Hello Dear Friends,
There is a fellow named David Wynn Miller who has been giving people ways to
deal with problems involving STATUTORY LAW - this is the kind of law which
we live under in the U.S. since 1933 when we were taken OUT of
Constitutional Law.
David Wynn Miller proposes that you use two colons ":" and a
hyphen " - " in your legal name in order to have some kind of
protection under STATUTORY LAW. An example below which I copied from Mr.
Miller's website shows that a name using this kind of punctuation makes the
name look like: " :Jason-Brian: Zellmer "
My research with TOP experts in the legalities of our funding indicates that
IF you sign or use this punctuation in your legal signature, YOU MUST
ALREADY HAVE LEGALLY CHANGED YOUR NAME IN a valid COURT from your regular
name to your NEW name which includes the two colons and the hyphen. Adding
two colons and a hyphen CHANGES the spelling of your name, Folks, and that
means that you have to show legal proof this is your LEGAL name. Otherwise,
it is NOT your LEGAL name.
I'm told that if you go to the bank and try to sign your funding documents
with a signature which includes the two colons and hyphen, the bankers will
ask you to show LEGAL PROOF that this is your LEGAL name. Unless you have
some legal documentation, such as a "legally authorized name change
order" from a valid court of your state/country, you will not be
allowed to receive your funds using this kind of name or signature.
Unfortunately, I notice that Mr. Miller's website FAILS to mention that if
you add the colons and hyphen to your name, you may need to do a LEGAL name
change for it to be your new official name.
I'm told that some people in the prosperity programs have tried to sign for
their funding using the two colons and the hyphen in their names. In most
cases, these people HAD NOT DONE a legal name change, I'm told; therefore,
they signed with an ILLEGAL signature and this was grounds for them to lose
their funds.
If you are going to use the two colons and the hyphen, you BETTER do a LEGAL
NAME CHANGE first and take your legal order documentation authorizing your
name change with you to the bank to PROVE that the two colons and hyphen are
part of your LEGAL name.
Folks, from what I've seen, Mr. Miller is attempting to help people with
problems in the STATUTORY LAW VENUE. Mr. Miller's entire work is based on
getting around problems in STATUTORY LAW.
However, NESARA takes us OUT of "Statutory Law" and puts us BACK
INTO CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. Constitutional Law is VERY different and is based
on "common law". We TOTALLY LACK the need to use the colons and
hyphen in our names under Constitutional Law. If you doubt what I'm saying,
then take a look at how people signed the Declaration of Independence and
the Constitution. ZERO signatures of the signers of the Constitution or the
Declaration of Independence have any "colons" or
"hyphens" in the signatures.
Folks, when in doubt, use common sense to make your decisions on these kinds
of things. OBVIOUSLY, since the SIGNERS of the Constitution WERE THE EXPERTS
on Constitutional Law, HOW they signed their own signatures tells us that
colons and hyphens are NOT part of Constitutional Law in any way.
Also, I have to tell you that although Mr. Miller's work and way of
"RE-INTERPRETING" the meanings of words may be helpful in some
situations, I doubt it has any usefulness to us in any way after NESARA.
Also, I personally DISAGREE ONE MILLION PERCENT with Mr. Miller's PERSONAL
defining of the word "AMERICA". Mr. Miller's WARPED definition of
the word "America" has ZERO BASIS IN FACT IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER.
I had years of experience as a language major LONG before I studied business
and computers, Friends. I studied Latin, French, and German, as well as
English. Although Mr. Miller may be trying to HELP people, WE ALL NEED TO BE
VERY CAREFUL to AVOID taking as "gospel" his PERSONAL definitions
of words.
In other words, just because Mr. Miller tells you that "red" is
now really "blue", AVOID BELIEVING it as "truth".
This research does bring up one VALID point however. There is a UNIVERSAL
LANGUAGE which can be expressed in TONES and which we interpret as
"sounds". Someday, we will have this TRUE universal language
reintroduced on Earth.
I hope this helps clarify the proper way to SIGN our signatures for our
deliveries and our funding documents. Mr. Miller's website is noted below; this link takes you to the page where the two colons and hyphen in a person's name are discussed. http://dwmlc.com/aboutus.html:Jason-Brian: Zellmer |
