Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
I will be doing the telephone conference call tonight from 6 - 9 PM PACIFIC time - 3 hours - ( 9 PM - Midnight EASTERN). I will be discussing many more things about this process of getting NESARA done than what I discussed before and giving a comprehensive review of HOW things actually get done, not MYTH, and NOT wishful thinking; I will be discussing “reality”.
Here are the procedures that make the conference call successful:
1. NO SPEAKER PHONES can be used on the conference call because there is no way to "mute" most of these devices. It's very hard to hear people ask questions if others on the line are talking to people in their home or have a speak phone on and then everyone hears their television playing and their conversation with others in the home.
2. Muting your phone is done by entering a code on your telephone key pad - *6 - or in some areas it might be #6 - call your telephone customer support office and find out what you have to use to "mute" and "unmute" your telephone before you get on the conference call.
3. To "unmute", it is usually just entering the same code you used to mute - *6, for example. The *6 acts like an ON and OFF button.
4. If you have a mute button on your telephone, use it the same way - it is an ON and OFF button to turn muting ON and then turn it OFF.
5. When we open up the line to questions, Carol the moderator, asks for people from a specific time zone in the US and then from other countries if they have questions and then those people "unmute" their phones to ask their question -- it gets noisy then but if people do it right, it's very manageable.
6. After the question is asked, then the person must "mute" their phone again.
7. The conference call is from 6 PM PACIFIC (9 PM EASTERN) to 9 PM PACIFIC (12 Midnight Eastern). There are 1,000 lines for this call and will be 1,000 lines for the January 6, 2006 Conference Call as well.
Carol has been doing these conference calls for over a year and she does many 1,000 line calls - but because some people who read the Dove Reports on the internet did not follow the rules, it caused a lot of extra noise on the conference call.
Carol required everyone to CALL HER this week to "register" and it puts a terrible burden on her to have that many calls coming in but she did it so she could tell people the rules and make them realize they MUST follow these simple rules. One or two inconsiderate people can make the conference call much less beneficial for everyone.
NESARA will save BILLIONS of lives as I will discuss in detail tonight. The conference calls need to be as effective as possible for the sake of NESARA and that's why I am doing the conference calls - NESARA NEEDS HELP and this is one more way to get the crucial help for NESARA.
Today I also spoke with Ted Gunderson who was the FBI Special Agent in Charge of 700 FBI agents in all of California and I will be discussing the information he gave me tonight. He has spoken about 9-11 being an inside job and has a wealth of info about the TRUTH of what is happening in the USA in these critical times and in the past 20 years or more. Ted will be speaking on the NESARA Conference Call on January 6, 2006 and I will discuss this again in the next Dove Report.
My thanks to those of you who are helping to make contact with investors. There actually is a “spot” 5-day investment process which are currently running and will only be shut down from December 25th through January 1st or 2nd. The minimum for this investment process is $100M USD and payout is right after the five-days of transactions; return is 300% on this and paid out very quickly after the 5-days are completed. Funds stay in investor’s total control in investor’s bank account. This is a nice way for someone to get introduced to these lucrative investments as they see results very quickly.

Currently I am developing the entire NESARA Operational Plan which encompasses all actions needed to get NESARA fixed and announced. This is a big part of ensuring all necessary actions are covered and our actions to improve NESARA and move NESARA to announcement are TOTALLY SUCCESSFUL!
While most people are celebrating the holidays, I’m focusing on the NESARA Operational Plan and efforts to develop funds to buy NESARA’s gold. Due to the Holiday activities most of you are not going to be paying much attention to the internet or the conference calls. Therefore, I am going to dedicate my time and energy from tomorrow, December 17th to the first week in January 2006 full-time on the NESARA Operational Plan and making contacts for the funding for NESARA’s gold. My next Dove Report will be sometime between Jan. 1 and Jan. 6, 2006. My next NESARA Conference Call will be January 6, 2006.
