Today’s Dove Report discusses why NESARA must reform America; current progress, and how you can help.
NESARA - NEW AMERICAN REVOLUTION
In 1776, a small percentage of the colonists living in colonies on the East Coast of America took action to remove the tyranny of King George from America. Only FOUR PERCENT of the colonists actually began the American Revolution; this fact of “four percent” has been well documented.
Margaret Meade, a famous anthropologist stated: “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
The first American Revolution proved Margaret Mead’s point: 96% of the colonists in America did NOT participate in starting the American Revolution. This means that the vast MAJORITY of Americans were NOT involved.
There are ALWAYS only a small number of people who begin a change that results in improving the world. Sometimes, it is only ONE person. Gandhi taught us that one person can begin a revolution and can do so using peaceful means, not violence. Rosa Parks refused to take a seat at the back of the bus and is called the mother of civil rights.
Mrs. Parks practiced a philosophy she called “Quiet Strength”: “Quiet Strength incorporates life skills which demonstrate dignity with pride, courage with perseverance and power with discipline in a comfortable environment of peace.” http://www.rosaparks.org/
I call the people who bring world improvements the “Advance Team”. They are people whose hearts compel them to take action to improve life on Earth. They are visionaries who see how the world can be improved and they see ways to accomplish the improvements. They are independent thinkers who do NOT agree with the ‘status quo’ because they SEE how the status quo is harming people and the Earth.
As Margaret Mead taught, changing the world often takes 20 years or more to accomplish, therefore the visionaries must also be COMMITTED. Commitment, dedication, creativity, and perseverance are required to bring forth world improvements.
Since 1933 when former US President Franklin Roosevelt arbitrarily and stealthily took the USA out of Constitutional Law, there have been small groups of committed Americans who have worked behind the scenes and dedicated their lives to RESTORING Constitutional Law. Most of these people are not publicly known. Some of them will be Presenters of the NESARA Announcement and will tell the world of their past actions.
The FACT that world change is begun by a SMALL group of people has been proven over and over again in history. Our NESARA Law Task Force is part of the relatively small group of determined Americans continuing to make progress in the actions needed to carry NESARA to public announcement.
For those of you who are new to NESARA, the NESARA Law provides the following:
1. Restores Constitutional Law in America as of NESARA’s public announcement.
2. Removes US administration officials and all members of the US Congress from their positions due to their continuous unconstitutional actions. Bush, Cheney, Cabinet members, and all members of Congress are immediately removed from office by NESARA’s public announcement; specific law enforcement personnel shall physically remove Bush government officials from their offices. These removals allow a fresh start at the national level. Using the Constitutional Line of Succession, NESARA installs Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new federal elections can take place within six months after NESARA’s announcement.
3. Because NESARA abolishes unconstitutional states of emergency, NESARA’s public announcement declares “peace”. US military in Iraq and Afghanistan are immediately recalled to the USA.
4. As partial remedy for 90 years of government and banking fraud, NESARA requires zeroing out of credit card balances and bank debt relief be given to Americans.
5. Initiates the US Treasury Bank System with new U.S. Treasury currency backed by gold. The Federal Reserve is abolished; Federal Reserve facilities and most personnel are absorbed into the US Treasury Bank System.
6. Abolishes Income Taxes in US and creates a national sales tax on new, non-essential items as revenue for government. Essential items such as food and medicine, and used items, are exempt from the sales tax.
NESARA improves the government, banking, and legal systems in America to once again SERVE the PEOPLE under Constitutional Law! Every single person on the planet benefits from NESARA directly or by ripple effect.
INTERNATIONAL RIPPLE EFFECTS OF THE NESARA LAW
* Other major banking systems worldwide are expected to announce their currencies are backed by precious metals within months after NESARA’s announcement.
* Income taxes expected to be phased out in all countries.
* Bank debt relief expected to be given to people in many countries.
* World Peace begins.
* NESARA opens doors to advanced energy technologies, much needed cures for diseases, advanced technologies and processes to clean up pollution, and new prosperity resources which will eradicate poverty, homelessness, hunger, and make life better for every person on Earth.
EXPOSES AFTER NESARA ANNOUNCEMENT
Some of the greatest benefits from NESARA’s Announcement will be the mandatory requirements for specified persons to hold press conferences and tell the world:
* TRUTH regarding the Bush government ordering and carrying out 9-11;
* TRUTH about how AIDs was purposefully developed and spread;
* TRUTH about CURES already existing for most health problems;
* TRUTH re: Concentration camps for Americans;
* TRUTH behind the Federal Reserve, the 1929 stock market crash, and many other economic attacks upon the world;
* TRUTH will cause the Illuminati / New World Order worldwide organization to be fully exposed, legally prosecuted, and financially dismantled;
* TRUTH about Chem Trails will be exposed; Chem Trails will be shut down immediately after NESARA’s announcement;
* TRUTH about the US Military’s HAARP weather control system CAUSING the Katrina Hurricane which was directed to New Orleans on orders from the Bush government;
* TRUTH about the multi-national corporations who buy politicians and control governments to increase their profits;

* TRUTH about the CIA’s Nazi founders serving the Illuminati; NESARA requires the dismantling of CIA to stop harmful actions around the world;
* TRUTH about fraudulent election systems and rigged elections in USA;
* TRUTH about fraud, high treason, and stealing by governments’ officials from government funds;
* MANY other TRUTHS will be exposed to free the world’s people from the lies which bind them, create wars, and destroy life.
