To IMF, World Court, White Knights, and U.N. Voting Members and Officials:

I've learned that SOMEONE recently changed all the time periods of the Non Disclosures (NDs) to SIX MONTHS. ARE you CRAZY?

Do YOU PEOPLE in charge have a CLUE about WHAT is happening on this planet? Let me spell it out for you who are in authority since you seem to be totally UNAWARE.

I'm told by the Forces' Intelligence Agents that the dark agenda are ALREADY USING their dark agenda intelligence technologies to track us and MANUFACTURE EVIDENCE to cause us to lose our funds by recording our phone conversations BEFORE FUNDING. They are using their technologies to create tapes of our BEFORE FUNDING phone conversations which they are ALREADY editing and they plan to put their revisions of our past phone conversations on the telephone system after we go to the bank so the Echelon or other SNOOPING technologies can be used to record these "manufactured phone conversations" and cause us to lose our funds.

I KNOW our people have been being recorded because they have called me about it and the Forces have also found PROOF these dark agenda activities. WHEN are you people, who are supposed to carrying out the GOOD improvements, going to STOP giving WEAPONS to our enemies? ANY ND is a weapon to be used against the Children of Light by the dark agenda and against NESARA and against YOU!

There are also OTHER THINGS the dark agenda have ALREADY put together to try to cause us to lose our funds. They are planning to put out FALSE emails from some of us, including Dove, with their dark agenda technologies and use these FALSE emails as proof that we have broken our NDs. They have already been doing this to try to discredit Dove and others who are telling TRUTH. I have written about this MANY times and YOU have ZERO excuse for allowing the dark agenda to ROB us of our funds by imposing any NDs at all.

I KNOW the dark agenda is using their technologies against us because the dark agenda CIA have been sending out emails that LOOK LIKE they came from Dove at times during the last few months. ALSO, the dark agenda CIA computer hackers have hacked into the Dove egroup database at Yahoo!Groups and have been POSTING messages which go into the Dove Pending File from which I have deleted these dark agenda computer hackers' messages. The Forces tell me the dark agenda CIA and other dark agenda computer hackers HAVE the TECHNOLOGY to create an email that has all the "ISP tracking details" to make it LOOK like it comes from Dove of O, OR from ANYONE else, and INSERT it into the Internet FROM ANYWHERE in the WORLD and make it look like it comes from ANYONE for whom the dark agenda wants to cause problems.

I will be FORCED to STOP SUPPORTING YOU White Knights during any Non Disclosure period because of the dark agenda CIA interference with my Dove Yahoo!Groups message posting.

There is ZERO way to for ANY of us to PROVE that we did NOT have a phone conversation or send an email or send a fax breaking our NDs because the dark agenda has all the HIGHLY sophisticated technology to MANUFACTURE this evidence against us.

This last WEEK, YOU White Knights discovered the dark agenda REVISED the content of some of your extremely crucial and ENCRYPTED faxes! HOW much more proof do you need that there is ZERO way to keep the dark agenda from FABRICATING PROOF against those of us in the prosperity programs?

Furthermore, I'm told by the Forces' Intelligence Agents the dark agenda have already begun to video tape us and then EDIT the video tapes with the current technology the dark agenda intelligence agencies have and make it LOOK like we broke our NDs. This also is very EASY for them to do. It's worth it to the dark agenda to do these things when EVERY ONE of us is worth more than Bill Gates' currently known wealth.

Again, I repeat: ARE YOU NUTS? There is ZERO way that YOU or anyone will be able to protect us against the dark agenda FABRICATING evidence against us! What YOU are doing by imposing ANY Non Disclosure period AT ALL is TANTAMOUNT to LEGAL NEGLIGENCE of your duties and you will be HELD RESPONSIBLE unless you REMOVE the NDs totally.

ARE YOU so NAÏVE that you are ignoring the OBVIOUS? YOU KNOW the dark agenda has all these technologies to alter phone calls, imitate our voices, alter video tapes, plant FALSE emails into the Internet, alter or send false faxes, AND to do MIND CONTROL on people to testify FALSELY about our breaking our NDs. YOU KNOW the dark agenda has used these ALL technologies!

