Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
Yesterday a group of opposition representatives put forth a complaint to
the World Court (International Court of Justice) requesting the Court to
rescind its authority to Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine
to issue
orders and oversee activities resulting in the announcement of the true
NESARA law. Today the World Court quickly dispatched this frivolous
complaint and reiterated that Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine DOES
HAVE full authority to proceed with His activities which result in White
Knights announcing the true NESARA law. Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germaine and His allies are currently ensuring certain key elements are in
accordance with the requirements dictated by the World Court. Very good
progress is being made on these necessary activities.
Even though we do see little on mainstream media showing that many
Americans disapprove of Bush Jr., there are some brave people who are
taking action. For example, we know that former Attorney General Ramsey
Clark is very busy pursuing the path of impeaching Bush. I have included
information from the www.votetoimpeach.org
website below. In fact, this
organization ran an ad entitled "Vote To Impeach" in the New York Times on
March 19th. The website has a place where we can send emails to our U.S.
Senators and Representatives asking them to impeach Bush Jr.
Below are some articles which show that there continue to be a few honest
people in high positions who are speaking out. Someone sent me an email
which includes a posting from www.indymedia.org
at
http://www.indymedia.org/print.php3?article_id=300248. In the posting on
this Indymedia website there is an appeal for people to email or fax U.S.
Representative John Conyers' office in Michigan and vote whether or not
they favor impeaching Bush. The date on the posting at Indymedia's
website is March 20, 2003.
This afternoon I attempted to personally confirm that Representative
Conyers is conducting this poll. I called the phone number given for US
Representative John Conyers' Michigan office in the Indymedia posting and
I was unable to reach anyone for comment due to number being continually
busy. I next called Representative Conyers' office in Washington D.C. and
asked the Representative's staffer who answered if he could confirm that
Representative Conyers was taking a poll regarding whether Americans want
to impeach Bush. The Representative's staffer seemed quite ill at ease
and said that the other office, the office in Michigan, was taking calls
on this issue. He said he had not seen the posting and ".we do not know
if it is an internet hoax or not.." It seemed very strange to me that
someone working directly with Representative Conyers in D.C. would not
"know" whether this was true or not. I researched this further with my
sources and learned that apparently this was initially a valid posting,
but that certain heavy pressures have been put upon Representative Conyers
which are now causing "denial" to come out of the Congressman's D.C.
office.
This situation involving Representative Conyers certainly seems to confirm
comments by our White Knight KOS who is positioned right in the center of
power in D.C. and who said that things are very chaotic and crazy in D.C.
Based on how the Bush gang have attempted to control the Congress since
9/11, I'm not surprised to see this kind of apparent coercion being used
on Representative Conyers.
Although I seriously doubt that basically the same members of Congress who
approved the misnamed p.a.t.r.i.o.t. act and homeland security can be
expected to turn around and impeach Bush "at this time", these efforts to
obtain and measure support for impeachment may have other uses. The votes
to impeach may be useful indicators of Americans' feelings about Bush in
2003 now that Bush has gone ahead with his attacks for oil.
The second article below comes from another alternative news website,
http://www.alternet.org/, which seems to have some good stories posted.
US Representative Dennis Kucinich speaks the truth: it is "Obviously Oil"
behind Bush's attacks on Iraq. U.S. Representative Ron Paul is another
who can be counted on to speak truth, although I do not have an article
from him in today's Report.
The final article below discusses the "silence" of the majority of members
of Congress regarding Bush's shameful and UnConstitutional attacks on
Iraq. I consider this Congress a "lame duck" Congress with a majority of
members "rubber stamping" the Bush gang's dictates. Only a few brave
people in Congress are speaking the truth about what the Bush gang are
doing.
I'm told all members of Congress still have to officially resign their
positions within 72 hours of NESARA's announcement. Most of them will not
be allowed to run for public office in the U.S. again due to their
UnConstitutional actions and voting practices.
There are also measures being taken to deal with the executives of oil
companies and others who are the hidden controllers of our country. In
the past, there have always been those who were not elected but were
influencing and controlling those who were elected. After NESARA is
announced, there will be exposes proving that "oil" and global domination
were the reasons the Bush gang has attacked Iraq. The exposes will
include physical proof identifying oil companies' executives and others
who have been pressing forward the idea of using our U.S. military to take
over other countries in order for these companies to obtain more oil
resources. For once, the puppet masters who have stayed hidden and
protected in the past will also be exposed and will face criminal charges
for their actions after NESARA is announced. The only way we can clean up
the corruption in our world is to expose all those who have colluded in
the Bush's world domination plans and make certain they are held
accountable for the death and destruction they have ordered.
Once NESARA is announced, we are going to have the most comprehensive
"full disclosure" exposes ever seen in the U.S. on all the government and
banking corruption. These exposes will be carried by the mainstream media
who will be compelled to report the truth. From these exposes we all
will become much wiser and we will be better able to elect honest and
service-oriented people to office when we elect our new government
representatives after NESARA's announcement. For those of us with a bad
taste in our mouths from the blatant vote fraud of years past, I'm hearing
there are provisions in NESARA which enable much more honest elections to
occur.
NESARA's announcement is approaching and almost instantly causes the end
of the attacks in Iraq. NESARA Yes!
Blessings and Love,
Dove of Oneness

