Hello Dear Friends,

I'm hearing that we are seeing the mass deliveries of prosperity programs funding notices VERY soon. Once mass deliveries have occurred, I will stop writing about these prosperity programs in the Dove messages. (Note: these prosperity programs have been CLOSED to new members for years.)

I will CONTINUE to WRITE about OTHER very important activities which are and will effect the lives of most people around the world. After NESARA, we will have many more wonderful improvements worldwide.

Some of you have written me asking questions about the prosperity programs' funding. I will do my best to answer your questions.

To CHANGE your DELIVERY ADDRESS for any program or the Farm Claims, put in an address change with the U.S. Post Office or the postal authority of your country. Include in your address change information all the NAMES you used when you joined the prosperity program. Be sure the Post Office has your current PHYSICAL location information as the World Court has ordered that deliveries be made to the physical location (not PO Box), if at all possible. The World Court has ordered that the address changes of the postal authorities be checked before mass deliveries so as many people as possible will receive during mass deliveries. The World Court requires these deliveries to be signed for at delivery; this is why there is such an emphasis on having the envelopes delivered to our doorsteps and obtaining our signatures. After the mass deliveries in the U.S., the mass deliveries in the rest of the world should happen within a week or two.

Regarding taking a spouse to the bank, if the spouse is also on your program membership then the bank is probably expecting both of you. If the spouse is not on the program membership, you need to follow the instructions you receive or the bank gives you regarding this. I was told months ago that it is likely the spouses can be included after they sign a Non Disclosure. However, we need to follow any instructions we receive regarding this.

As for taking an attorney, it's questionable whether you will be able to have an attorney with you at the bank. We were told months ago that you would not be able to bring an attorney with you unless the attorney is in the program and has signed a Non Disclosure. I'm told that the instructions we are receiving are very clear and honest and are designed so that if we follow the instructions exactly, we will protect our funds and our interests. It may be unnecessary to have an attorney if we follow the instructions properly. The main thing is, we must ABSOLUTELY FOLLOW every requirement in the Non Disclosure and what it says about using an attorney.

I understand there is something called a "restitution questionnaire" which came out of Illinois. Since the whole court thing in Illinois was always part of the dark agenda opposition trying to brainwash program members, if you fill out that questionnaire, you are probably signing away your rights to your prosperity. My White Knight source is very clear about this: stay away from the questionnaire. The same goes for the A/D refunds; you are throwing away a fortune if you request the refund.

Another person wrote asking what to do if he is missed during mass deliveries; he asked if there would be a phone number to call to check and see if he was on the delivery list. I have heard rumors that there might be a phone number afterward but I have ZERO facts about this. I hope that the White Knights will hold onto the unclaimed portions long enough so that after the Non Disclosures run out, a list of all the programs which funded can be published in the newspapers and people who were missed might have a way to find out. However, I have ZERO facts about whether there will be any contact numbers; we will have to wait and see.

If you are a member of any of the prosperity programs they will do their best to ensure you receive your delivery.

I understand that Jennifer's area code 310 update message includes a request for funds to help keep her update phone lines working. I'm told Jennifer's message includes reference to "Dove", although I was totally unaware of her request for donations until I heard about it from friends. Since Jennifer cites the White Knight known as King of Swords as the originator of the idea of requesting donations, I checked into this with my contacts to the King of Swords (I call him KOS) today. My understanding is that the King of Swords suggested that Jennifer put out a request for funds to help keep update information going out on her update lines and to support her continuing to forward Dove reports.

If you wish to support Jennifer's update lines which are helping people to understand what is happening, you should go ahead and send a donation to Jennifer per her instructions. Jennifer has expenses involved in providing people her update information such as long distance calls and extra phone lines.

My own policy is to do my service of providing truth WITHOUT asking the Dove egroup members to donate money to help me.

A few people have asked WHY I put so much importance on NESARA. There are many reasons. At various times, it looked like NESARA would have to be announced before we received our prosperity; right now it appears our prosperity deliveries will come first. However, the biggest reason is that I'm told the funding agreements state that most of our programs are to be funded in the new U.S. Treasury Bank system, rather than in the Federal Reserve banking system.
Therefore, the progress of NESARA is showing us that there is progress in the funding of the prosperity programs. The Farm Claims were the ORIGINAL group required to be funded in the new Treasury Bank System, but later most of the other prosperity programs were also included.

The other obvious reason is that our corrupt federal government officials and bankers have done all in their power for over 12 years to try to stop the funding of these programs. Some of these programs are 15 or 20 years old. The corrupt bankers and others were using these programs' funds to make money for themselves and sometimes stole the funds outright, so they were motivated to try to stop the funding. With NESARA, the corrupt officials are swept out of power and the bankers come under extremely strict regulations which protect us and our funds. The White Knights' actions of bringing NESARA to full implementation are making our prosperity programs' funding possible.

NESARA is a U.S. law and will be law of the land in the U.S. after the public announcement. Someone asked me if NESARA also covers Canada or other countries. While NESARA will impact banking and monetary systems of other countries, it LACKS authority over other countries. I'm told there are people in other countries who are ready to take action to improve those countries in ways similar to what NESARA does for the U.S.

Many people have written me asking if I know if a specific program, like GIFT, is being funded. I know the names of ONLY about a dozen of the 50+ programs which are funding, consequently, I'm unable to verify the names of most of these other programs that are funding.

As of today, I'm hearing we are on target to see the mass deliveries very soon with bank appointments and funds access very soon afterward.
