Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

After the true NESARA law is announced, we will quickly have the worldwide funding of the humanitarian prosperity programs. All people who are on the humanitarian prosperity programs databases lists will receive their prosperity deliveries and funding. The keys to funding are getting all the legally required sign-offs, paperwork, and money transfers done; making certain all final preparations for NESARA are done, then doing the true NESARA law announcement. Our mass prosperity deliveries will quickly follow NESARA's announcement.

Some of you reading this report are not in the currently funding humanitarian prosperity programs but you might have good ideas about what needs to be done to improve the world or you might know someone who does have good ideas. I will be looking for people to help carry out improvement projects within a few months after NESARA's announcement and we need many people to help doing these things. Along with the additional prosperity given to people directly by NESARA's debt forgiveness and ending the IRS, there will be many new improvement projects beginning soon after NESARA and these improvement projects will definitely create new jobs and employment for many thousands of people in the U.S. and worldwide.

Now that we are so close to seeing NESARA's announcement, I feel that those of us in the humanitarian prosperity programs may want to begin reviewing our ideas for our world improvement projects. Below are some ideas that I'm considering and I'm putting these out as catalysts for all of us to begin thinking about what improvement projects we want to do.

It's been a while since I've written about potential improvement projects we can do. Many of our projects will take a few months or more to put together. However, we see on the news that big numbers of people in Ohio, for example, are starving due to the high unemployment rates and too little help from the government. Bush Jr.'s ridiculous comments about our economy being "good" are ridiculous and total propaganda. About all the Bush gang have left is their propaganda but we Americans know better. The economy is in terrible shape and it all started when Bush Jr. took office. Go back and check your news reports - the big downturn started when the Bush gang bullied their way into the White House.

Last Sunday the "60 Minutes" television show reported that many children in the U.S. are starving and that great numbers of people in various cities and towns around the U.S. are also so economically deprived they do not have enough food. "60 Minutes" reported that one child out of 14 in the U.S. do not have enough food! This is a terrible thing to be happening in our country!

What can WE in the humanitarian prosperity programs do quickly to help those who are in dire need TODAY? It will take a month or more for INCREASES in social services (family assistance, Social Security, disability, unemployment, etc.) payments to get to the people after NESARA is announced. Some of the people who are depending on these social services payments to survive are running out of food in the second or third week of the month. Until the INCREASES from NESARA show up, we still have a month or two where these people may be starving and we can help. I understand there are instructions in our funding information about how we can do our improvement projects and ways we can do some things quickly.

To help feed the hungry, we can buy food for our local food banks and donate these supplies. We may also be able to use our state social service agencies to distribute supermarket certificates to needy families for them to be able to buy food at the local supermarkets. Naturally, any supermarket gift certificate type of help would have to specify it could only be used for FOOD, not other things.

I've been wondering how we can reach those families and individuals who fall through the cracks so that we can get food to everyone who needs it. If any of you have ideas about how to reach people who fall through the cracks, please let me know. Contact me AFTER the true NESARA law is announced with outreach ideas about helping individuals and families who may not be on any government programs but who definitely need help with food, shelter, etc.

There are so many of us in the prosperity programs that we should be able to help hungry people in our local cities and/or state. There are also many, many hungry people in other countries and our prosperity program members in other countries could help their people. We could also help starving people in other countries although this would take special contacts and arrangements to get food to them quickly and make sure they receive it and it is not detoured by unscrupulous parties along the way. I do understand the White Knights and Forces have plans to help get food out to the hungry people around the world, but we also need to help.

Because it's winter in the Northern Hemisphere, there are people who do not have the money to heat their homes or keep the electricity on. We can help these people also and perhaps set up a fund that pays for needy people's heating and electric bills.

Various people in the U.S. and all around the world are in great need of medical care, dental care, shelter, clothing, and many other basics of life. When my elderly relative had to go to the hospital a few months ago, I realized how easy it is for some people to fall through the cracks. We were lucky that we had a helpful E.R. doctor who helped us to make the right decisions and who found some acceptable diagnoses that enabled the elderly relative to be admitted for tests and care. But, it almost didn't happen and I could see how many people are not able to get the help they need.

