Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
It is always darkest before the dawn. In these days, we have easily the
most corrupt government officials and members of Congress that we have ever
had. We have the "unelected" Bush regime who used coercion, killings, and
threats of civil war to carve a doorway into the White House for Bush Jr.
We have many members of Congress who have repeatedly betrayed our people by
knowingly passing totally unconstitutional laws. These last years will be
known as the darkest in our nation's history.
Just when the darkest days seem to be here, we are seeing the dawn of the
true NESARA law arriving and shining brightly upon our people and our
world. The true NESARA law is the process and vehicle by which WE the
PEOPLE are transforming our country and world for the better. Many of us
have pledged our lives to helping bring forth the kinds of great uplifting
transformations for the benefit of all which are embodied in the true
NESARA law. For many decades we have been working toward the dawn that the
true NESARA law brings.
Within 120 days after the true NESARA law is announced, we will have new
elections in the United States. Because Constitutional Law will be
restored by the true NESARA law, many of the devices used currently to
control the outcome of elections will be null and void. There will be ZERO
political parties. There will be zero election contributions allowed thus
freeing candidates of the need to cow-tow to political contributors. There
will be new processes for selecting candidates and enabling Americans to
learn about the candidates in meaningful ways.
After NESARA is announced and during the few months before the new
elections, we will see many exposes about how corrupt our government
officials and many in Congress have been. We will learn the truth about
what these people have really been doing. We will be much smarter after
these exposes and more able to elect truly good people to represent us.
There will be many other activities after the announcement of the true
NESARA law which will enable TRUTH to reach the world's people for the
first time in thousands of years. Because of learning the "truth", we will
realign our priorities according to new understandings of reality and
truth.
We will choose PEACE because we will learn that war is a tool of those who
have tried to control the world for their personal benefits. We will elect
enlightened people who live higher values and they will make PEACE a
priority. We already have a beginning step in the U.S.; we have a bill
which establishes a Department of Peace. Below is a summary of this bill
and a list of those who co-sponsored it.
The Department of Peace is a forerunner of many wonderful improvements to
come after the true NESARA law is announced. On this Thanksgiving Day, let
us lift our focus to the better world we are embracing with the
announcements and implementations of the true NESARA law.
Blessings and Love,
Dove of Oneness
Legislation Introduced to Create a Department of Peace
On July 11, 2001 Congressman Kucinich introduced H.R. 2459, a bill to
create a Cabinet-level Department of Peace which embodies a broad-based
approach to peaceful, non-violent conflict resolution at both domestic and
international levels. The Department of Peace would serve to promote
non-violence as an organizing principle in our society, and help to create
the conditions for a more peaceful world.
Domestically, the Department would be responsible for developing policies
which address issues such as domestic violence, child abuse, and
mistreatment of the elderly.
Internationally, the Department would analyze foreign policy and make
recommendations to the President on matters pertaining to national
security, including the protection of human rights and the prevention and
de-escalation of unarmed and armed international conflict.
The Department would also have an Office of Peace Education that would work
with educators in elementary, secondary and universities in the development
and implementation of curricula to instruct students in peaceful conflict
resolution skills.
In addition, a Peace Academy, modeled after the military service academies,
would be established to provide instruction in peace education and offer
opportunities for graduates to serve in programs dedicated to domestic or
international nonviolent conflict resolution.
