain is upset with Euro because they sold a lot of their gold reserves recently.)

I just received a call that on his 5 p.m. EST show on CNN today, Lou Dobbs took a Federal Reserve Note and put it on the floor and walked all over it. Dear Dove; This past Saturday evening my wife and I were in restaurant and a man approached us and had asked who we were as he had thought he knew us over 30 years ago. It turns out we did know each other back then. After about ten minutes of catching up, during which time he had told us he is working for a bank about eighty miles from here, I asked him "do you know anything about the new banking changes and the new treasury money?" He said yes he did know about it. I said " the changes involving new gold backed money." He said yes. I said I had known of this for some time but that it was not public news. He said yes again. As there were many people around I just let it go at that. He did say that his small F & M bank and all in that chain had recently been purchased by a much larger bank. I did ask him though if there was any of the new money in the vaults at his bank and he said "no." I told him it would happen before Jan. 2 as Europe was changing then and he said yes. Dear Dove,
Today, we received an e-mail from a woman in the country of Jordan, who told us that it is known there that new treasury notes are about to be issued in the states! This was most interesting to receive; for the majority of the citizens of this country may very well be the last ones in the world to know! And, it may very well come down as this woman describes, that we go to the banks one day and they are closed for implementation of this new currency.

I received a call this morning from a person in the eastern U.S. who had just listened to a radio talk show where the Talk Show Host said he had his own "direct connection" to White Knights. I understand this Talk Show Host has been discussing NESARA and the White Knights occasionally in the last three months or so. The Talk Show Host mentioned there are several groups working to get NESARA announced including the White Knights, some other groups, and the "Doves" - meaning the Dove egroup members. I thought you might like to hear that the Dove egroup is recognized as helping to get NESARA announced.

Two weeks ago, while standing at the counter of US BANK to cash a check, an executive from the bank was standing behind the counter at the supervisors desk, along with the supervisor. The two men were standing directly in front of me with their backs to me. The executive was holding up a paper which was a COPY OF U.S. TREASURY NOTES that appeared large and clear. The two men were discussing the photocopy of the treasury notes the entire time I was there. This occurred in Culver City, California.

Dear Dove, First thank you for what you do to help get out the truth that will make us free. I have two personal experiences with this information. I know a very wise man who I asked about the NESARA information. His reply was that a friend of his in Delta Force had told him all the issues you talk about are true.

Another instance was in a local Wells Fargo bank 2 weeks ago when I asked if the bank had been trained in the new laws and procedures she replied they had. Both instances point to the truth of NESARA. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! D.F.

On 11/25/01 at 2:19 pm est, I called Bank of America at 1-800-xxx-xxxx and advised "I am considering opening several new accounts but before I do I want to know if BoA is set up for the new Treasury Bills which are backed by precious metals?" The young lady had to check but came back and the answer was "Yes, we do" Since she answered that way, I repeated "You are "definitely" set up for the New Treasury Bills which ARE backed by Precious Metals?" She then answered "Yes We Are".

After getting Dove's latest message, I called a different number earlier today for B of A and asked if they were set up for the new Treasury Bills and her answer after checking was "Yes We Do". Since she answered that way, I got to thinking perhaps I had not made myself clear what I was asking so I decided to call back to the main number in our phone book as listed above. I asked very detailed questions and she checked with the answers above, and said "yes, we are set up for the treasury bills".

I would say that Dove is RIGHT ON THE MARK. XXX

Thank you for spreading the word, I have been reading your reports for about two years now and I am thankful for your DETERMINATION and PERSISTENCE!

I am a Sr. Loan Officer in Orange County so I talk to many people in the Banking and Investment community.

I have been asking many people in banking if they are aware of the changes coming, surprisingly most of them have heard that there are changes, some only know vague details where as others are briefed in more detail regarding the tax changes etc.

I also have noticed that the mortgage interest rates have been going up even though the rates that the banks get their money for continue to drop. Some have told me that this is because the banks are trying to make as much money as possible before the new changes take place.

I have a client/friend who's father in law owns two banks in Upland and Chino California, he is checking into the new training for treasury banks and will let me know what he finds out, then I will forward it to you. Thank You for all your hard work! Let me know if I can help you, T.

Bravo for your good works! This is my little piece of the puzzle. I work in facilities at Bank of America. Not long after Sept. 11th, maybe 3-4 weeks, they announced abruptly that there would be no absolutely no weekend work on this particular weekend due to a complete changeover in the banking systems from the West Coast system to the East Coast (they had merged with Nation's about 3 years earlier). The abruptness and timing didn't match the reason. It threw everyone off. It was also one week before Columbus Day weekend which,if scheduled instead at that time, would have afforded an extra day to get everything working right. Some of your most passionate info was coming out at the same time, and it definitely seemed to me that B of A was doing some kind of conversion based on NESARA, and that the conversion HAD to be done quickly, and at that time due to some unstated event.
