Hello Dear Friends,

The White Knights' and Forces' activities are accelerating to bring NESARA to public announcement and complete the remaining mass prosperity programs deliveries. The opposition are continually grabbing at any straw to try to cause problems and probably will continue until NESARA is announced and Bush Jr.'s resignation is televised for all to see nationally and internationally. The televising of Bush Jr.'s resignation is set to occur as part of the televised events and announcements that introduce and enact NESARA.

Basically, as I understand it, the 3-4 hours of the official NESARA announcements will include some kind of initial announcement which explains we have a new U.S. Treasury banking and currency system which absorbs the Federal Reserve, debt forgiveness for U.S. citizens, abolishing income tax and the IRS, and returning to Constitutional Law.  It will also include the HISTORY of why and how the NESARA law came about and I expect this will be a lengthy and absolutely fascinating presentation. I'm hearing there will be experts in Constitutional Law and economics as well as some of the early activists who explain how the farmers' class action lawsuits eventually resulted in the 1993 U.S. Supreme Court rulings requiring the banking and government improvements which are embodied in NESARA. It will also include overviews of why it's taken until now to finally implement those 1993 U.S. Supreme Court rulings.

My understanding is that very quickly after the in-depth NESARA announcement is completed, Bush Jr.'s resignation will be televised followed by Vice President Cheney's resignation and several other key people in the current administration. Then, as required by the U.S. Supreme Court's 1993 rulings, a President Designate and Vice President Designate will be sworn in. People "designated" to hold Cabinet positions will be introduced and sworn in. These "Designates" will hold the reins of our government according to the U.S. Supreme Court's rulings as we prepare for NEW HONEST elections which are expected to take place within 60 days of NESARA.

One of the things that makes me the happiest is, I'm told, that the IRS will be INSTANTLY prohibited from harassing our people any further! Also, I'm told the IRS will have 30 days for their personnel to clean out their desks and files and close down the IRS offices. At this time, if you have signed an agreement to pay specific amounts of taxes, the IRS will ask that you pay it but the IRS is prohibited from using any strong arm tactics after NESARA is announced.

I had an interesting confirmation of the fact the IRS DOES KNOW they are being shut down. Some sections of the IRS have been ordered by the Bush administration to act aggressively in an attempt to try to convince people that the IRS is still strong and to intimidate certain people. However, I have it RIGHT FROM THE HORSE'S MOUTH that top and middle management of the IRS DO KNOW that the IRS is being shut down. A friend heard about a Corporate Trainer who was doing training seminars for an IRS office in the Midwest in the last few months. The Corporate Trainer was doing these seminars with high and middle level managers and overheard these managers discussing the fact that the IRS will be shut down in 2002!!!!

I'm very determined that once we get rid of the IRS, we guard the liberty of our people by making sure there are ZERO federal income taxes ever again. There are OTHER ways to fund government and NESARA gives us a much more fair way to fund government using a very selective sales tax. In the state of Washington, we have a SELECTIVE Sales Tax that EXEMPTS FOOD from being taxed because food is ESSENTIAL. I'm told the real NESARA law has a national sales tax which applies ONLY to NEW ITEMS and it EXEMPTS FOOD, RENT, MEDICINE, and some other purchases of new items so that this sales tax AVOIDS adding any financial burden to our people for ESSENTIAL items.

All USED ITEMS are FREE of this sales tax. Therefore, just as the Constitution requires, people can AVOID paying ANY sales tax simply by purchasing "used" items if they are buying something that falls on the "taxed" list. But, ALL NEW items that are ESSENTIAL to life are FREE of this sales tax.

And, there are a lot of ways to buy "almost new" or "good as new" items and avoid paying this sales tax. I think, however, that with the great abundance of prosperity our people will have after NESARA, that nearly all of us in the U.S. will be to afford paying the sales tax for any NON-essentials that on the taxable list. For example, I do expect to purchase a new vehicle and I will gladly pay the sales tax on it. However, if someone wants to buy a new vehicle without paying sales tax, there are dealers' models and other options where we can buy an "almost new" vehicle and avoid paying any sales tax. I personally think that the government will receive plenty of revenue from this sales tax and our people will be a LOT happier because they now have zero income taxes and have purchasing CHOICES that determine whether they pay any sales tax.

I expect we will all be learning about NESARA together from the official announcements in the next few days. It will probably be broadcast in the evening and will be repeated several times in the week following so that everyone can see it. I'm hoping there will be professional video tapes of it that we can purchase too.

Regarding our prosperity programs' remaining mass deliveries, I'm hearing these should be occurring very quickly in the next few days. I expect the remaining mass deliveries will occur at the time of day when most people are available to receive. Remember, some people work and the "time" must be set based on when people are available to sign for the envelope.

I've just received word this morning that we need to pay attention to a certain issue. It's possible that due to all the discussion of taking money offshore, that anyone who tries to take money offshore BEFORE NESARA is announced MIGHT have that money confiscated by the Bush administration. We heard about this from sources in Congress this morning and I'm asking KOS to please check out the possibility that people should wait until AFTER NESARA before moving any funds at all to offshore locations from their U.S. Treasury banks doing the prosperity funding. I understand the basis for confiscating the funds people try to take offshore would be the anti-terrorist act passed by Congress a few months ago. So, we are being warned to WAIT until AFTER NESARA before taking any funds to offshore banks.

I continue to expect to keep the vast majority of my funds in the U.S. Treasury banks for the foreseeable future until the banking, currency, and government improvements worldwide have been accomplished. I do expect to check out what is happening in other countries and to receive reports from our Dove egroup members in other countries sharing with us from first-hand observation what is happening in their countries. We do have people from over 30 countries in the Dove egroup currently, so we should have some very interesting reports from these folks being shared with us in the next several months.
