In the news today, we are seeing the PRE-NESARA MEDIA WARM UP. The headlines that "Bush Knew" about a hijacked planes plot before September is the White Knights' way of getting a little TRUTH out to the public to get ready for NESARA's requirement that the Bush administration resign.

I was told months ago that the 9/11 attacks were hastily planned and carried out by the actions of a small group of CIA personnel. When the Bush administration realized how close NESARA was to announcement last July, this small CIA group of about 100 people were told to do a project that would stop NESARA as well as give the Bush gang an excuse to go to war in the Middle East. Remember, Bush government officials were QUOTED in JULY 2001 as saying that the U.S. would be in a war in Afghanistan by October 2001; this QUOTE was included in a British Broadcasting Corp. - BBC - report and has been VERIFIED by other sources.

There was ZERO REASON for the U.S. to go to war in Afghanistan BEFORE September 11th. In fact, on Sunday, September 9th, in a closed session of Congress, the White Knights were successful in getting the House and Senate to pass two major resolutions: 1) a resolution APPROVING the secret NESARA Law; 2) a "mass resignations" resolution which backed up the personal resignations each member of Congress had signed in August 2001. The White Knights had worked hard in September to get these resolutions passed and after tremendous stalling by Congress, FINALLY achieved this on Sunday, September 9th. The passing of these resolutions were the LAST steps before NESARA could be announced. The White Knights did some final preparations for NESARA on September 10th. I learned right after the 9/11 attacks, that NESARA was due to be announced in Washington, D.C. at 11 a.m. EDT on September 11, 2001, by Alan Greenspan and our Lady White Knight of Justice.

The Bush gang had originally planned to have another crisis occur in early October, I'm told, in order to create a reason to go to war in Afghanistan on behalf of the big oil companies. The big oil companies had desperately pursued trying to get the oil pipeline through Afghanistan by various methods for years; this is WELL documented. The big oil companies had been unable to get the Taliban to agree to the pipeline, so as has happened too many times in the past, our military were illegally used against another country for the benefit of big business.

The Bush gang could not, however, send our military into Afghanistan without a good reason because WE AMERICANS dislike illegal military aggression and we would refuse to support such an action strictly for "business" purposes. Therefore, we had to be tricked into believing there was a reason to attack another country. Hence, the Bush gang's CIA stooges came up with the 9/11 attacks and this scenario gave them a way to stop NESARA's announcement.

Because this was a RUSH job, due to the progress the White Knights made with NESARA in July and August, there are many GLARING weaknesses in the CIA's 9/11 attacks plot that have begun to come to light. The fact that there was ZERO Boeing commercial airliner that hit the Pentagon is one of the lies that has begun to come out. The Pentagon was hit by a small plane loaded with explosives which hit the part of the Pentagon where the White Knights had their new communications center used to coordinate support for the NESARA Announcement.

I'm told that the WHOLE TRUTH will come out after NESARA. Right now, however, the current media news is a WARM UP to make the public REALIZE the Bush administration KNEW something about 9/11 ahead of time and THIS will help the public to understand WHY the RESIGNATIONS of the Bush administration are necessary.

Although Bush, Jr. and Bush, Senior, and others have been the "public" figures carrying out the dark agenda, there have always been people higher in the dark agenda who are the true controllers of the world. I'm told that there are 13 levels of hierarchy in the dark agenda worldwide hierarchy and most government heads are in the 9th level of the hierarchy. This means that there are about 8 levels of dark agenda hierarchy ABOVE Bush, Jr., and above Tony Blair and above Putin and the other leaders of countries. The leaders of the world's countries are MANIPULATED by those in the higher levels of the dark agenda hierarchy.

I ENCOURAGE Bush, Jr. and Bush, Senior, and Clinton, Blair, Putin, and others to HELP bring the TRUTH to our world's people about HOW the world has been controlled for many years by a hidden dark agenda hierarchy. Ultimately, we ALL must KNOW the TRUTH about the ancient controllers who have controlled Earth Humans for thousands of years. When we know this truth, we can go beyond "blame" and ALL of us realize we are "in this together" and DO OUR PARTS to end the manipulations and work TOGETHER to bring forth Heaven on Earth for ALL PEOPLE and ALL LIFE here on Earth.

As for what would have happened regarding our prosperity programs "IF" NESARA had been announced on September 11, 2001, the situation would have been different from what we are seeing now. If NESARA had been announced last September, I'm told we in the prosperity programs under the World Trust would have received some of our "GRIEVANCE Money" when we received our prosperity delivery shortly after NESARA's announcement if the announcement had happened on September 11.

I'm told the Grievance Money is a DIFFERENT POT of money which we in SOME of the prosperity programs are receiving. This is because SOME of our programs STARTED the funding process years ago and our money has been sitting in certain U.S. banks for many months drawing interest and being used by the banks to make money for the banks. Certain dark agenda U.S. and offshore bankers have helped to cause delays and keep us from receiving our money, therefore we are receiving GRIEVANCE Money from the BIG FINES that have been assessed against these banks who have helped delay our funding. The Grievance Money is NOT under the requirements of the World Trust because the Grievance Money comes from a LEGAL FINE imposed on the banks that have helped cause delays and has DIFFERENT funding rules from our prosperity programs rules.

