Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
Hundreds of reporters and journalists are still waiting in D.C. to report
the biggest story in many decades: the removal of Bush Jr. from the oval
office. Of course, they are actually there to cover the NESARA
announcement but the "cover story" is that Bush Jr. is being removed due
to complicity in the 9/11 attacks. A high contact confirmed to a friend
on the phone network that all the media people have signed very strict Non
Disclosures about what is going on; however this contact did say that the
"war is in D.C. not Iraq".
[For those of you just receiving your first Dove Report, I suggest you
read the last two days Dove Reports to catch up on the current news about
what is happening in D.C.]
The Non Disclosures signed by all media personnel in D.C. require that no
news about the D.C. situation can be leaked prior to the official
proceedings and press conferences covering Bush Jr.'s removal. Because
NESARA is still under U.S. Supreme Court gag order, relatively few
reporters and journalists know about NESARA; even if they do know, they
cannot discuss NESARA until the official announcement.
From what I'm hearing today, the reporters will have to wait a few more
days in D.C. for the big story. I understand they are receiving some kind
of update telling them that there are a few issues which need to be
handled. I'm hearing the key issues will be handled in the World Court
(International Court of Justice, The Hague, Netherlands) on Monday. After
these issues are ruled upon, the White Knights bringing us NESARA will
legally be able to proceed.

As reported in the article below, Senator John F. Kerry says we need
"regime change" in the U.S. We will be seeing the removal of the Bush
gang from D.C. soon when NESARA is announced.
I'm including some articles describing the killing of Iraqi civilians and
children below. Not much reporting of graphic injuries to civilians is
found in the American press because it makes the killing too personal.
It's hard to support killing civilians who are doing no harm to military
personnel; the Pentagon ordered these purposeful attacks on civilians on
April 1, 2003. These killings of Iraqi civilians and children make the
Bush gang's war crimes even worse.

Kerry Says US Needs Its Own 'Regime Change'

PETERBOROUGH, N.H. - Senator John F. Kerry said yesterday that President
Bush committed a ''breach of trust'' in the eyes of many United Nations
members by going to war with Iraq, creating a diplomatic chasm that will
not be bridged as long as Bush remains in office.
''What we need now is not just a regime change in Saddam Hussein and Iraq,
but we need a regime change in the United States,'' Kerry said in a speech
at the Peterborough Town Library.

Iraqis Can't Turn Off the TV to Make the War Go Away
In the face of Iraqi resistance to the invasion, the U.S. military
strategy has abruptly shifted in the last few days. Instead of posing as
liberators, the U.S. high command has called for open warfare against the
Iraqi civilian population. In the last 48 hours, hundreds of civilians
have been shot down on the roadways, in their homes, on their farms. The
aerial bombings are becoming more indiscriminate as missiles land in
markets and residential neighborhoods.

A March 29 Reuters article entitled "Iraqis Delirious with Grief After
Missile Attack" described the Friday night attack by U.S. bombs in a poor
section of Baghdad. Arouba Khodeir, 39, while "wailing hysterically and
hitting herself in the face and chest, as women around her were trying to
calm her down," spoke of her 11-year-old son Karar who died outside the
house with his friends: " 'My son had his head blown off,' screamed
Khodeir. 'Why are they hitting the people? Why are they killing the
children? Why are they doing his to us? Why are they attacking civilians?
Didn't Bush say on TV that he won't attack civilians. But these people who
died are all civilians? Is this a target?' she wailed, pointing at the
dried blood of her son still splashed on the walls."

On April 12, people of conscience all over the world are marching,
rallying, and carrying out massive protests in solidarity with the
suffering people of Iraq. The people who are being killed are not our
enemies, they are our sisters and brothers. They must not be allowed to
think that the world is "doing nothing" as the violence is inflicted upon
them. Thousands of young men and women in the U.S. armed forces either
oppose the war or are going through a process of questioning about the
mission. It is crucial that the people of the United States come together
to demand: Stop the War Against Iraq / Bring the Troops Home Now.