We have huge needs to repair our environment and to restore nature. We have the technologies to restore nature and repair the damage our industrial society has done to our Earth, flora, and fauna. The White Knights have some plans to help with this, but it's going to take many of us around the world to repair the damage we have done.

There will not, by the way, be massive earth changes because WE are taking responsibility to fix what we humans have damaged. It happens that the truth about how so-called earth changes were actually "planned to occur" is very different from what is generally believed. After NESARA is announced and some of the follow-up events occur, I will explain HOW these so-called earth changes were "planned" to occur and who was going to try to make them happen. These plans to cause the earth changes have been neutralized.

The Earth, all the animals, the trees, bushes, birds, fish, -- all of nature is being PROTECTED from these catastrophes because the lives of these members of nature are VALUED and deserve to be protected. Therefore, the interference by some to cause the earth changes has been neutralized and will continue to be neutralized. In addition, Planet X's orbit has already been revised and the passing of this planet will fail to cause earth changes here - the predicted tidal waves and other impacts will fail to occur.

Speaking of nature, I have a big spot in my heart for animals and I will be setting up a fund named after my beloved little Cari puppy. I will be setting up a fund which will pay for veterinarian services in my area so that when people do not have the funds to pay for the care their animals need, they will be able to quickly receive these funds from the Cari fund. Many people love their animal friends and sometimes do not have the funds to pay for the medical help the animals need but must put their animal friends to sleep instead. We prosperity program members can help fund medical care for needy animals in our cities, states, and countries.

Many of us thought we would have to use our prosperity funds to "fix the government", but the true NESARA law takes care of much of what we thought we would have to do. NESARA, by restoring Constitutional Law, gives us the foundation we need to use the new technologies, the new energy devices, the new alternative medical technologies, and many other things to make the world a better place.

Restoring Constitutional Law means that the American Medical Association (AMA) and the FDA cannot any longer keep the many alternative health options from us that have been withheld from Americans for years. There ARE CURES for many diseases, contrary to the FDA's propaganda which comes from their payoffs by the prescription drug industry which wants people to be perpetually ill so the drug companies can sell more drugs. We in the prosperity programs can help get these alternative health cures and treatments out and into public awareness and availability.

We in the prosperity programs will be able to help get the new energy technologies and other advanced technologies distributed which are already developed and just waiting for the clearing of government interference to be made available. The restoring of Constitutional Law makes it possible for the inventors to bring out their new technologies without fear of being hounded and persecuted. There are already "free energy" devices available - many different types - which will remove our reliance on archaic energies such as gas, oil, and coal. I've heard from someone who took a small gasoline engine and changed it over to an engine which runs on water after taking a weekend seminar; these options do exist.

As I have said, the White Knights have also planned to ease the transitions of leaving old technologies behind and using our new technologies. The White Knights have set up generous allotments (like unemployment payments but generous amounts) for people who lose their jobs because of the impacts of NESARA and also have some new employment options for these people in some cases. The White Knights also have a plan for protect people's stock market investments as we transition from the old industries and oil-based economy to the new economy. If there are any people who fall through the cracks as these transformations are made, we in the prosperity programs can help with these things.

For those of you not in the prosperity programs but who have ideas for improvement projects, you may write me AFTER the true NESARA law is announced and briefly tell me about your ideas. Please wait until AFTER the NESARA announcement is done and about a month or two after NESARA is implemented, I expect to have a Dove Office in Olympia, Washington and I will accept ideas for improvement projects once the Dove Office is established. I realize that it's going to take millions of us working TOGETHER to do all the world improvements that need to be done and some of you have great ideas about needed improvements. Please do not write me about your ideas today or send me emails because I do not have time or resources to deal with these things now, but I will when the Dove Office is open. I will put the Dove Office address and details in a future Dove Report about 6-8 weeks AFTER NESARA is announced and you will be able to contact me at the Dove Office with your ideas.

There are literally millions of improvement projects that we humanitarian prosperity programs members can do to help improve our world. Soon we will receive our prosperity and our instructions about how we need to set up our improvement projects. If it's possible to share information about our improvement projects and stay within the bounds of our funding instructions, I will share information about how various prosperity program members are doing their improvement projects. By sharing our information, we may help each other as we do these activities.
