Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
I've received a few emails recently which indicate that some of you in the
big "O" program (which I refer to as the "big prOgram")
are not aware that the Non Disclosures HAVE BEEN REMOVED for those of us
receiving in the mass deliveries.
It became clear a few months ago that dark agenda had already FABRICATED all
kinds of things they were planning to use to make it "APPEAR" that
many of us in the major prosperity programs had broken our Non Disclosures.
We actually had a preview of this with all the dark agenda interference with
our emails. This Spring, the dark agenda was busy sending out PHONY emails
that "LOOKED LIKE" they came from Dove but which I had NEVER sent;
these emails actually were sent using some of the dark agenda's
sophisticated spy technology. Other prosperity program members were also
writing to me to say that some of their friends were receiving emails from
their email addresses, but these prosperity program members had NEVER sent
these emails to their friends.
The White Knights investigated this situation and found that it would be
virtually impossible for us to protect ourselves from having the dark agenda
send out emails that LOOKED LIKE the email came from us but were actually
from the dark agenda. I'm told that evidence was found that the dark agenda
had FABRICATED phony tapes of phone calls of some of us and lots of other
FALSE evidence which they were going to use to try to make it LOOK LIKE we
were breaking our Non Disclosures. Therefore, the IMF had no choice but to
REMOVE the Non Disclosures. I'm told that there are NO Non
Disclosures for prosperity members in the first 31 programs in the list of
currently funding programs, including the big prOgram; all 31 of which are
connected to the World Trust. Thus, those of us in the first 31 prosperity
programs are free of having Non Disclosures, I'm told.
I'm told that our FUNDING INSTRUCTIONS have been revised and that we are
still required to AVOID going on television and talking about being
prosperity program members. I'm told we must AVOID saying the name of our
prosperity program(s) in PUBLIC and also must AVOID talking about AMOUNTS of
our funding either publicly or privately. These are things we MUST avoid
doing for a few years per our official funding instructions.
For this reason, I'm told we can talk to others in our prosperity program
BUT we MUST AVOID discussing AMOUNTS. As to the "27" ways to
access our funds, I'm told that most people in the big prOgram will receive
these instructions and the instructions will be easy to understand. For
security reasons, I'm avoiding explaining details here. I'm told there are
some people who will NOT receive these "27" ways to access our
funds; these are people who have spoken out against NESARA and lost some of
their funding.
This means that if we "gifted" people in, we will be able to talk
with them as long as we avoid saying the things our official instructions
tell us to avoid discussing. As always, I urge everyone to pay strict
attention to our official funding instructions.
There have been some things in the news recently which are related to
NESARA. I received a call that Phil Donohue had a widow of one of the 9/11
WTC victims on his show last night. I was told that the widow stated her
husband was told by his manager that he could not leave his desk after the
first WTC tower attack occurred. I'm told that some company executives did
order their personnel in the WTC to stay in their offices after the first
attack. I'm told this was done on purpose to make sure there were many
lives lost so that Americans would be upset enough to let the ILLEGAL Bush
regime do the damage they have done to our people and country. I was told
this widow is SUING the Bush regime and holding them accountable for her
husband's death. Little does this widow know HOW RIGHT her lawsuit is.
The "new U.S. government" was mentioned on television last Sunday,
I'm told. An egroup member wrote to say a friend of his saw a report on CNN
last Sunday where they discussed some Remote Viewers in Russia who said
there will be a "new U.S. government" soon and the Bush
administration will be out of office.

I'm told the NESARA orientation sessions went well today in D.C. I'm told
that over 96% of the government department heads and top Pentagon officials
ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court to attend the NESARA orientation sessions
today DID ATTEND. The other 4% will be contacted and required to attend a
NESARA orientation in the next few days if they are capable of attending, or
face charges of TREASON! This is a key step to implementing the true NESARA
law, I'm told, and the federal government and U.S. military are now UNABLE
to CLAIM IGNORANCE of WHAT the true NESARA law requires them to do.
Below is an email I received which reviews HOW MANY TIMES we Americans have
been betrayed by our government and have gone to war based on TOTAL LIES! We
have lost family members and friends for NO REASON except the GREED of our
top politicians. It is TIME WE get WISE to the dark agenda politicians
manipulating us and killing our people in TOTALLY UNnecessary wars! Those

I wanted you to know that we are creating a paradigm shift here in Iowa. Our
campaign is absolutely on fire! Our book is having a magical effect on the
media. At our press conference in Keokuk on Thursday we had three TV
cameras, two radio stations, and one newspaper represented! IN KEOKUK!
IOWA!! I gave each one of the media people an autographed copy of our book
at the beginning and I told them that this book lays out our entire plan for
restoring the state of Iowa. They have never seen any thing like this before
and it changes their whole attitude.

I speak to your point about everyone in the world hating us below. This is
an email I wrote on September 18th one week after the WTC bombing. I stand

perspective on what is happening to us right now with this so called
"War on Terrorism" which is really a "War on Freedom" by
big government proponents.

DRUGS" and we have MORE drugs, are we sure we want a "WAR ON
TERRORISM" ?