NESARA BRINGS PROSPERITY and PEACE
Immediately after NESARA is announced, our US military in Iraq and Afghanistan will be recalled to the USA. The Bush government unlawfully attacked Iraq for the oil; restoring Constitutional Law requires the US military to INSTANTLY CEASE all aggressive actions against other countries. All US aggressive military actions will CEASE as of NESARA’s announcement.
NESARA’s announcement will include a discussion of the fraud and robbery committed against all Americans by the PRIVATELY OWNED, Illuminati-owned, Federal Reserve Bank and System. Legally, past US governments have been collaborators in the Federal Reserve’s fraud and robbery. Therefore, NESARA requires the US government to make FINANCIAL REDRESS PAYMENTS to those who have suffered from the actions of the Federal Reserve System.
In the year after NESARA’s announcement, Americans who are 21 years of age or older will be instructed to register for financial redress compensation from the US federal government. The financial redress compensation will be distributed to Americans beginning 18 – 24 months after NESARA’s announcement. The financial redress payments will be paid out MONTLY over TEN YEARS and will make every eligible American very prosperous and essentially, independently wealthy.
However, with these great benefits there come RESPONSIBILITIES. All eligible Americans will be REQUIRED to attend financial management and planning courses designed specifically to educate them in handling their new wealth. There will be LITERACY requirements which will be aimed at ensuring ALL who receive the financial redress payments have the ability to read and write at high school level ability. There will be literacy courses and supplementary income provided to those attending literacy courses so they may qualify for receiving the financial damages payments.
There will be a requirement that all who receive financial redress payments must SPEAK and WRITE ENGLISH. One of the great disadvantages for people who speak only Spanish, for example, is that they are LEFT OUT. They must rely on “translators” for their information. They must rely on Spanish television or radio to tell them the truth in the news. They cannot function in the rest of the American community because they are hampered by their lack of speaking and understanding English.
Every immigrant group who has ever come to America has been required to learn English so they could BE PART of America and not be left out or be easy to swindle because they do not speak English. As part of preparing for the financial redress payments, ALL Americans will be REQUIRED to speak and write English. This will be mandatory. It will also enable ALL Americans to be able to communicate with each other. We are going to NEED to communicate clearly; we have HUGE TASKS ahead of us that REQUIRE we must have the advantages of communicating in the same language so no one is left behind.
There is a requirement that ALL who receive financial damages payments BE WORTHY of receiving these payments and be able to manage the funds properly. The financial redress payments will NOT be made to those who would throw away the money on drugs or alcohol or other actions which are harmful. We need a nation of STRONG and intelligent people who can lift themselves up and then go out and help lift up the world.
There are already funds in existence which technically belong to the US Treasury, which are enormous and currently being misused by corrupt individuals and organizations. NESARA will rescue these funds and utilize the funds for NESARA’s improvements. When I discovered these tremendous funds, I again saw how NESARA is utilized in the Divine Plan for Earth. The funds already exist and are growing. NESARA must be announced for these funds to be redirected to benefit the world.

In all world change processes, there are KEY times and events. In the last few weeks, actions ultimately benefiting NESARA have been proceeding; these CURRENT actions are KEY to NESARA moving forward to announcement. The current processes benefiting NESARA are HELPED by YOUR prayers, meditations, and energy work in support of NESARA; please continue to include NESARA in your prayers, meditations, and energy work.
Although I cannot tell you the details due to security concerns, YOUR prayers, meditations, and energy work focusing on NESARA do give additional energy to the actions now in process. Because NESARA is part of the uplifting Divine Plan for Earth and will provide WORLDWIDE benefits, we DO have HELP from “Angels” who are directing your prayer, meditation, and energy work energies TO EXACTLY the times, people, and situations involved in moving NESARA forward.
I have seen the power of your prayers, meditations, and energy work in a very personal way. At 7:34 PM Pacific on Monday, October 9, 2006, I put out a Dove Report asking for prayers, meditations, and energy work to help my Mother. My Mother had gone into congestive heart failure due to a serious infection related to having the flu. She was in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit fighting for her life. While my sister stayed with our Mother, I came home for a few hours and sent out a Dove Report requesting your prayers, meditations, and energy work for my Mother. Then I went back to the hospital and stayed with my Mother in her room.
About 4 AM Pacific on Tuesday, October 10th, my Mother began to quietly laugh in her sleep. She smiled, she quietly laughed, and she seemed to become much more peaceful. She improved so much from 4 AM to 7 AM the nurses commented it was like she was a new person; it was as though someone had thrown a switch. She improved by leaps and bounds in the following 12 hours. She was very energized, happy, got out of bed and proceeded to straighten up the hospital room. She spoke of wishing she could do some cooking; she was more energetic and happier than I had seen her in a very long time. I KNEW it was YOUR prayers, meditations, and energy work which were LIFTING HER and ENERGIZING her tremendously; that was a key turnaround point in her recovery from a life threatening condition.