I'm told "IF" we had had NESARA LAST September 2001, we in the 31 prosperity programs under the World Trust would have received our prosperity delivery soon after NESARA and would have gone to the bank and begun receiving some of our "Grievance Money", not our prosperity programs money. We would only be able to receive our "Grievance Money" last September because the World Trust requirements as of year 2000 required that the World Trust and it's related trusts and 31 programs could only begin funding at Christmas or Easter. It was planned that the World Trust's requirements allowing funding at Christmas would have been carried out in 2001 and by the time all the paperwork and funds transfers were completed, we would probably have begun to receive access to our big PROSPERITY PROGRAM FUNDS, (which are a DIFFERENT POT of money with DIFFERENT funding rules from the Grievance Money) in January 2002.

Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain and the White Knights have KEPT the current EASTER 2002 FUNDING WINDOW OPEN for our prosperity programs. When we receive our deliveries and funding now, those of us in the 31 programs under the World Trust will have access to BOTH POTS of money - some of our Grievance Money and some of our prosperity programs funds. I'm told our total funding of both pots of money will come to us in PHASES over the next few years.

Yes, ALL people who are FOREIGN CITIZENS LIVING in the U.S. and who are receiving prosperity program deliveries in the U.S. WILL RECEIVE their prosperity deliveries and funding in the U.S., just like U.S. citizens in the programs. YES, there will be THREE delivery attempts made and communications with you about HOW you can obtain your delivery if you are not there when the delivery is attempted. Also for twelve months after mass deliveries, there will be extensive research to FIND people so delivery can be made. Recent address changes are obtained from Postal authorities and made almost DAILY to the prosperity program recipients' envelopes so that the most recent addresses are on our envelopes.

I'm told there are at least TWO additional steps being taken to ensure that people on the official funding lists do receive their deliveries and funding. One process involves an 800 number we will receive at the bank with STRICT instructions about how to help others who might have been missed in deliveries. Another process involves some kind of very PUBLIC NOTICE that will enable people who might have been missed to claim their prosperity. I'm told the White Knights will keep SEARCHING for prosperity recipients for TWELVE MONTHS to be sure that everyone on the official funding lists DOES receive their funding. The money for EACH prosperity program recipient is HELD in EACH recipient's NAME and is ONLY AVAILABLE to THAT person. EACH recipient has his or her OWN POT of prosperity funds that are TOTALLY SEPARATE from anyone else's funds and the funds will be HELD for each recipient until the recipient is found and can do his/her account activation and claim the funds.

This is NOT NOT NOT a situation where someone else might get to "one pot of money" ahead of you and then there will not be any money left for you. THAT is a VERY ignorant idea. EACH prosperity RECIPIENT has his/her OWN BANK ACCOUNT ALREADY SET UP with FUNDS in it and those FUNDS will sit there and be held for EACH prosperity RECIPIENT totally separate from anyone else's funds. Folks, this is a LEGAL money distribution requiring that EACH PERSON receives his or her money. This is NOT one big pot of money - we ALL have OUR OWN personal accounts with POTS of money that are SEPARATE from anyone else's accounts and pots of money.

I was asked if OTHER COUNTRIES are also receiving DEBT FORGIVENESS like we are in the United States. The answer is YES YES YES! I'm told that most countries in the world, whose people extensively use LOANS from banking and financial institutions such as we do in the U.S., will have their own credit card and mortgage debts forgiveness. I'm told that most countries in Europe, also the U.K. including Canada, Australia, and New Zealand will probably be announcing their own debt forgiveness within a month of announcing their new banking and currency improvements. These countries should be announcing their banking and currency improvements within a week of the NESARA Announcement.

Also I'm told that other countries such as Japan and some other countries in Asia, some countries of Central and South America, and MANY other countries will also have some kinds of debt forgiveness similar to what we are receiving in the U.S. Most of these countries will announce this within the next six months after NESARA. There are MANY ripple effects of NESARA that benefit the whole world and this is one of those ripple effects.

There are other ripple effects of NESARA also, such as the TOTAL REMOVAL of the erroneously named "Patriot Act" which should be called the "GESTAPO ACT". Yes, it's true that we should see Bush, Jr. leaving the country for some foreign destinations very soon. I'm told it is part of the requirements for the federal government improvements of NESARA that Bush be OUT of the country at the time of NESARA's announcement. We will see a taped resignation by Bush, Jr., I'm told.

"President Bush and his top advisers were informed by the CIA early last August that terrorists associated with Osama bin Laden had discussed the possibility of hijacking airplanes, according to reliable sources.

The information, given to Bush as part of his daily intelligence report, lacked specific details about how the terrorist plans would be carried out, the sources said. The White House said last night that law enforcement agencies were quietly placed on alert as a result of the intelligence.

White House spokesman Ari Fleischer confirmed that Bush had been told about the possibility of hijackings but he declined to say what had been revealed during his intelligence briefings.."

"Members of the United States Congress have demanded to know whether the government was given enough information to head off the 11 September attacks. Their comments come after the White House acknowledged that President Bush was told a month before 11 September of a plot to hijack American planes by Osama Bin Laden. Senate Majority leader Tom Daschle, a Democrat, said he was "gravely concerned", and asked President Bush to hand over to congress all the information he received."
