Hello Dear Friends,
Earlier today I was reviewing NESARA's banking improvements which PROHIBIT
government agencies from SNOOPING into our bank accounts and how much money
we have. The TRUE NESARA abolishes the IRS and ALL income taxes, TOTALLY!
The reason is simple: the Constitution says there will be NO DIRECT TAXES on
our income. In Article I, Section 9, the Constitution says: "No
Capitation, or other DIRECT, Tax shall be laid …." A "direct
tax" is something the government does ON the people's income. The
Constitution says "NO…direct tax…". This means EXACTLY what it
says: there can be ZERO income tax on our money!
Furthermore, during the Farmers' lawsuits in the U.S. Supreme Court, I'm
told the PHONY 16th Amendment was PROVEN to have NEVER BEEN RATIFIED by the
States of the United States as required by the Constitution. The 16th
Amendment was only ratified by THREE States and this was PROVEN in the U.S.
Supreme Court as part of the Farmer's lawsuits against the U.S. banks and
the government in 1993. For those of you who are "new" to the
TRUTH about the ILLEGAL income taxes, in 1911 the 16th Amendment regarding
income tax was proposed and sent to the States' legislatures for
ratification. The States kept haggling over the wording and returning the
16th Amendment back to D.C. with requested changes to it. For nearly two
years, the States' legislatures kept refusing to ratify the proposed 16th
Amendment. Finally, in February 1913, the dark agenda decided to RUN a FAKE
on the U.S. Congress and our country. The dark agenda wanted the 16th
Amendment to be declared law, so in one of the most BRAZEN acts of outright
LIES by government, the then Secretary of State went before the U.S.
Congress in February 1913 and FALSELY stated that the 16th Amendment had
been ratified. This TRUTH that the 16th Amendment was NEVER RATIFIED came
out during the Farmers' lawsuits in the U.S. Supreme Court and this is why
the TRUE NESARA calls to abolish the IRS and income taxes!
Also, since 1951 the U.S. federal government has NOT USED a SINGLE PENNY of
our income tax dollars to pay for federal government expenses! In 1951, in
an attempt to DETOUR the damage that income taxes cause to the LIBERTY of
people, Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain made a HUGE loan of TRILLIONS
of dollars to the U.S. government which the U.S. government invested to make
monthly income and this MONTHLY INCOME is what has been paying the U.S.
federal government's expenses. Therefore, you can forget about thinking we
need an income tax to run our government because the government has been
LYING to us and HAS NOT BEEN USING our income tax money to run the
government AT ALL!
Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain KNEW that if the federal government
was SNOOPING into people's bank accounts and money, this SNOOPING totally
ROBBED the people of their LIBERTY! The income tax and the war on drugs are
the biggest ENSLAVERS of our people ever! We have ZERO LIBERTY when
government can order banks and others to SNOOP into our bank accounts.
Unfortunately, the federal government accepted the loan from Beloved
Ascended Master Saint Germain BUT did NOT live up to the government's side
of the bargain and free our people of the oppressive and illegal income
taxes.
I also remind you that MANY State governments RUN VERY WELL without any
income taxes on PEOPLE. In the State of Washington we have NEVER had a State
income tax and we have a very high standard of living. We run our State
government from SALES taxes on NON-essential items. ESSENTIAL items, like
FOOD, are EXEMPT.
The TRUE NESARA has a reasonable "SALES" tax on NEW items ONLY to
use to fund the federal government. In the TRUE NESARA, ALL "used"
items purchased for personal use are EXEMPT. All FOOD is EXEMPT. All
MEDICINE is EXEMPT. ONLY NEW non-essential items are subject to the NESARA
sales tax. This enables people to MAKE a CHOICE about whether they pay the
sales tax because people can choose to buy "used" or to buy new on
NON-ESSENTIAL items.