George W. Bush Must Answer to the People
- adapted from Ramsey Clark's address to the half a million demonstrators
at the January 18th National March on Washington to Stop the War on Iraq
organized by International A.N.S.W.E.R. (Act Now to Stop War & End
Racism).
The U.S. Constitution provides the means for preventing George W. Bush
from engaging in a war of aggression against Iraq, and from advancing a
first strike potentially nuclear preemptive war. It's called impeachment.
High Crimes and Misdemeanors
Impeachment is the direct constitutional means for removing a President,
Vice President or other civil officers of the United States who has acted
or threatened acts that are serious offenses against the Constitution, its
system of government, or the rule of law, or that are conventional crimes
of such a serious nature that they would injure the Presidency if there
was no removal.
Power Remains in the Hands of the People
Impeachment is the means by which We The People of the United States and
our elected representatives in Congress can prevent further crimes by the
President and the human catastrophe they threaten and force accountability
for crimes committed.
Save the Constitution, the U.N., and Countless Human Lives
Congressional proceedings for impeachment can bring about open, fearless
consideration of the most dangerous acts and threats ever committed by an
American President. If courageously pursued, they can save our
Constitution, the United Nations, the rule of law, the lives of countless
people and leave open the possibility of peace on earth.
The Time for Action is Now
Each of us must take a stand on impeachment now, or bear the burden of
having failed to speak in this hour of maximum peril.
Urgent Appeal:
The "Vote To Impeach Bush" ad appeared in the 3/19 New York Times - [See

Congress requesting they impeach Bush.

Obviously Oil
By Rep. Dennis Kucinich, AlterNet
March 11, 2003
Editor's Note: Although Dennis Kucinich was aggressively attacked by
Washington Post columnist Richard Cohen for suggesting that the preemptive
strike on Iraq was based on oil, the Post refused to print the
presidential candidate and Ohio Democrat's response. This was especially
frustrating, since the Post editorial stance and balance of editorial page
columns have been decidedly pro-war. You can tell the Post how you feel
about this omission at ombudsman@washpost.com.
Is President Bush's war in Iraq about oil? Of course it is. Sometimes, the
obvious answer is the right one: Oil is a major factor in the President's
march to war, just as oil is a major factor in every aspect of U.S. policy
in the Persian Gulf.
Ask yourself:
What commodity accounts for 83 percent of total exports from the Persian
Gulf? What is the U.S. protecting with our permanent deployment of about
25,000 military personnel, 6 fighter squadrons, 6 bomber squadrons, 13 air
control and reconnaissance squadrons, one aircraft carrier battle group,
and one amphibious ready group based at 11 military installations in the
countries of the Persian Gulf? (Note, the disproportionate troop
deployments in the Middle East aren't there to protect the people, who
constitute only 2 percent of the world population.)
What was Iraq's number one export when the U.S. made an alliance with
Saddam Hussein, sold him biological and chemical weapons agents, and then
did not object when he gassed his own people?
For what major Iraqi resource has Saddam Hussein denied contracts with the
largest U.S. and U.K. multinational companies? (Note, those companies are
the #2 (ExxonMobil), #4 (BP-Amoco), #8 (Shell) and #14 (ChevronTexaco)
largest companies in the world, and the Bush Administration has been known
to listen when large energy corporations speak.)
For what Iraqi resource did French and Russian multinational companies
receive lucrative contracts from Saddam Hussein? What valuable commodity
does one reprehensible, megalomaniacal tyrant (Saddam Hussein) control
that another reprehensible, megalomaniacal tyrant (Kim Chong-il) does
not?
How do the White House and State Department plan to pay for a post-Saddam
occupation and reconstruction?
The answer to all of these questions is oil, of course. Oil obviously
drives U.S. policy in the Middle East. So who can doubt that this war in
Iraq concerns oil?
Meanwhile, the justifications the Administration has made for this war can
be rather easily dismissed. Contrary to Administration assertions, a war
against Iraq will not be in self-defense: Iraq does not pose an imminent
threat to the United States. It doesn't have the ability, nor has it ever
had the ability, to shoot a missile or send a bomber to harm America. Iraq
does not possess nuclear weapons. Furthermore, there is no credible
evidence that Iraq had anything to do with the terrorist attacks of 9/11.
No credible link between Saddam Hussein and al Qaeda has been made. Iraq
did not have anything to do with the anthrax-containing letters that
killed several Americans.
Contrary to the Administration's portrayal of an Iraqi threat, Iraq is
hardly uniquely threatening. Sixteen other countries in the world have or
might have nuclear weapons, 25 countries have or might have chemical
weapons, 19 other countries have or might have biological weapons, and 16
other countries have or might have missile systems. Yet the Bush
Administration is not on the verge of invading them.
Contrary to their denials that this war has anything to do with oil,
Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz and Richard Perle wanted to go to war in
Iraq long before they became Secretary of Defense, Deputy Secretary of
Defense and Chairman of the Defense Policy Board. In a 1998 letter they
sent to then-President Clinton, they stated "it hardly needs to be added
that if Saddam does acquire the capability to deliver weapons of mass
destruction ... a significant portion of the world's supply of oil will
all be put at hazard... The only acceptable strategy is ... to undertake
military action as diplomacy is clearly failing. In the long term, it
means removing Saddam Hussein and his regime from power. That now needs to
become the aim of American foreign policy."
Does President Bush's war in Iraq concern Iraq's oil? Obviously.

Threats, and International Relations. Visit www.kucinich.us.

US Congress responds to war with a truly resounding silence
By Stephen Fidler
Published: March 24 2003 4:00 | Last Updated: March 24 2003 4:00
To judge by the way Republicans turned on him, you would think Tom Daschle
had burned the Stars and Stripes and danced on it. Instead, all the leader
of the Democratic Party in the Senate did was criticise the Bush
administration's handling of diplomacy over Iraq.
"I'm saddened, saddened that this president failed so miserably at
diplomacy that we're now forced to war. Saddened that we have to give up
one life because this president couldn't create the kind of diplomatic
effort that was so critical for our country," he said.
