Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

One of the most difficult things about getting NESARA announced is that there are so many "players" involved. There are some people who are involved in certain aspects related to NESARA's announcement about whom I have not written.

The U.N. Security Council is one of these groups about whom I have not written in the past, mainly because until recently they have not been directly involved. However this week there are secret activities being done by ten members of the U.N. Security Council which are now impacting NESARA's announcement. In order for you to understand this situation, I need to cover some background.

Last Spring there was a secret, late night meeting at the U.N; I wrote about this meeting in one of my Reports but did not give many details. At this meeting the U.N. Security Council voted to approve a secret resolution authorizing Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine and the White Knights to handle worldwide "peace keeping" activities necessary to announcing and implementing the true NESARA law.

The reason it was necessary to have the U.N. Security Council give such authorization is that most of the world's countries recognize the U.N. Security Council's worldwide authority to assign peace keeping missions to specific groups. In order to always proceed in lawful ways, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine and the White Knights work with the world's appropriate official organizations to accomplish necessary activities related to NESARA and the humanitarian prosperity programs. Due to NESARA's worldwide banking and legal systems' impacts with which some corrupt government officials may try to interfere, the U.N. Security Council is the only worldwide organization empowered to authorize NESARA peace keeping activities. Consequently last year Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine and the White Knights requested a meeting with the U.N. Security Council who approved the secret resolution giving Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine and the White Knights the authority to conduct the peace keeping activities related to NESARA.

Until this week, this resolution has remained in force. However early this week, ten current voting members of the U.N. Security Council called Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine's office near D.C. and also his private bank in Switzerland and requested an immediate meeting. Late Tuesday night at a secret meeting these ten current voting members of the U.N. Security Council informed Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine that they did not want NESARA announced at this time.

These ten current voting members of the U.N. Security Council stated that they wanted time to develop a U.N. Security Council resolution to deal with the war on Iraq. They stated that they believe it is important for the U.N. to resolve this situation in order to recover from the damage to the U.N.'s authority which Bush's unapproved attacks on Iraq have caused. These ten current voting members of the U.N. Security Council said they needed some weeks to develop a resolution that would deal with the situation and that it was important to future events after NESARA's announcement for the U.N. to resolve this situation, rather than let NESARA's announcement resolve the situation by removing Bush and his regime from power.

These ten current voting members of the U.N. Security Council threatened to immediately call for and vote to rescind the authority given to Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine and the White Knights to handle NESARA's peace keeping activities unless Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine agreed to wait.

Last evening I began to look into what was sounding like some kind of sudden stall in the NESARA announcement progress. This morning I was able to learn about these ten members of the Security Council trying to cause this delay. I have confirmed with Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine that this is what is occurring.

However, the logic of these ten current voting members of the Council sounded suspect to me. No one who is truly caring about improving the world situation can justify causing a delay of "some weeks" when people are dying in the Iraq conflict. I checked further and found that these ten current voting members of the Council have PERSONAL reasons for trying to stall NESARA.

Do you remember earlier this week when Bush Jr. was hammering the Pentagon to get $1,000,000,000 (ONE BILLION Dollars) in funds released? And Bush Jr. was demanding that these funds be released within one or two hours? Bush Jr. claimed these funds were supposed to be used for "humanitarian aid" in Iraq. Did anyone besides me ask the question: "Who is Bush Jr. planning to bribe with these funds?"

Yes, you guessed it! Bush Jr. was desperate to get these funds so he could bribe these ten current voting members of the Security Council to delay Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine and the White Knights in doing the NESARA announcement. I asked what the going rate to bribe these Security Council members is and I was told each of these people received a minimum of $50,000,000 - that's FIFTY MILLION Dollars! Some of them received more than $50,000,000 which was the minimum amount needed to buy the vote of these ten current voting Security Council members to stall NESARA.

Bush Jr. and all the Bush gang are frantic now because they know that Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine has nearly completed the activities required by the World Court before NESARA can be announced. This is why Bush Jr. was demanding that ONE BILLION dollars in funds be released within ONE or TWO HOURS timeframe when he was at the Pentagon this week. Bush Jr. needed these funds to bribe the ten members of the Security Council; he needed to obtain the funds fast so these ten members could issue their threat to Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine before He was able to order the NESARA announcement to be done.

In order to try to hide the fact these funds are being used for bribes, these funds are being transferred to certain bank accounts and then being transferred from those bank accounts to other bank accounts and then finally to secret bank accounts belonging to these ten current voting members of the Security Council. Just this morning the funds transfers are finally reaching the secret bank accounts belonging to the ten current voting members of the Security Council.

Now that the final phase of the funds transfers is complete, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine has ordered the completion of collecting the evidence of these funds transfers. The evidence clearly shows the links from Bush Jr. to the ten current voting members of the Security Council and there is also other evidence which proves that these ten members were trying to stall NESARA. The proof of these activities to interfere with NESARA will be presented to the World Court (International Court of Justice, The Hague, Netherlands) immediately.

In the world's legal hierarchy, the World Court has jurisdiction over NESARA and related activities. In this instance, the World Court has the power to deal with anyone on the U.N. Security Council who is trying to delay NESARA. The evidence proving this unlawful interference is irrefutable. I expect to hear by sometime tomorrow that the World Court has dealt with this situation swiftly and removed the threat issued by these ten voting members of the Security Council so that activities bringing us NESARA's announcement can proceed.

In doing this research, I had one more question I had to ask: WHY were these ten current voting members of the Security Council taking this kind of risk with their professional lives? Surely they had to know that this would be discovered and taking such bribes could result in serious consequences for them? I was told that they believe that NESARA is going to be announced soon and that this is probably their last opportunity to use their U.N. position to obtain a big amount of money for themselves. Most of them think they will lose their positions as U.N. delegate for their countries when the governments of their own countries have new elections as required by the international legal systems improvements related to NESARA. In the future when the newly elected officials of each country choose their U.N. delegates, they probably will choose totally different people from those who are the current U.N. delegates. Thus these ten current U.N. delegates serving on the Security Council have decided that since NESARA is obviously going to be announced soon, they might as well make one last big financial gain for themselves.

One of the reasons I'm writing about this situation in the Dove Report is that the Dove Reports are regularly read by thousands of White Knights and others who hold influential positions to help move NESARA and the humanitarian prosperity programs forward. By exposing this situation to thousands of influential people, these ten current voting members of the Security Council will be blocked from trying to rescind the NESARA peace keeping powers given to Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine and the White Knights.

We have seen many instances of bribery over the last few years I have been tracking the progress of the true NESARA law. Just this week I confirmed that Bush Senior, Colin Powell, and General Norman Schwarzkopf were indeed paid millions in bribes for their parts in the last Gulf war (as stated in an article in the March 23, 2003 Dove Report). If we had a full investigation, we would probably find that people have been bribed in our Congress and our military by oil companies, defense contractors, and others who intend to profit from using the U.S. military to try to take over the Middle East under the bogus cover of anti-terrorism. It was not a great surprise to learn that Bush Jr. is bribing these U.N. delegates in efforts to delay NESARA.

The Netherlands, where World Court is located, are six hours ahead of the U.S. Eastern Time Zone so this issue will probably not be handled tonight but hopefully will be handled tomorrow. I hope the World Court Judges will handle this at the earliest possible moment tomorrow. NESARA Yes! Peace Yes!