One of the HUGE blessings of the TRUE NESARA is that we FINALLY get the
federal government OUT of our lives and OUT of our bank accounts by getting
rid of the IRS and income taxes! NESARA also gets rid of the FAILED and
PHONY `war on drugs' which has ENSLAVED our people with ILLEGAL police
searches and merchants, sales clerks and bank tellers being told they have
to ask us where our money comes from. The whole `war on drugs' is a complete
LIE by the federal government which is used to allow the government to SNOOP
into our lives WITHOUT any right whatsoever. The CIA is the biggest drug
dealer in the U.S. and EVERYONE who knows anything knows this. It's another
case of the federal government CAUSING a problem so the government could
then LIMIT our liberty by pretending to `solve' the problem. The `war on
drugs' is an UTTER FAILURE and I KNOW because I have a degree in Social
Sciences and I did Social work with `drug and alcohol affected families'.
However, I'm told that there is a new program which has been PROVEN to be
90% effective in helping people get off drugs and alcohol and THIS PROGRAM
is coming in with the TRUE NESARA law to help our people get off drugs and
alcohol addictions.
I remind all of you Farm Claims people of how YOU FOUGHT to get rid of the
illegal income taxes and IRS! We have many people who have been PERSECUTED
by the IRS and the TRUTH goes from bad to worse. IRS auditors get paid a
commission on what they "recover" so they have formulas for
determining how much YOU will be willing to pay before you will go to court
and fight them. The IRS auditors make the audit come out with an amount owed
they think you will not fight. The IRS ILLEGALLY seizes property and funds
all the time and they get away with it because they are the BULLY boys of
the federal government.
The TRUTH about the HARM that income taxes EXPOSE our people to is MASSIVE.
ZERO of us are EVER FREE as long as the government has any right to SNOOP
into our money!
I have a reason for going into all of this, bear with me. I was checking on
the current facts regarding the TRUE NESARA today when I discovered a
totally UNACCEPTABLE "Proposed Amendment" to the TRUE NESARA. I
was told and then checked and verified, that in April 2002, two months ago,
the White Knights Decision Team BETRAYED us by adding an UNConstitutional
amendment to the TRUE NESARA. In trading with the dark agenda for something
the White Knights wanted, the White Knights have added a PROPOSED Amendment
of a "FLAT rate income tax" to the TRUE NESARA.
This PROPOSED NESARA Amendment has NOT NOT NOT been voted on and WILL NOT be
voted on by any Congress until after the new elections. Furthermore, this
SNEAK Amendment to the TRUE NESARA is NOT intended to be presented to the
States for ratification as the Constitution requires for a "direct
tax". Furthermore, I learned that the White Knights Decision Team
decided to LIE to the American public and say that the TRUE NESARA has a
`flat tax" on income, when in FACT, this is ONLY a Proposed Amendment
which is NOT voted on!
Folks, I'm told that several of the Generals and other White Knight (Faction
2 & 3) U.S. Military officers who fought so hard for Farm Claims are
going to World Court tomorrow TO FIGHT this ILLEGAL and disgusting SNEAK
amendment to our TRUE NESARA law! I'm told there are several U.S. Supreme
Court Justices who will be testifying at World Court that this "flat
rate income tax" is NOT Constitutional and other Constitutional experts
will also be testifying about this.
Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain is ALSO FIGHTING this TERRIBLE act
against our people and He is demanding this Proposed Amendment to the TRUE
NESARA law be TOTALLY eliminated.
Folks, NESARA is about GETTING OUR LIBERTY BACK! It's about getting rid of
an oppressive and corrupt government and banking system. We MUST DEMAND that
this disgusting SNEAKY Proposed Amendment to NESARA be TOTALLY THROWN OUT
and ELIMINATED from NESARA in EVERY WAY!
I'm told that the World Court Judges and the U.N. Officials WANT to HEAR
from US on this issue. They want to hear what WE PEOPLE who care about the
TRUE NESARA think about this because WE are a good representation of the
world's people. I'm told the World Court Judges are realizing that this is a
BAD Proposed Amendment and they WANT to HEAR from us and others who are
concerned about this TRAVESTY against our LIBERTY!
