Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,

I was going to post this Report late last night and found that there were over 100 new subscribers to the Dove mailing list that I needed to add before posting the Report. Welcome to all of you who are new to the Dove Reports. You may find several Reports I've posted in the during October 2002 on which discuss NESARA's history, confirming information, and other details.

Many of us are continuing to share the news about NESARA in every we are able. The more people who know about the true NESARA law, the sooner we will see the true NESARA law enacted. Yesterday I found a GREAT way to share NESARA with people several times a week and it's EASY! I took my NESARA flyers with me when I went grocery shopping and to a restaurant and gas station as well as other places.

Each time I paid someone for something, I handed them my NESARA flyer printed on bright gold paper right after they gave me my sales slip and change. As soon as they handed me my change and sales slip, I handed them my flyer and said:
"And, I have something for you. There is a law ALREADY passed and signed which FORGIVES CREDIT CARDS, CAR LOANS, and MORTGAGE LOANS and WE can help get it enacted! Share this flyer with your co-workers." Then I left so I didn't hold up the line.

EVERY PERSON to whom I gave the flyer, including the waitress who said she was paying off her deceased son's debts, the grocery checkout lady, the young man at the gasoline station store, and several others ALL smiled and gave an affirmative response. They all THANKED ME for giving them the flyer! I'll tell you what I really gave them, Folks; I gave them the news that something wonderful is ready to be done for them! The waitress immediately shared it with another waitress and said that she would share it with everyone. The lady at the grocery check out stand said she would put it up in the employees lounge. Another lady said she would make copies and make sure everyone at her workplace heard about it.

This is a very easy way to share the news of NESARA and it only takes about 30 seconds to hand them the flyer and say something about debt forgiveness as you leave. You just say a few words about debt forgiveness and let the flyer do the rest.

ALL of us have to go to the grocery store, many of us have to buy gas, some of us go to restaurants; we have to buy things at least a few times a week. I suggest that we take our NESARA flyers with us and we share them EVERY TIME we PAY someone for a service or items. Folks, TOGETHER WE are making NESARA known and the pressure is building in support of NESARA's announcement!

By the way, I'm asking our White Knights to do this too. You tough Navy Seals and Delta Force guys and gals have to buy groceries and gas too. I'm asking YOU to print out some flyers, go to Kinkos and copy a few dozen of the flyers and hand one out every time you pay for something. You might find yourself feeling renewed and inspired about getting NESARA enacted when you see the SMILES and HOPE in people's eyes. I'm told this is something you can do because you are referencing as the source of the info, not yourselves.

Below is my revised flyer which has a few additions that add important details. I have bolded some of the major points and used various font sizes in MS Word to make it eye-catching and then printed it on gold paper at Kinkos. I'm unable to send it out in the Report as it looks in MS Word with the bold and different sized fonts because some people's computers cannot display these things. Bolding the key words of major points such as "FORGIVES" and "DEBT" as well as "ABOLISHES IRS" help catch the eye. I will ask the Four Winds Webmaster if he can find a way to provide this flyer on the website WITH all the bold and various font sizes so that it can be printed from the website ready to be copied.

I'm hearing some U.S. bankers and others who used to help delay NESARA are continuing to switch over to supporting NESARA's enactment. I'm told heads of major corporations are also urging the Justices and other White Knights to do NESARA's announcement at the earliest possible moment. I'm also told that the European Central Bank top officials are encouraging heads of American corporations to use their influence and power to move the true NESARA law into enactment immediately! As I wrote a few weeks ago, there was a confidential order that went out from the U.S. Treasury to top officials of U.S. banks telling them to put all their preparations for NESARA into order and be prepared to do the change over process during our current timeframe.

I learned today that the White Knights informed top officials of other countries who will also be announcing their own new monetary systems backed by precious metals that the U.S. is going forward with NESARA very soon. The other major countries around the world will be announcing their own precious metals-backed currency within 72 hours of the formal NESARA announcement. It's possible that these other countries could do their announcements within 48 hours of NESARA's announcement because credit card debt and other bank loan debts will also be forgiven in these countries and the bankers are worried their customers rush out to charge purchases on their charge cards when they realize their account balances will be zeroed out.

One of the very best pressures we can use to get NESARA announced is the pressure on the bankers. It's true that those monitoring the credit card charges coming out of Anchorage, Alaska, in the last week are seeing an increase in charges that is not explained by the approaching holiday season. The hosts of the radio show who interviewed me made some humorous comments about going out and buying things with credit cards.

We know some U.S. bankers are watching the additional credit card charging and realizing their best bet is to have NESARA enacted immediately before the news of credit card debt forgiveness spreads all over the country. The banks receive $8,500 per credit card account to zero out the balances of credit cards and also receive substantial payments to forgive the other bank loan debts. The banks have found ways to "make money" on these payments they are receiving to zero out Americans' bank debts. Some bankers are realizing they need NESARA enacted soon to make the large amounts of profit they were expecting to make. I learned that special funds have been accumulating for the last 20 years or more to pay off the bank debts of Americans in order to clear the banks' books as part of implementing the new U.S. Treasury bank system.

There's several powerful groups exerting pressure to get the true NESARA law enacted. Only AFTER the official announcement of NESARA will we see the actual text of the true NESARA law on the internet or anywhere publicly. With the official announcement of NESARA we will learn all the details about its benefits to all of us and they are even more than I have ever shared. Nearly everyone in the U.S. will benefit immediately and NESARA's benefits will roll out to the rest of the world in various ways beginning within a few months of the announcement. NESARA is the SOLUTION we ALREADY have ready which brings us lasting peace, brings prosperity and liberty to people worldwide. Let's DO all we each are able to spread the word about the true NESARA law!

Remember, send POSTCARDS (not letters) to the U.S. Supreme Court Justices urging them to announce NESARA. (See address for the U.S. Supreme Court below.) Postcards are delivered quickly but letters are delayed due to anthrax powder checking. Let's flood the Justices with postcards so they know that thousands of Americans want NESARA now!

I want to thank all of you who wrote to say how much you enjoyed the radio interview about NESARA which I did last Friday. I really appreciate your warm comments and we certainly did have a good buzz going during the broadcast!
