Hello Dear Friends and White Knights,
This week’s Dove Report is delayed because currently I am involved in activities for NESARA which are requiring nearly all my time. I will not be on a normal schedule again until around the middle of December. I’ve asked our www.NESARA.US webmaster to take over the adding and deleting of email addresses on the Dove mailing list and to send the Dove Reports to you until my schedule returns to normal. I will do my best to ensure next week’s Dove Report is posted on Saturday or Sunday.
Hundreds of thousands of people worldwide support NESARA’s announcement and implementation. We are extremely fortunate that certain of these people worldwide have their own sources of information and have been able to confirm NESARA for themselves. Many of the people who support NESARA have very strong desires to help bring about world peace and world improvements for all people everywhere.
The Internet has played an important part in connecting those of us who envision a much better world. We envision a world where all people live in peace and have the benefit of living with ample food, shelter, health services, education, prosperity, high wisdom and spiritual understandings, have the freedom to act upon their unique pursuits of happiness; and a world where we heal the damage humans have done to our planet and nature as we restore our beautiful planet to Her optimal good health and beauty.
For many years, certain of us carrying this high vision of the future of people and the world have felt very alone. We often could not find each other. We were part of families and circles of friends who did not understand our desire to heal our planet and uplift the lives of all people and nature. Then we began to find others of like-mind. As each year comes and goes, we now find more and more people around the world who feel and think as we do.
Your emails, letters, and telephone calls have shown me there are many truly good-hearted people in the world. I feel very privileged to make your acquaintance and to be able to see that each year there are more and more of us with like-minds who are finding each other. Many of you also state your strong desire to take action and directly help in improving the world for all. The days are coming, my friends, when each of us will have the opportunity to step forward and take direct actions to uplift and improve our world. This is the time that actions must be taken to handle important matters related to NESARA and then bring NESARA to announcement immediately. Others of like-mind also see this is the time we must move forward.
Although due to security reasons, I am not able to tell you about the activities I’m doing on behalf of us all, I can tell you that I am communicating with certain very good-hearted people who support NESARA and our shared high vision of a much better world in the future. As I continue making progress in the actions needed to bring about NESARA’s announcement, more and more people, in the right positions and having the right abilities to help move NESARA forward, are coming onboard to contribute to the highly important mission of NESARA’s announcement.
There have been and continue to be groups who are fighting to keep NESARA from being announced. There is a well-organized process being moved forward by political leaders and leaders multi-national corporations including banks, war industries, pharmaceuticals, and others to bring the entire world under martial law and a “one world order” of their design where they are the elite who control all things and everyone else are slaves. Some people refer to these people as being part of the military-industrial complex; the “military-industrial complex” basically means the corporations and organizations which benefit from war. US President Eisenhower warned the world and America when he left office that the biggest threat to the world was the “military-industrial complex”.
There’s another name for those who are part of the military-industrial complex and it’s the name the leaders call themselves: the Illuminati. There are 13 families at the top of the worldwide Illuminati organization and most are members of the world’s big banking dynasties as well as certain “royal” families. What we are seeing regarding the current downward spiral of the US dollar is due to a manipulation of the US dollar by the European Illuminati leaders.
These leaders are paying millions of Euro in bribes to the top government officials and heads of the banking systems of India and China to induce them to reduce China’s and India’s reserves of US Dollars and buy the Euro, which in turn increases the value of the Euro and decreases the value of the US Dollar. Do not ever think that these kinds of major shifts in the value of currencies are "by accident"; there is a carefully planned, major manipulation underway.
You might be interested to know that the Rockefeller/Bush American Illuminati group and the European Illuminati leaders have been and are in high conflict over the future of America. Although it is Bush Jr's assignment to weaken the American economy and cause major economic damage to Americans' lives and money, his father, Bush Senior refuses to follow the European Illuminati dictate that the USA go down in complete and total economic devastation to the point the USA is practically a "third-world country".
The European Illuminati are very jealous and envious of America and the comprehensive strength of America. They are jealous that America does the greatest amount of innovation in the world, particularly in electronics and advanced technologies. The European Illuminati live in Europe and are extremely elitist in their viewpoints. They believe they are the "kings" of the world and everyone else is a lower class, including the American Illuminati families of Rockefeller, DuPont, Vanderbilt, (JP) Morgan, etc. To the European Illuminati, everyone else on the planet belongs to a lower class. The ordinary people are considered slaves and chattel to be used.
Bush Senior told the European Illuminati to their faces about six months ago, "You are dinosaurs in an age of space travel. Your ignorant belief that the "piddly" [means small and lacking in power] European Union is in any way capable of implementing the One World Plan is ridiculous."
In the American Illuminati, Bush Senior (George Herbert Walker Bush) manages the Illuminati actions to move the One World [Order] plan forward. Bush’s years as a leader in the CIA hierarchy gave him a great education for planning and carrying out secret operations to control nations, wars, and economic systems. Barbara Bush, his wife, is of the Rockefeller lineage and this is how the link between the two families was made. Bush Senior wishes to be the supreme Illuminati leader in the world and believes he is the best one to bring about the Illuminati’s plans to enslave the world’s people.
There are actions in process, as I mentioned last week, to reverse the downward spiral of the US dollar. The US dollar is used as the standard currency of exchange between countries for most commercial transactions and the current downward spiral is hurting many countries. Many middle-level Illuminati officials of governments and central banking systems around the world do not agree with the top European Illuminati’s current effort to drive the value of the US dollar down. Some of these people and others are involved in a process to lift the value of the US dollar in the near future. It’s strange to see these people help the US dollar but at this point, it benefits them to do so.
NESARA’s announcement begins the end of the Illuminati’s power in America. NESARA’s reformations remove top Illuminati from our US government, Congress, and US Supreme Court, as well as abolishing the Illuminati’s Federal Reserve Banking.