Here are those two pieces I suggested that you read. The first is my
statement made on Sept. 18th 2001. I stand by it today. The second is that
extremely interesting article I mentioned to you which puts the WTC
situation in historical perspective.
Our government is not what it appears to be. True patriotism is associated
with knowing and supporting the true principles this country was founded
upon and returning this country to those principles. It is not blind loyalty
to a government that no longer has any connection to those principles and
has become totally corrupt. We need to wake up in this country and take back
our government from those who have stolen it from the

Dear Friends,
The tragedy, which occurred at the World Trade Center, is still beyond
comprehension. I am sure we are all still in a state of shock over what has
happened. I know we all will be praying for those who have been directly
impacted by this horrific event. It has been heartening to see the
outpouring of our fellow citizens; the blood donors, the incredible
response of firefighters and police, and all the emergency personnel from
all over the country who have traveled to the site. We have a great country
with great people and that makes us a strong nation. We will become a
stronger nation from this if we respond properly. I am writing this message
because I want to offer a different perspective than the one that is being
presented on television and our major media outlets.
What I see on TV is an emphasis on war, finding the "enemy" and
eradicating them, wiping them off the face of the earth, etc. The
"experts" being interviewed are letting us know how life is going
to have to change in America. One "counter-terrorist expert"
explained that the reason this happened is that the FBI had its hands tied
because of the Bill of Rights and therefore could not pursue these
terrorists the way they have to be pursued. In other words he was saying
that this catastrophe happened because we have too much freedom in this
country and if we want to be safe we are going to have to start giving up
that freedom. I do not believe that and I don't think most Americans believe
it either. However we are going to be fed a steady diet of this kind of
propaganda for the next several months. Along with that propaganda will be
all kinds of legislation, which will be designed to limit our freedoms and
expand the government's power.
We need to restrain our elected officials from doing anything reckless,
which would unnecessarily cause escalation in hostilities. We will have
plenty of time to find the perpetrators of this crime and deal with them
appropriately. We also need to wake up and start educating ourselves about
who is really running our nation and our foreign policy. One thing is for
sure, our government will never admit that it has made a mistake or been at
fault. You can rest assured that the focus will be to find an
"enemy" and make them pay the price for attacking our country in
this manner. No mention will be made of all the countries we have invaded
and bombed in the last 15 years; no mention will be made of the countries
that use our weapons to oppress citizens of other nations or even their own
citizens.
As you watch the news and "programming" in the next days I suggest
you keep alert to subtle, and the not so subtle, guiding of public opinion
that takes place during interviews and reports of the news. But more than
anything else make sure you do not allow yourself to fall into the revenge
and anger mode that the media seems to be fomenting. Please stand firm
against hysterical calls for more internal security and abrogation of rights
that will be called for by government.
While considering the actions our government is taking in the aftermath of
this disaster please remember this incredibly insightful quote by Toqueville
from "Democracy in America" "Hence it is chiefly in war that
nation's desire, and frequently need, to increase the powers of the central
government. All men of military genius are fond of centralization, which
increases their strength; and all men of centralizing genius are fond of
war, which compels nations to combine all their powers in the hands of the
government. Thus the democratic tendency that leads men unceasingly to
multiply the privileges of the state and to circumscribe the rights of
private persons is much more rapid and constant among those democratic
nations that are exposed by their position to great and frequent wars than
among all others."
All Americans who value freedom must be very alert now to the actions of
those who are " fond of centralization". A war is an opportunity
for these individuals to use the patriotic fervor of well meaning dedicated
citizens to further their agenda of control. Real education is more
essential now in our country than ever before. I highly recommend that every
Iowan start a constitutional study group in their community. If we were
following the freedom formula developed by our founders and were spreading
those principles to the rest of the world we would not be creating such
zealous enemies. Instead we would be helping to create prosperity and good

Our founders had a plan for foreign affairs that if we had followed would
have kept this kind of event from ever happening to our country. Our
constitution was designed to keep us out of wars and entanglements that lead
to wars. George Washington's comments below were indicative of the
philosophy held by our early statesmen.
"The great rule of conduct for us, in regard to foreign nations, is in
extending our commercial relations to have with them as little political
connection as possible."
'It is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any
portion of the foreign world." "In the execution of such a plan
nothing is more essential than that permanent, inveterate antipathies
against particular nations and passionate attachments for others should be
excluded, and that in place of them just and amicable feelings toward all
should be cultivated. The nation, which indulges toward another an habitual
hatred or an habitual fondness, is in some degree a slave. It is a slave to
its animosity or to its affection, either of which is sufficient to lead it
astray from its duty and its interest."
We have listed some of the most provocative articles that have appeared on
the WTC attack. Most of the information and opinions presented here did not
appear on television. We do not necessarily agree with all the opinions
presented in these articles, however there is information in these articles
that is probably much closer to the truth than we will ever be exposed to in
our mainstream media.
For several years now I have studied the principles of our founding
documents as well as the history of our government's drift from republic to
oligarchy. I know this is the time for people to educate themselves about
the reality of our situation. I believe we need a much more educated
population to forestall bigger disasters from occurring and to return to a
true republic that allows for maximum personal liberty and the full
development of each individual.