WHY are you PRETENDING these things do not exist? Because YOU KNOW the dark agenda uses ALL these technologies, YOU are committing massive crimes against those of us in the prosperity programs by making us ALL SITTING DUCKS for the dark agenda if you impose ANY ND on us at all.

This dark agenda weapon of an UNNECESSARY Non Disclosure has ONLY ONE PURPOSE: to try to destroy all the hard work of NESARA and what PEOPLE around the world have been doing to bring forth world improvements in public REALITIES and PARADIGMS SHIFTS!

These shifts are absolutely ESSENTIAL NOW or YOU and we will LACK OXYGEN to breath in a very few years!

I understand that Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain is informing ALL of you in VERY SPECIFIC TERMS that you have made a HUGE ERROR. He is ready to do whatever it takes to rectify this HUGE error of imposing any NDs whatsoever!

I suggest EVERYONE who UNDERSTANDS why it's important we have ZERO NDs immediately contact their contacts at the IMF, the World Court, top White Knights, and officials and voting members of the U.N. to DEMAND the REMOVAL of all NDs immediately!

I'm asking KOS and the Navy Seals and others, who are the true backbone of getting NESARA implemented, to CALL everyone in position to help get this changed and DEMAND the NDs get REMOVED TOTALLY. All of YOU take-action White Knights KNOW about these technologies that the dark agenda uses - you MUST USE your influence to DEMAND ZERO NDs.

The ONLY thing you at the IMF, who have imposed these NDs, are doing is HELPING the dark agenda to destroy everything you White Knights have worked to accomplish. YOU NEED ALL the SUPPORT you can get and you are CUTTING your OWN THROATS by any NDs at all!

My STRONG REQUEST is that you REMOVE the NDs TOTALLY and put in ADDITIONAL funding instructions to address your concerns such as that people must take a FEW days, no more than a week, to REVIEW their funding requirements before using more than, for example $10,000, of their funds. This will hopefully ENCOURAGE people to READ and study their instructions during the week after their funding appointment. Use the FUNDING INSTRUCTIONS to get what you want and ask for OUR COOPERATION on things you have concern about, rather than using an ND. MOST of us will gladly COOPERATE if you ask us.

YOU have proof of this willingness for us to cooperate because at times you have asked, NOT ORDERED through an ND, for people's cooperation on keeping the details of their prosperity deliveries quiet. I'm told OVER 80% of the people COOPERATED with this REQUEST. This is proof most of us will cooperate if you ASK for our help.

The dark agenda BANKERS have tried over and over to HARM the world for centuries. These bankers DESERVE ZERO consideration. I understand the bankers claim that if WE TALK about receiving our great wealth, the other people not in the programs will get angry because they missed the programs. THIS is PURE GARBAGE. The bankers have ALWAYS used this LIE to scare you. What a lot of fertilizer.

ALL you have to do is ANNOUNCE the NEW prosperity programs right after NESARA and tell people HOW to sign up and EXPLAIN that there have been some test groups of these prosperity programs in the past. GIVE our PEOPLE their SIGN UP options SOON after NESARA and that will take care of it. Our people will be JUBILANT with their debt forgiveness and end to income taxes and tyranny of the government and the old banking systems.

The NDs have ZERO VALUE because YOU will NEVER be able to know FOR CERTAIN whether any evidence showing prosperity members breaking the ND is TRUE evidence or MANUFACTURED by the dark agenda. Your ONLY LEGAL and ETHICAL option is to REMOVE the NDs totally. The NDs ONLY benefit the dark agenda and should be TOTALLY removed!

IF you impose ANY NDs on us at all, after seeing the PROOF being given to YOU today that the dark agenda has already FABRICATED evidence AGAINST US, then YOU NEED to be FOREVER REMOVED from power because you are TOO IRRESPONSIBLE to hold any power whatsoever.

The Forces' Intelligence Agents are giving you ALL details you need to make the RIGHT decision and remove the NDs TOTALLY. WAKE UP NOW and REMOVE the NDs totally. There is ZERO way for YOU to know whether any evidence showing we broke our NDs is TRUE! The NDs serve ZERO purpose except to HELP the dark agenda.

I'm asking the World Court and IMF to REMOVE all NDs immediately. If they fail, I'm asking the U.N. voting members and/or officials to order the REMOVAL of all the NDs immediately!