It's time to WRITE the World Court and the U.N. AGAIN, dear Friends, and WE
WILL BE VICTORIOUS! Just as WE who are the PEOPLE of the World have been
VICTORIOUS in many things regarding NESARA and our prosperity programs in
the recent months, we WILL be VICTORIOUS in removing this polluted Proposed
Amendment from the TRUE NESARA.

We are on the BRINK of FINALLY recovering our LIBERTY and we need to FIGHT
this SNEAKY Proposed Amendment with every ounce of our energy and our
spirits! We need to TELL the World Court that we ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to have
our TRUE NESARA law POLLUTED by this SNEAKY and totally UNConstitutional
"Proposed Amendment" to the TRUE NESARA.
Furthermore, we need to tell the World Court and the U.N. that WE TOTALLY
ABHOR anyone involved with NESARA doing the TRUE NESARA Announcement and
LYING to our people about what is in the TRUE NESARA law. This SNEAKY
Proposed Amendment has NOT NOT NOT been voted upon by any Members of
Congress and therefore it is NOT part of the TRUE NESARA law! How dare these
White Knights think they can impose this TYRANNY of income taxes upon our
people again when the WHOLE purpose of NESARA is to FREE our people of the
heavy load of government tyranny, corruption, and subjugation we have
already experienced due to the illegal income tax. People have had their
lives RUINED by the damage done to them by the BULLIES of the IRS and any
time we allow the government to SNOOP into our money, we are INVITING this
kind of ABUSE and PERSECUTION!
Furthermore, we need to DEMAND that the White Knights on the White Knight
Decision Team, who have pushed this SNEAKY Proposed Amendment, BE REMOVED
from the White Knight Decision Team IMMEDIATELY! They are obviously POLLUTED
by the corruption of Washington, D.C. politics.
Now, I also ask that you Navy Seals and others in the White Knights U.S.
Military units, who have pledged to carry forth the NESARA activities, GO
and CONFRONT the members of the White Knights Decision Team and DEMAND that
this horrible SNEAK attack on our LIBERTY by this Proposed Amendment to
NESARA be REMOVED TOTALLY. Please DEMAND that this Proposed Amendment be
ELIMINATED from NESARA INSTANTLY! You Navy Seals and others did not risk
your lives and lose some of your friends just so some polluted White Knights
on the Decision Team could BETRAY all of us at the last minute!
I received a call tonight from someone who heard about our NESARA being
discussed on TBN, a Christian broadcast station, in the last few weeks.
Apparently the blond lady, (we think this might have been Jan Couch?),
stated that NESARA is about due to be announced. You have all seen the news
about the rainbow currency and this is the WARM up for announcing the new
currency. WE are RIGHT ON the BRINK and WE need to PROTECT the TRUE NESARA
from this terrible POLLUTION of the sneaky Proposed Amendment.
Also, you people in other countries need to write the World Court about how
YOU know income taxes are UNLAWFUL because when WE get rid of income taxes
here in the U.S. through having the TRUE NESARA announced and implemented
(WITHOUT this polluted proposed amendment), the PLAN is to get income taxes
REMOVED from all people WORLDWIDE!
Please FORWARD this Report to EVERYONE who wants to have income taxes
abolished and want a return to our true LIBERTY as promised by our
Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Folks, it's TIME for US to TAKE OWNERSHIP of the TRUE NESARA law and CLAIM
it as OURS. The TRUE NESARA is the FRUIT of our prayers, our meditations,
our lawful civil protest of UNLAWFUL income taxes and government INTRUSION
into our lives. ANY government interference with our money ROBS us of our
LIBERTY which we were promised by the Declaration of Independence, the
Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.
WE MUST TELL the World Court and the U.N. that WE REFUSE to accept this
horrible POLLUTION to the TRUE NESARA law! WE must DEMAND this
"Proposed Amendment" to the TRUE NESARA be ELIMINATED TOTALLY and
FOREVER!
Let's FIRE UP our PCs and TAKE OWNERSHIP of our TRUE NESARA which is the
world's people's passport to TRUE LIBERTY! TOGETHER, WE are VICTORIOUS and
we WILL get this horrible pollution REMOVED from OUR TRUE NESARA law!