Leadership
Svali: "The national [USA] council [consists of] influential bankers with OLD money such as: The Rockefellers, the Mellon family, the Carnegie family, the Rothschild family etc. I know I shouldn't name names, but I will.
The "Supreme World Council" is already set up as a prototype of the one that will rule when the NWO comes into being. It meets on a regular basis to discuss finances, direction, policy, etc. and to problem-solve difficulties that come up. Once again, these leaders are heads in the financial world, OLD banking money. The Rothschild family in England, and in France, have ruling seats. A descendant of the Hapsburg dynasty has a generational seat. A descendant of the ruling families of England and France have a generational seat. The Rockefeller family in the US holds a seat.
This is one reason that the Illuminati have been pretty "untouchable" over the years. The ruling members are very, very, very wealthy and powerful. I hope this information is helpful. How do I know this? I was on a local leadership council (a head trainer), but I talked to those on regional. Also, every Illuminati child is taught who their "leaders" are, and told to take an oath of allegiance to them and the "New Order to come"."
Royalty
Svali: "The Illuminati leadership state that they are descended from royal bloodlines, as well as unbroken occult heritage. See, there were two definitions of "royalty" used. Open royalty that is currently seen now, and "hidden royalty" of royal lineage and extreme occult power. Sometimes the two were concurrent, such as with the Prince of Wales.
I never thought of which country/line held the most power, since I was just a peon busily doing my job. But my understanding was: The Hanoverian / Hapsburg descendants rule in Germany over the Bruderheist. They are considered one of the strongest lines for occult as well. The British line is just under them, with the royal family. Definitely, they rule the UK branch under the Rothschilds in the occult realm, even though parliament rules the country openly. In France, again, descendants of the royal families are also in power in the occult realm, but the French Rothschilds hold the reigns over all of them."

Svali: "The U.S. is considered lower, and younger, than the European branches. Germany, France, and the UK form a triumvirate that rules in the European cult. The USSR is considered important, and has the strongest military groups. The USSR has been promised fourth position in the New World Order, BEFORE the role the U.S. would have, because the USSR has been more helpful and cooperative over the years with furthering the agenda.
The descendants of the former ruling families there are also involved in the occult leadership, along with the newer ones. There is no Marxism in the cult. China will be ranked after the USSR, then the U.S. But a lot of the current U.S. leadership will be in Europe when the change occurs, and many have homes there. They will be "changing nationalities" overnight, as it were....

The Illuminati has planned first for a financial collapse that will make the great depression look like a picnic. This will occur through the maneuvering of the great banks and financial institutions of the world, through stock manipulation, and interest rate changes. Most people will be indebted to the federal government through bank and credit card debt, etc.
The governments will recall all debts immediately, but most people will be unable to pay and will be bankrupted. This will cause generalized financial panic, which will occur simultaneously worldwide, as the Illuminists firmly believe in controlling people through finances....
Next there will be a military takeover, region by region, as the government declares a state of emergency and martial law. People will have panicked, there will be an anarchical state in most localities, and the government will justify its move as being necessary to control panicked citizens. The cult trained military leaders and people under their direction will use arms as well as crowd control techniques to implement this new state of affairs. ...Military bases will be set up, in each locality (actually, they are already here, but are covert). In the next few years, they will go above ground and be revealed. Each locality will have regional bases and leaders to which they are accountable. The European Roots of the Illuminati

I remember being told as a young child that America was basically considered their “mission field” or the “land of opportunity” by those whose roots extend for hundreds of years or more into the ancient European dynastic bloodlines.
This is why their power hierarchy around the world, whether in the U.S., Asia, Australia, Canada, or elsewhere will always point back to Europe, where the 13 rulers (they also call them “lords”) are based. Each ruler represents an area of Europe held under his sway; and each one represents an ancient dynastic bloodline.
For example, the Hapsburg bloodline (Merovingian) is still active in Europe, although hidden, as well as the Rothschild and Battenberg bloodlines . In many modern European countries, the heirs of these bloodlines are immensely wealthy, and secretly are the “power behind the throne”, if not the actual rulers.
This is one reason why those of high Illuminati rank/descent in the U.S., for example, can always trace their bloodline or parentage to members of this ruling cabal in Europe; members of leadership councils in the States are always direct descendants, whether legitimate or illegitimate.

Q: Svali, you said Illuminists are working hard for those goals and looking forward to the final implementation of the 'glorious New Order', or world government, so that they can take part and be leaders in that society. At what point will the Illuminati be satisfied with their achievements, and what is their vision of that 'glorious New Order'? What shape, form or system will it have, what political infrastructure? Dictatorial, communist, democratic? Will there be an end to their struggle for global control?
Savli: I was taught that during the coming "Order" or Government, that it would at first be a heavily dictatorial and military government. This is why there is extensive training of covert military forces in all ranks, to implement this policy. Why? Because not everyone will welcome their ''enlightened'' rule, and there will be those who oppose them.
Their army is being trained in crowd control techniques and camps will be set up to send dissenters to. Think of Hitler's Germany, which was a prototype. The government will be highly authoritative and centralized in the Supreme World Council, with the national councils and regional councils under its control.
The implementation of a semi-marxist, or military socialism, will then follow (Marx was an Illuminist, and was told what to write in his treatises), coordinated under the umbrella of the regional and national councils. Financial power will be held at the national and international levels...
